Breast might be best for you or it might not. But the bottom line that Liz Thomas, journalist by day, breastfeeding campaigner by night, so perfectly shares with us is that there's room to support everyone in their journeys. For her, that began with a tricky start after her first pre-term labour, and the realization that both education and normalisation of breastfeeding was lacking in our otherwise cosmopolitan city, including the much needed support for breastfeeding moms returning to the workforce. Hong Kong is home to Liz and her campaign #ittasteslikelove, which provides support, education and equality for breastfeeding mothers, as well as a list of locations you can feed your baby safe in the knowledge you won't be shamed, and maybe even get a free cookie! To find out more about breastfeeding support and Liz's amazing campaign, head to www.ittasteslikelove.org or check out their Instagram @ittasteslikelove.Season two is heating up!
