Billy Williams was the United States Attorney for the District of Oregon from 2015-2021. Billy is a non-affiliated voter (“NAV”) and is a proponent of open primaries in Oregon. Billy talks about why he's a NAV and why he is not registered as an Independent. He explains why he thinks we need open primaries in Oregon. He also talks about Oregon's status as a sanctuary state and other issues related to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”). Billy has spent the majority of his life in public service, beginning with work for the Metropolitan Public Defender and then as a law clerk for the US Attorney's Office for the District of Oregon. He was later hired by the Multnomah County DA's Office, where he worked for eleven years. He served in the U.S. Attorney's Office for eighteen years. Billy has had the unusual distinction of serving as U.S. Attorney under both Democrat and Republican presidential administrations. Billy's service as the acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon began with a telephone call from Eric Holder, the U.S. Attorney General in the Obama Administration. Later, Billy was formally nominated by President Trump in 2017 to be the U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon and confirmed by the Senate. His service spanned the longest federal government shutdown in the US; the Malheur Wildlife Refuge Occupation; the COVID-19 pandemic; the killing of George Floyd; and the Portland riots of 2020, which were primarily directed at the federal courthouse, where Billy's office was located. Billy has served in various volunteer capacities, including on the Board of Directors for Urban League of Portland and as an instructor for the Portland Police Detective's Academy. He is currently on the Leadership Council of the Foundation for Drug Policy Solutions (check out the Rational in Portland podcast episodes with Dr. Kevin Sabet, the President and CEO of the Foundation for Drug Policy Solutions, who served as the only bipartisan drug policy advisor to three U.S. presidential administrations, and Tom Wolf, who serves with Billy on the Leadership Council of the Foundation). Billy was part of the Border and Immigration Subcommittee under President Obama. Namísto hlíny ovšem „šém" vložili do korpusu lidských textů a vznikla entita, která s námi komunikuje a zvládne imitovat projevy člověka včetně emocí. Navíc je schopná také samostatně jednat jako AI agent v čemž se pravděpodobně bude dále zlepšovat. Bezesporu jde o významný milník v historii lidstva a možný začátek další průmyslové revoluce. Papež Lev XIV. svou první encykliku, kterou vydal rok po zvolení věnuje do značné míry právě vzestupu AI a ochraně lidství.„Takzvané umělé inteligence neprodělávají žádné zkušenosti, nemají tělo, necítí radost ani bolest, nedospívají prostřednictvím vztahů a z vlastního nitra neví, co znamená láska, práce, přátelství nebo odpovědnost. Nemají ani morální vědomí, protože nerozlišují mezi dobrem a zlem, nechápou konečný smysl situací ani nenesou odpovědnost za důsledky. Mohou napodobovat jazyk, chování a analytické schopnosti nebo dokonce simulovat empatii a porozumění, ale nerozumí tomu, co produkují, neboť jim chybí emoční, vztahová a duchovní perspektiva, skrze kterou lidé nabývají moudrosti. I když jsou tyto nástroje popisovány jako schopné „učení“, dělají to jinak než člověk. Na svoji historii stále nahlížíme skrze národovecké příběhy Aloise Jiráska. Přitom v té době šlo jen o určitou etnicitou skupinu s nám ne zrovna snadno srozumitelným jazykem. Etnická skupina ale ještě není národ, tak jak mu dnes rozumíme. Jednou z důležitých definic národa je totiž třeba rovnostářství – tedy že všichni jeho příslušníci jsou chápáni jako jeden druhému rovní. Proto „naši Židé“ ve skutečnosti nikdy nebyli „naši“.Stejně tak je zcela falešné tvrzení - které většina politiků opakovala při naší nekritické a mezi státy Evropské unie zcela ojedinělé podpoře izraelských vojenských operací v Gaze - o naší „tradiční podpoře Izraele“. Tito politici narážejí na naše dodávky vojenské techniky Izraeli po skončení II. světové války. Ale v tom hrál určující roli SSSR a jeho zájmy. Sovětský svaz podporoval Izrael, aby oslabil vliv Británie na Blízkém východě. Navíc nebylo vyloučené, že Izrael bude socialisticky orientovaný stát. ČSR byla v tom jen nástrojem sovětské politiky. Když se Izrael začal orientovat prozápadně, podpora skončila a SSSR začal podporovat arabské hnutí a jeho protiimperialistický boj. Od té doby jsme dlouhá desetiletí pomáhali Organizaci pro osvobození Palestiny a oslavovali jejího vůdce Jásira Arafata. Čili pokud je nějaké podpora z naší strany v tomto regionu tradiční, je to podpora Palestinců.

Azt is felidézte, hogy mi történt, amikor a NAV ügyészségi utasítást kapott, hogy derítse fel, kinél kötött ki az azeri baltás gyilkos kiengedésekor Magyarországra utalt 9 millió dollár. Beszélt arról, hogy őt és más, a NER lebontásán dolgozó személyeket ‘24 őszén hogyan hallgattak le szolgálati eszközökkel.
