To vše a mnohem víc. Viena no visu laiku dižākajām suitenēm – Ilga Leimane – viņa arī ilggadēja etnogrāfiskā ansambļa "Suitu sievas" vadītāja, to skaidroja šādi: "To nosaukumu mēs esam ieguvušas no filmas "Pūt, vējiņi!" 1973. gadā. Mēs pašas tikai tās titros uzzinājām, ka esam "Suitu sievas". Tad mums tā arī tas iegājās, mēs to pieņēmām. No sākuma mēs jau momentā nedodam piparus. Trīne piebilst: "To bezkaunību jau dzied vēlāk tikai" un turpina: "Brīžam jau tā dzied, ka pašai kauns. Ručs man neloka tad, kad es pavisam aplam dziedu." Ručs turpretim saka: "Tad es grūžu sānos: es tev nelocīs! Un galvenais, viņai i jauni, jauni [panti] nāk. Nav mazsvarīgs arī fakts, ka pirms vairāk nekā 30 gadiem veiktā ieraksta magnetofona lente, to digitalizējot, burtiski, izjuka Latvijas Radio skaņu režisora Vara Kurmiņa rokās. Paldies Varim un prieks, ka šo tomēr izdevās saglabāt! Vairāk informācijas un audio: Beitāne, Anda. 2018. Notes from Latvia. Multipart Music in the Field. European Voices: Audiovisuals 1. InvestOrama - Separate Investment Facts from Financial Fiction
As banks retreated from 2008, Private Credit filled in the gap. What started as a niche within private equity now operates like a global lending system. And it extends beyond corporate balance sheets, asset-based finance, the ability to lend against real, cash-generating assets is growing fast and offers countless opportunities. The real unlock isn't just capital — it's the data and technology allowing to manage these assets at scale.Granular, asset-level data enables better underwriting, continuous monitoring, and access to previously illiquid markets. In my conversation with Cesar Estrada, we explored:* How private credit replaced traditional bank lending* Why asset-backed finance is now being unleashed* How to understand the fall of Tricolor and First Brands* And how data and technology could be defining the winners in this marketA few highlights from our conversationAsset-based finance - an ever-expanding universe Asset-based finance means that instead of lending against the future cash flows of a company, you're lending against an asset and the contractual cash flows associated with that asset. That's a very broad definition, and it can include anything within, the consumer, finance world, buy now, pay later, credit cards, auto loans, student loans, any personal term loans, residential mortgages, home, equity lines of credit, the list, keeps on going on as you move outside of a consumer world into, other types of things.Any type of account receivable, supply chain financing, litigation finance, and then more esoteric stuff like, synthetic risk transfers and other things. And it's becoming very specialized by verticals: aviation finance, medical equipment finance…It has possibly a larger addressable market than direct lending. It offers a lot of runway for growth for private equity, private credit firms, hedge funds, and insurance companies participating directly in this space. The need for data feeds From a risk management perspective, given the rate of change of a consumer world, loans are being paid, new loans are being issued, loans are being not paid. You want to be monitoring this much much more real time than you do in a corporate book, where you're getting monthly reporting from the borrower and you are comparing their latest actual financials against the original underwriting thesis against prior periods. And you do that activity once a month. This is not a once-a-month thing. This is a daily thing. You want to see how it's changing because it's changing very dynamically.I was surprised that this frequency of data was even a possibility, and Cesar also added that it goes beyond risk management; it also feeds into the creation of funds for private investors with daily NAV and daily liquidity. The frequency of reporting increases, the liquidity choices increase, and the volumes and rate of change in the investment strategies increase. That all compounds to necessitate a very robust, modern technology to process all of that data. The First Brands & Tricolor questionCesar mentioned he didn't have any specifics on the situation, and when I asked about the data issue, his response from a data management provider was to be expected. It is certainly possible that better data with more accuracy and more frequency could have helped offer a view that those assets were being used as collateral with multiple lenders. […]But I wanted to dig a bit further, and at first, the response confirmed that when a crisis happens, all assets that are linked to it fall at the same time, even if in the long term, there's dispersion (like banks during the Global Financial crisis)In terms of how it happened so quickly, so abruptly. Again, pure speculation, I think that those things might have been bubbling without the public knowing for a while. But as soon as a big source of financing decides that you're no longer creditworthy, all of the other sources of financing follow suit, and it's very abrupt. You can face a liquidity challenge and go bankrupt. It reminded me that Apollo Global Management shorted First Brands' credit risk before the company's fall, showing the information asymmetry that still exists in private credit. This requires a few caveats: First Brands was more direct lending; Tricolor was more linked to asset-based finance; nothing says that Apollo had better data. Yet, until the data-based approach that Cesar described becomes table stakes, it could be an important differentiator.Related episode:About Cesar Estrada:Cesar oversees Arcesium's investment operations, accounting, and data management solutions for private markets fund managers and institutional investors. Elevator Pitches, Company Presentations & Financial Results from Publicly Listed European Companies
Matador AG Elevator Pitch: Key TakeawaysOverview of Matador Secondary Private Equity AGMatador Secondary Private Equity AG is a Swiss-listed investment company focused exclusively on the secondary private equity market, offering shareholders access to an asset class that has reliably delivered stable, double-digit returns for more than two decades. Founded in 2005 in Sarnen, Switzerland, the company invests in mature private equity fund stakes acquired at discounts to NAV, typically in the fund's years 4–6. This approach reduces blind-pool risk, accelerates cash distributions, and provides consistent visibility on portfolio quality.Investment Strategy and Market PositioningMatador's strategy is built on acquiring fund positions from high-quality private equity managers, often from sellers such as pension funds, family offices, or institutional investors who need liquidity or must rebalance portfolios. Because more than 50% of committed capital in these funds is typically already invested, Matador benefits from immediate exposure to existing portfolios, early distributions, and lower risk than primary private equity commitments.Portfolio Diversification Across Regions and StrategiesThe company's portfolio is broadly diversified across regions, vintages, sectors, and investment styles, with exposure to more than 1,000 underlying companies. The core allocation focuses on U.S. mid- and small-cap buyouts, where operational improvements, buy-and-build strategies, and more resilient M&A activity drive steady value creation. The portfolio is complemented by selective exposure to large buyout, growth equity, and technology-oriented funds to ensure balanced long-term performance.Compounding Effect Through Continuous ReinvestmentA key differentiator of Matador's model is the continuous reinvestment of cash flows from underlying fund distributions, enabling ongoing portfolio expansion without additional capital outflows. Over time, this creates a powerful compounding effect. The company structure also eliminates redemption pressure or forced exits, allowing the investment horizon to remain fully long-term.Long-Term Track Record and Shareholder AlignmentMatador's track record reflects this disciplined approach: since inception in 2005, the company has generated more than 12% annual performance in CHF, supported by the stability and structural advantages of secondary private equity. Management, as the largest shareholder, is deeply aligned with investors, fostering trust and shared commitment. Costs remain lean and performance-driven, reinforcing the company's scalability and reliability.Investor TakeawayFor shareholders, Matador offers transparent and liquid access to an institutional-grade private equity strategy with a proven return profile, broad diversification, limited cyclicality, and attractive long-term compounding. This approach aims to make private equity more understandable and accessible, fostering confidence in the investment process.▶️ Other videos: Elevator Pitch: https://seat11a.com/investor-relations-elevator-pitch/ Company Presentation: https://seat11a.com/investor-relations-company-presentation/ Deep Dive Presentation: https://seat11a.com/investor-relations-deep-dive/ Financial Results Presentation: https://seat11a.com/investor-relations-financial-results/ ESG Presentation: https://seat11a.com/investor-relations-esg/ T&C This publication is intended solely for informational purposes and does not constitute investment advice. InvestOrama - Separate Investment Facts from Financial Fiction
I've been hoping to discuss special situations and distressed debt, one of the least hyped but most interesting areas of finance and credit for a while.Distressed debt investing requires a triple threat skillset: understanding legal frameworks, financial health, and industry landscapes. It offers unique diversification benefits, standing apart from traditional equity and bond markets, and offers relatively defined investment horizons. For all these reasons, the potential for alpha generation is significant, but it demands patience and precision. So when I got the chance to interview Dan Bird's team who's been holding senior roles in that space for over two decades, I jumped on this rare opportunity. We explore the complexity of these markets and the skillsets needed to navigate them.HIGHLIGHTSVersatility You have to look at the company, and what it's doing and determine a value. And sometimes that's specific assets and sometimes that's a stream of cash flows. Sometimes that's intellectual property. And then you need to be a management consultant. Is this business capable of turning itself around? Are industry forces too far against this company that it'll never recover? So you need a, you need a lot of different skill sets in order to be successful in this type of industry.Patience and Timing in InvestmentsWhen something in the industry changes. People are reluctant to acknowledge it. People don't like change. Everyone thinks things revert to the mean. A lot of people involved in the situation tend to have bias just because they've been involved in the situation. They tend to overvalue the ability of companies to recover. At this stage, I was thinking: “yeah, that's when you, distressed investor, must intervene.” But then Dan added:That's the most dangerous time to invest when we don't really know.Part of doing this job the right way is finding the right entry point, the right timing. It's very infrequently early.Patience does matter in terms of getting into these things. A lot of time,s that doesn't happen until very long after things start to change. On Private CreditWe also discussed the rapid rise of private credit:There's worry about some of the assets that were originated in that period. We'll have a little bit more stress. It's possible. It'll take a little while to figure that out. From my perspective, that just creates different opportunities. And I always find it insightful, or surprising, when I hear an insider's perspective on private markets:Look, some investors like private assets because they don't have to mark them to market. To a public market mindset, this is counterintuitive. It goes against the “illiquidity premium”. One famous critic, Cliff Assness, calls it “volatility laundering”. And I used to agree wholeheartedly, but my perspective has evolved. Of course, marking your own NAV creates Fundzi (fund + ponzi) opportunities. But on the other hand, I can see how you may not want to be subject to the erratic behaviour of Mr Market.About Dan Bird: As the founder of Thornwood Hill LLP, I specialize in credit and alternatives asset management. With over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, I have a proven track record of managing diverse portfolios across the credit spectrum, from direct lending, to special opportunities and distressed debt to liquid credit. My expertise lies in identifying and executing strategic investment opportunities, ensuring optimal risk management, and delivering strong returns for clients. In this KE Report update, we speak with Rick Van Nieuwenhuyse, President & CEO of Contango ORE (NYSE American: CTGO), and Shawn Khunkhun, President & CEO of Dolly Varden Silver (NYSE American: DVS, TSX-V: DV), to outline the strategic merger creating a new high-grade gold–silver producer. Why the merger works Contango brings strong cash flow (≈US$100M/yr) from the Mahn Choh DSO operation with Kinross, while Dolly Varden contributes a high-grade silver–gold portfolio in BC's Golden Triangle. Development pipeline Lucky Shot remains next in line for production using the DSO model, followed by the high-grade Johnson Tract project. Dolly Varden's Wolf, Homestake, and broader Kitsault Valley assets gain funding and technical depth to accelerate exploration. DSO strategy advantages High grade, small footprint, no mill or tailings required, and access to existing underutilized processing facilities support a scalable, low-capex production approach. Valuation opportunity The combined entity is expected to begin around 0.5x NAV, with potential re-rating as size, liquidity, cash flow, and index inclusion improve.

In this special double-feature episode of Bits + Bips, Unchained executive editor Steve Ehrlich brings listeners two of the clearest investor perspectives on where the crypto markets may be headed next. First, Owen Lau, Managing Director at Clear Street, breaks down why crypto equities remain so tightly correlated to Bitcoin—and what might finally cause that link to break. He unpacks the growing role of stablecoin revenue, Coinbase and Circle's evolving business models, and why a market structure bill in 2026 could reshape the sector. Then, in the second half, Bob Diamond and David Schamis of Hyperliquid Strategies explain why they believe Hyperliquid and its HYPE token represent one of the most compelling opportunities in digital assets. They walk through the rationale for their DAT, Hyperliquid's performance during extreme market volatility, and the broader ecosystem being built through HIP-3 and beyond. Ever bought an ETF because the ticker looked clever, only to wonder why it didn't behave like the market you expected? We unpack how exchange traded funds really work, from the tax magic of in-kind redemptions to the quiet costs hidden in spreads, volume, and tracking choices. Along the way, we demystify why some funds hug an index tightly while others take a rules-based path that can lower trading costs and sometimes deliver better long-term results, even if they drift from the benchmark in the short run.We share a practical framework for choosing ETFs that fit your strategy. Start with clarity on your target exposure, then verify whether the fund strictly tracks a benchmark or uses index-like rules with factor tilts such as dividends or profitability. Compare expense ratios among peers, but don't stop there—check average daily volume, how closely the market price matches NAV, and the fund's historical premium or discount. We explain why niche or thinly traded products can surprise you with wide bid ask spreads and why limit orders and smart timing help you avoid paying extra on execution.Taxes matter, and ETFs can shine in taxable accounts. We discuss how mutual funds pass through capital gains at year-end, while ETFs typically minimize them. You'll hear a real-world example of using appreciated ETF shares for charitable giving to avoid gains, preserve a deduction, and sidestep an upcoming capital gains distribution by donating before the ex-dividend date. We also touch on why we favor ETFs over exchange traded notes for core equity exposure, given ETNs' issuer credit risk and potential extra fees.If you want lower costs, tighter control over execution, and fewer tax surprises, this guide will help you build a cleaner ETF lineup. Follow the closing checklist—match the right index, confirm reasonable fees, ensure good volume, and keep market price close to NAV—and you'll avoid the most common pitfalls. Enjoyed the breakdown? Tříminutové video Andreje Babiše, ve kterém oznámil svoje řešení střetu zájmů, ve čtvrtek večer doslova zbořilo internet. „Nevratné řešení“, kdy Babiš zaparkuje Agrofert do trustu až do své smrti, komentovali doslova všichni.„Babiš zvolil takovou formu oznámení, kterou jsme od něj mohli čekat. Žádná tisková konference, kde by musel čelit otázkám, ale pečlivě zrežírované video,“ popisuje v podcastu Lucie Stuchlíková.Podle Václava Dolejšího Babišův tým vsadil na emoce: „Babiš sugestivně popisoval, jak dlouho firmu budoval. Zakomponoval do toho rodinu, svoji smrt. A podle reakce spousty komentátorů se trefil.“O tom, jak přesně bude řešení vypadat, toho zatím víme poměrně málo. „Nepodezírám Andreje Babiše, že by svoje oznámení nedodržel. Ale důležité bude to faktické provedení - jak moc budou správci a protektoři skutečně nezávislí, jak bude ošetřeno, aby se mu už akcie opravdu nevrátily,“ myslí si Stuchlíková.Andrej Babiš tentokrát zvolil mnohem přísnější řešení, než když naposledy Agrofert převáděl do svěřenského fondu. Nick Hodge, Co-Owner of Digest Publishing and editor of Foundational Profits and Underground Alpha, joins us for a longer-format discussion with macroeconomic factors, veteran stock tips and opportunities in select silver, gold, lithium, and copper stocks. We start off discussing the break in silver to all-time highs, coming out of the mid-October through mid-November corrective move in the precious metals sector. Nick points out that in light of this sector resurgence in silver, gold, and also copper over the last few weeks, that we've continued to witness large, outsized financings in companies like Vizsla Silver and Arizona Sonoran Copper; that were aggressively taken up in very short periods of time. This underscores the large pools of money on the sidelines that are still quite interested in getting positioned with the highest quality projects as the metals bull market continues to unfold. We review how the recent moves in both gold and silver to record levels have become too big to ignore for generalist investors and analysts, that will now shift their gaze to the expanded margins playing out in Q4 and continue to push PM producers to higher levels. He flagged the capital flows and stock performance in royalty companies like Royal Gold and Empress Royalties as evidence that more generalists and institutional funds were being drawn into the precious metals sector. This led to a discussion about the substantial positioning of Tether Investments recently into a handful of royalty and streaming companies; which may pave the way for more rotation of funds from the crypto space into the PM stocks. Additionally, Nick sees the most undervalued opportunities in the brownfield developers with defined ounces in the ground, compelling economics, and that are moving down the pathway towards production. He pointed to companies like Perpetua Resources and Revival Gold as good examples of developers up near 52 weeks highs, garnering interest from investors, but that still had more runway to keep appreciating in price to NAV metrics. Even the exploration stocks focused on new discoveries are getting a stronger bid in this environment, and Nick points to the move up this year in Kingsmen Resources, including the move today on the back of a silver/gold discovery in Mexico. Next we shift over to the uptick in both the lithium carbonate pricing on the global markets, as well as a renewed interest in many lithium stocks. Nick unpacked his investing journey and strategy utilizing early positioning in private placements to experience multi-fold returns in lithium stocks like Q2 Metals, and Lion Rock Resources, both with compelling recent exploration results. Wrapping up we touched about the continued favorable supply/demand fundamentals in the copper sector, the improving pricing strength in copper itself, and the recent surge in copper producers in several ETFs. Nick mentioned positions in the (PICK) iShares MSCI Global Metals & Mining Producers ETF, the positive market reaction in Ivanhoe Mines despite reduced production forecasts, and the M&A positioning for Teck Resources from AngloAmerican and BHP as evidence of a pickup in interest in copper and base metals producers. Interview with Hugh Agro, President & CEO of Revival Gold Inc.Our previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/revival-gold-tsxvrvg-dual-asset-strategy-offers-near-term-production-long-term-upside-7957Recording date: 27th November 2025Revival Gold presents investors with leveraged exposure to gold price appreciation through a 6 million ounce dual-project portfolio in the western United States trading at substantial discounts to both net asset value and producing peer companies. With the Mercur project in Utah advancing towards pre-feasibility study in 2026 and Beartrack-Arnett in Idaho at pre-feasibility stage, the company offers clear pathways to production on compressed timelines of two to three and a half years respectively. The investment thesis centres on valuation arbitrage within the gold equity spectrum. Revival Gold trades at 0.1-0.2 times net asset value whilst senior producers and royalty companies command 1.0-2.0 times NAV multiples, creating what CEO Hugh Agro characterises as "a real arbitrage there for investors today." The company projects potential revaluation to 0.6-1.0 times NAV as projects advance through permitting and feasibility studies, implying five to six times appreciation over the next two to three years. Equity analysts validate this framework with price targets ranging from two to four times current trading levels.Project economics demonstrate robust margins even within conservative gold price scenarios. Mercur's preliminary economic assessment envisions 100,000 ounces per year production at $1,400 all-in sustaining costs requiring only $210 million capital expenditure, generating net present value of approximately $1.2 billion at current $4,000 gold prices with an 18-month payback period. Beartrack-Arnett complements this with 65,000 ounces per year production requiring merely $110 million capital expenditure leveraging existing ADR processing infrastructure. The modest capital requirements reflect substantial brownfield advantages including existing power, roads, processing facilities, and water infrastructure available for redeployment. Both projects represent former producers with established metallurgical characteristics, community relationships, and operational precedent reducing technical and permitting risk. Mercur benefits additionally from private land ownership enabling streamlined state-level permitting rather than complex federal processes, whilst its dry environment eliminates water management complications.Capital efficiency considerations prove particularly compelling in current market conditions. The company maintains approximately $23 million cash backed by strategic investors Dundee Corporation and EMR Capital, with management emphasising disciplined capital deployment to minimise shareholder dilution whilst advancing projects towards production. As Agro notes, "Every dollar we put out the door right now is costing us roughly 0.2 times underlying NAV," incentivising value maximisation before accessing additional capital. The current valuation incorporates only 2.5 million of the company's 6 million ounce resource base, excluding value attribution for 3.5 million ounces not yet in engineering studies plus underground expansion potential and district-scale exploration upside. This optionality provides organic growth opportunities fundable through initial production cash flows without requiring dilutive external capital.Near-term catalysts include Q1 2026 column leach metallurgical results, ongoing drill result releases from over 70 unreported holes at Mercur, formal permitting launch in early 2026, and pre-feasibility study advancement. Recent drilling has delivered average grades 22% above resource estimates whilst metallurgical recoveries exceed PEA assumptions by 10%, providing progressive technical validation. For investors seeking leveraged gold exposure, Revival Gold offers compelling risk-reward characteristics: substantial valuation discounts to peers, clear production pathways on compressed timelines, robust project economics with strong margins, capital efficiency enabled by brownfield advantages, and significant optionality beyond base case scenarios. The combination positions the company to capture both near-term revaluation as projects advance and longer-term value creation through low-capital production and organic resource expansion.View Revival Gold's company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/revival-gold-incSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Corporate venture capital isn't just having “a bit of VC on the side.” Done well, it's a strategic lens on the future. Done badly, it's a short-lived pet project with a half-life of 3.7 years and a trail of confused founders and annoyed co-investors.In this episode, we sit down with Martin Scherrer, Partner & Head of Managed Funds at Redstone, alongside our own CVC lead Jeppe Høier, to unpack what really happens when corporates leave venture — and how to do it without destroying value or reputation.Redstone runs a dual model: classic VC funds + “VC-as-a-Service” for corporates and family offices. This is the 68th episode in my drug pronunciation series. In this episode, I divide Journavx and suzetrigine into syllables, tell you which syllables to emphasize, and share my sources. The written pronunciations are below and in the show notes on https://www.thepharmacistsvoice.com. Special thanks to Kelly Glynn at Vertex Pharmaceuticals for nominating Journavx for this episode. Note: we don't cover pharmacology in this series. Just pronunciations. Journavx = jur-NAV-ix jur, like Journey (Bringing Journavx to market was a long journey ~27 years.) NAV, which is the name of the voltage-gated sodium channel that Journavx blocks. Journavx blocks NAV 1.8. ix, like "fix." Emphasize NAV. The written pronunciation came from tweaking the written pronunciation in the Patient Information section of the prescribing information for Journavx (accessed 11-25-2025). My source for the spoken pronunciation is journavx.com. Click the small *speaker* symbol next to the word "Journavx" on the landing page to hear the pronunciation. As an alternative, listen to the videos on journavx.com and journavxhcp.com (accessed 11-25-25). Suzetrigine = soo-ZE-tri-jeen soo, as in Journavx soothes pain ZE, like zest tri, like trigger jeen, like the word "gene" (as in genetic) Emphasize the second syllable, "ZE." My source for the written pronunciation is the American Medical Association's website. Special thanks to Simran at Vertex Pharmaceuticals Global Medical Information Department for helping me find the written pronunciation! The spoken pronunciation of suzetrigine can be heard in the MOA video on journavxhcp.com (accessed 11-25-25). The Chopping Block unpacks crypto's DATpocalypse — NAVs collapsing, volumes drying up, and consolidation on the horizon. Plus: Vitalik sparks a wave of quantum panic, what Q-Day really means for Bitcoin and smart-contract chains, and why “qubits per share” might become the next great crypto meme. Welcome to The Chopping Block — where crypto insiders Haseeb Qureshi, Tom Schmidt, Tarun Chitra, and Robert Leshner chop it up about the latest in crypto. This episode opens with the DATpocalypse: almost every DAT is now below NAV, volumes have collapsed outside Bitmine and MicroStrategy, and the market is finally confronting what happens when issuances outrun demand. We get into consolidation talk, preferred-share experiments, capital-structure pivots, and whether any DAT should actually be selling crypto to buy back shares at a discount. Then we shift into quantum mania. Vitalik's “2028” comment lit up Q-Day fears, and we separate genuine hardware progress from pure panic. We discuss why post-quantum upgrades are simple for Bitcoin but brutal for stateful chains, and how hype alone could trigger a wave of “quantum-resistant” speculation. And yes — the running gag: DATs using quantum machines to steal Satoshi's coins. Tough markets, weird narratives, and institutions quietly holding the line. Let's get into it. Show highlights

Interview with Oliver Turner, Vice President of Corporate Development, Americas Gold & Silver Our previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/americas-gold-silver-tsxusa-triples-ore-production-targets-5moz-annually-8137Recording date: 18 November 2025Americas Gold & Silver is rapidly executing a growth and consolidation strategy in Idaho's historic Silver Valley, highlighted by its recent $65 million acquisition of the Crescent Mine and an oversubscribed $150 million capital raise. The company's strategic moves have attracted significant institutional interest, with ownership increasing from just 7% to over 63% as top-tier global mining institutions recognize the value proposition. The Crescent Mine acquisition represents a calculated move to utilize spare milling capacity at the flagship Galena complex. Located just 9 miles from Galena, Crescent historically produced over 25 million ounces of silver at grades averaging 900 grams per ton and can be restarted within six months. The mine's ore is metallurgically identical to Galena's tetrahedrite, enabling seamless integration into existing processing facilities. With Crescent's average grade of 655 grams per ton silver exceeding Galena's blended average of 466 grams per ton, the acquisition provides immediate high-grade feed while Galena ramps underground production.Management aims to restore Galena to historical production levels of 5+ million ounces annually potentially within 36 months, up from current levels. The operation currently utilizes only one of four available shafts and has ramped throughput from 300 tons per day to over 410 tons per day, yet still maintains spare mill capacity of 750-1,050 tons per day. Key catalysts include the paste backfill plant commissioning in Q3 2026 and formal production guidance expected in February-March.Beyond silver, Americas Gold & Silver has emerged as the largest active antimony producer in the United States, producing 450,000 pounds year-to-date. Management is pursuing development of a domestic antimony processing circuit with potential government support, addressing critical mineral security while potentially adding significant margin expansion at minimal incremental cost.
