Pastor Wally brings the message today describing God as a giver. Today as we begin the sermon, ask God to help you know whether you have a giving spirit.

The writers of Scripture wrote under the authority and inspiration of God. The Holy Spirit gave us the Bible, what have you given Him?

Before Pastor Wally bring his message today we will hear a testimony of one of our members to hear what God has been doing in his life. Remembering His goodness takes discipline--intentional attention.  The enemy doesn't want you to see the faithfulness of God. He knows if you see His faithfulness, it will help you in your circumstances.

As we slow down this week for communion we must reflect on God's Word to insure that we are focused on Christ. Christ is called the Passover because He passes-over the sins of many. So in a time of communion let us reflect on our own lives and praise God for His passing-over our sins. 

Have there been times when you haven't enjoyed the process but have endured it, knowing that God was using it to make you more like His Son? When God saved us, He knew we were a work in progress!

"Laodicea: A Church of the Worst Kind." Join us as Elder Vance Hunt preaches from Revelation 3:14-20. Christians are often refined in their faith by tribulation and persecution. Jesus is very much aware of what we do--both the actions on the outside and the motivations on the inside. 

"The Joy of Satisfaction" - Part 4: The four principles of contentment and satisfaction in the Christian life ~ Philippians 4:10-13. A spirit of rejoicing isn't limited to a few people! It can be yours even when things are not going well. God doesn't want us to have a roller-coaster faith.

"The Revival of a Cut-back Branch." Ken Varney will be preaching this morning from John 15:1-8. Would you be willing to ask God to give you the revival of a cut-back branch? the fruit that comes from the cut-back is more important than the pain of the cut-back.

God's trying to get us to a level of contentment where we are trusting Him even in spite of our circumstances. Don't get caught up in the event. See past the event to the One who is working to change you and make you into the image of His Son.

As we take a break from Philippians to slow down and reflect what communion with God really looks like in the Christian walk. 

Are you so busy living your life the way you want that you don't have time for the sovereign God in your life?Satan wants to drive us away from the closeness that God wants with us. Therefore, let us search for the Peace of God when we are drawn close to Him.

Philippians 4:7: "The Peace of God." Pastor Wally continues the "Joy in Serenity" series. Christ didn't just save you for you to go to Heaven; He saved you for you to be different from this world.

Our series on "Joy in Serenity" continues with Pastor Wally focusing on Philippians 4:6 and letting "your requests be made known to God." Your prayer life is a statement about your pride. About your humility. About your dependence on either God or yourself.

"Joy in Serenity." Pastor Wally continues his series this week, focusing on how to find rest, rather than anxiety. Phil 4:6 If we are distracted by the things of this world, we will not be focused on Kingdom work."Be Anxious" means to be divided or distracted.

Pastor Larry Jackson from Manna Bible Baptist Church is preaching for us this morning on: "Sharing the Gospel Acts 17 Style." from Acts 17:1-34: Show respect, and then find commonality.

Better late than never! Here is the Father's day message from two weeks ago where Pastor Wally honors our fathers through his preaching of Matthew 5. He has a hallowed Name--reverent and set apart. The Father of all father is your Father--if you know Him! He is a forgiver. God knows everything about us--yet if we come to Him and confess--He forgives!

God's plan for us is to be in the Vine and be productive. While there is painful pruning in the life of the believer, the discipline brings bountiful blessing.

Chairman of the Elder Board Vance Hunt will share with us what "Living the Transformed Life" looks like for a Christian. Romans 12:1-2. When we immerse ourselves in the Word of God, God's will becomes our will.

"Why do I Believe the Bible?" Pastor Keith Surland will share with us support for the reliability of the Scripture. From history to what we see in front of us every day we all see the invisible and irrefutable qualities of God.

Pastor Wally continues a look into Philippians 4:4-5: "Joy in Serenity." After last week looking at rejoicing in tension, this week we will learn how to reconcile tension.While we can't fix another person or another situation, we can get our attitude right. We can decide to be known as someone of "sweet reasonableness"

 Philippians 4:4 says: "Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!" Pastor Wally will help us understand how to rejoice when in the midst of tension. When you're going through the deepest, darkest times in your life, you have the opportunity to make some of the strongest impacts for the Kingdom that the world has ever seen.

Happy Mothers Day! "What a Difference One Woman Can Make". That is Pastor Wally's message this morning, with 2nd Chronicles 22-23 as the core passage. As we dive into this passage we will see the result of a mother who went above and beyond with her faith in God. 

The problem with Peter is a problem he had even before he embarked on the water--lack of faith. Often, this is true of you and I. We may not be "bad people" or not "as bad as others" but do we have a lack of faith in God?

Last week we celebrated the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Today Pastor Wally will preach on Jesus' Second Coming as he continues the series of "May I introduce you to Jesus?" This week we will be diving into selected scriptures that speak evidently about the second coming of the risen Jesus Christ.

Christ is risen indeed! May His resurrection give you new life and hope on this wonderful Easter Sunday. As Christians, we bet our life that Jesus did indeed rise from the dead. But is there real evidence for that, and what does it really mean? Join us as Pastor Wally preaches on this topic.
