How do the pros go so fast? They know how to ride fast without braking unless absolutely necessary. How do regular and advanced riders get faster? Through more intelligent braking, of course. Problem is, most riders brake by habit or instinct and have no idea how they can save time to win races. In this episode we talk about: - How an elite rider saved 7 seconds on their ride with BrakeAce... - The philosophy behind BrakeAce and why a coach a PhD in Exercise science would bother making something unrelated to fitness... - Exactly how to ride with more control - The $3,000 "guess" that resulted in an invention...
