"When I start changing my mind, I change my attitude, and this all starts with me." —Moira AboagyeSHOW NOTESEPISODE HIGHLIGHTS The journey to potential begins with a single step. Taking ownership of your actions is crucial for personal growth If you know better, you will do better. Combat negative beliefs with the truth of God's word. Familiar spirits can exploit your insecurities. Don't put your trust in the arm of flesh; manage your expectations. Lower your high expectations of others to avoid disappointment. You must earn trust gradually in relationships. Your self-worth is defined by who you are, not what you have. That's the one thing that nobody can take away from you—the choice to choose your attitude." —Moira AboagyeINTERVIEWING JESUS SHOW NOTES and guest connection linksConnect with KristenIJP Facebook CommunityInstagram #interviewingjesuspodcast #livingspirituallybraveTwitter XLinkedInLinkTreeWebsite KristenWambach.comThank you for spending this time with me. In conversation with Buddhist nun, scholar, and activist Ven. Karma Lekshe Tsomo, tracing her remarkable arc from surfing in 1950s Malibu to ordination under the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. On hitchhiking through Southeast Asia, surf contests in 1960s Japan, Zen and copying the Heart Sutra. On women's traditions within Buddhist orders, surfing as meditation. On Vipassana, near fatal snake bites, to living with 348 percepts. On navigating the importance of ethics, on consciousness, a critique of secular mindfulness commodification. The importance of debate within Buddhism. On being kind, on Dharamsala, on grief and death, on supernormal powers, advice for finding a teacher, on comparative philosophy, on the current discourse revolving the struggle for Tibet. On the Holiness the Dalai Lama, on perseverance, on the listening to birds, on the current moment. On insight, on death, on the importance of ultimately living for others.Excerpts On SurfingI found surfing quite spiritual because, you're alone out in the ocean. It's quiet. You get a totally different perspective on life because you're not one of the little ants running around. You've got a sort of meta view of human society, which is, quite instructive. On Peace and LoveI'm still trying to figure that out. Especially in the current climate. How do you account for that? It seemed to me that peace and love were the answer and that everyone. If everyone were full of peace and love, then we would have a happy world. And so why? And then, of course, Buddhism was very helpful because it pointed out that it's our self cherishing, it's our obsession with our ourself that messes everything up. People are struggling, clawing and scraping to get their own advantage. And of course, that interferes with all their relationships and destroys their personal happiness. And very few people really figure it out.On FreedomAnd when one of the monks cut my hair, it was the most freeing experience of my life. I saw my hair drop into my lap and I thought, whoa, free at last.On the Dangers of Mindfulness without EthicsYou can kill someone very mindfully. You can rob a bank very mindfully. If you don't have any ethical foundations for your mindfulness practice, it can go all wrong. On ActionBelief is cheap. You can say anything you want and even some of the greatest religious leaders have had doubts apparently, including up to and including Mother Teresa. But how do we live our lives? That's the important thing. How do we try to create happiness for ourselves and others? How do we avoid harming ourselves and others? These are the questions that Buddhism takes up.On Supernormal Powers and Ethical ConductSuper normal powers are no surprise if we train our minds well. Our minds are capable of so much more than we credit them for. These are not the aim of Buddhist practice, but they are, there are many records legends and also texts that document attainments. The descriptions of supernormal powers occur in the very earliest strata. On RealityWe take things to exist as they appear, but we all know that's false. It's an illusion, this desk, it looks so solid. One match it's history, right? It's toast. So the Buddhists are very good at questioning the question, things like appearance and reality. On AwarenessConsciousness is a string of conscious moments, from the moment of conception, it's only one moment back to the last moment of our previous lifetime. If we meditate we can track it back. Every moment is precious. Listen to the birds - remember that human life is impermanent. That our time on this precious planet is limited. That every moment is precious and we should do, try to make the most not waste even a moment. We can gain insight, awakening in this present moment. In this episode of Crazy Wisdom, I, Stewart Alsop, sit down with Trent Gillham—also known as Drunk Plato—for a far-reaching conversation on the shifting tides of technology, memetics, and media. Trent shares insights from building Meme Deck (find it at memedeck.xyz or follow @memedeckapp on X), exploring how social capital, narrative creation, and open-source AI models are reshaping not just the tools we use, but the very structure of belief and influence in the information age. We touch on everything from the collapse of legacy media, to hyperstition and meme warfare, to the metaphysics of blockchain as the only trustable memory in an unmoored future. You can find Trent in twitter as @AidenSolaran.Check out this GPT we trained on the conversation!Timestamps00:00 – Introduction to Trent Gillham and Meme Deck, early thoughts on AI's rapid pace, and the shift from training models to building applications around them.05:00 – Discussion on the collapse of the foundational model economy, investor disillusionment, GPU narratives, and how AI infrastructure became a kind of financial bubble.10:00 – The function of markets as belief systems, blowouts when inflated narratives hit reality, and how meme-based value systems are becoming indistinguishable from traditional finance.15:00 – The role of hyperstition in creation, comparing modern tech founders to early 20th-century inventors, and how visual proof fuels belief and innovation.20:00 – Reflections on the intelligence community's influence in tech history, Facebook's early funding, and how soft influence guides the development of digital tools and platforms.25:00 – Weaponization of social media, GameStop as a memetic uprising, the idea of memetic tools leaking from government influence into public hands.30:00 – Meme Deck's vision for community-led narrative creation, the shift from centralized media to decentralized, viral, culturally fragmented storytelling.35:00 – The sophistication gap in modern media, remix culture, the idea of decks as mini subreddits or content clusters, and incentivizing content creation with tokens.40:00 – Good vs bad meme coins, community-first approaches, how decentralized storytelling builds real value through shared ownership and long-term engagement.45:00 – Memes as narratives vs manipulative psyops, blockchain as the only trustable historical record in a world of mutable data and shifting truths.50:00 – Technical challenges and future plans for Meme Deck, data storage on-chain, reputation as a layer of trust, and AI's need for immutable data sources.55:00 – Final reflections on encoding culture, long-term value of on-chain media, and Trent's vision for turning podcast conversations into instant, storyboarded, memetic content.Key InsightsThe real value in AI isn't in building models—it's in building tools that people can use: Trent emphasized that the current wave of AI innovation is less about creating foundational models, which have become commoditized, and more about creating interfaces and experiences that make those models useful. Training base models is increasingly seen as a sunk cost, and the real opportunity lies in designing products that bring creative and cultural capabilities directly to users.Markets operate as belief machines, and the narratives they run on are increasingly memetic: He described financial markets not just as economic systems, but as mechanisms for harvesting collective belief—what he called “hyperstition.” This dynamic explains the cycles of hype and crash, where inflated visions eventually collide with reality in what he terms "blowouts." In this framing, stocks and companies function similarly to meme coins—vehicles for collective imagination and risk.Memes are no longer just jokes—they are cultural infrastructure: As Trent sees it, memes are evolving into complex, participatory systems for narrative building. With tools like Meme Deck, entire story worlds can be generated, remixed, and spread by communities. This marks a shift from centralized, top-down media (like Hollywood) to decentralized, socially-driven storytelling where virality is coded into the content from the start.Community is the new foundation of value in digital economies: Rather than focusing on charismatic individuals or short-term hype, Trent emphasized that lasting projects need grassroots energy—what he calls “vibe strapping.” Successful meme coins and narrative ecosystems depend on real participation, sustained engagement, and a shared sense of creative ownership. Without that, projects fizzle out as quickly as they rise. The battle for influence has moved from borders to minds: Reflecting on the information age, Trent noted that power now resides in controlling narratives, and thus in shaping perception. This is why information warfare is subtle, soft, and persistent—and why traditional intelligence operations have evolved into influence campaigns that play out in digital spaces like social media and meme culture.Blockchains may become the only reliable memory in a world of digital manipulation: In an era where digital content is easily altered or erased, Trent argued that blockchain offers the only path to long-term trust. Data that ends up on-chain can be verified and preserved, giving future intelligences—or civilizations—a stable record of what really happened. He sees this as crucial not only for money, but for culture itself.Meme Deck aims to democratize narrative creation by turning community vibes into media outputs: Trent shared his vision for Meme Deck as a platform where communities can generate not just memes, but entire storylines and media formats—from anime pilots to cinematic remixes—by collaborating and contributing creative energy. It's a model where decentralized media becomes both an art form and a social movement, rooted in collective imagination rather than corporate production.

We discuss an elite-driven view of ideological belief systems. We talk about the phenomenon of collective narcissism, and how it relates to in-group satisfaction, nationalism, and perceptions that the 2020 election in the US was illegitimate. We also talk about collective self-esteem, ideological uncertainty, and the link between religiosity and political ideology. Finally, we discuss the phenomenon of feelings of group-extinction threat, and how (white) people react to their perceived numerical decline.--A HUGE THANK YOU TO MY PATRONS/SUPPORTERS: PER HELGE LARSEN, JERRY MULLER, BERNARDO SEIXAS, ADAM KESSEL, MATTHEW WHITINGBIRD, ARNAUD WOLFF, TIM HOLLOSY, HENRIK AHLENIUS, FILIP FORS CONNOLLY, ROBERT WINDHAGER, RUI INACIO, ZOOP, MARCO NEVES, COLIN HOLBROOK, PHIL KAVANAGH, SAMUEL ANDREEFF, FRANCIS FORDE, TIAGO NUNES, FERGAL CUSSEN, HAL HERZOG, NUNO MACHADO, JONATHAN LEIBRANT, JOÃO LINHARES, STANTON T, SAMUEL CORREA, ERIK HAINES, MARK SMITH, JOÃO EIRA, TOM HUMMEL, SARDUS FRANCE, DAVID SLOAN WILSON, YACILA DEZA-ARAUJO, ROMAIN ROCH, DIEGO LONDOÑO CORREA, YANICK PUNTER, CHARLOTTE BLEASE, NICOLE BARBARO, ADAM HUNT, PAWEL OSTASZEWSKI, NELLEKE BAK, GUY MADISON, GARY G HELLMANN, SAIMA AFZAL, ADRIAN JAEGGI, PAULO TOLENTINO, JOÃO BARBOSA, JULIAN PRICE, EDWARD HALL, HEDIN BRØNNER, DOUGLAS FRY, FRANCA BORTOLOTTI, GABRIEL PONS CORTÈS, URSULA LITZCKE, SCOTT, ZACHARY FISH, TIM DUFFY, SUNNY SMITH, JON WISMAN, WILLIAM BUCKNER, PAUL-GEORGE ARNAUD, LUKE GLOWACKI, GEORGIOS THEOPHANOUS, CHRIS WILLIAMSON, PETER WOLOSZYN, DAVID WILLIAMS, DIOGO COSTA, ALEX CHAU, AMAURI MARTÍNEZ, CORALIE CHEVALLIER, BANGALORE ATHEISTS, LARRY D. Drawing from narrative therapy, I discuss how it's often not the problem itself—but the story we attach to the problem—that creates our suffering. We dive into the power of meaning-making and how the definitions we assign to events, people, and emotions deeply impact our identity and well-being. You'll learn how to identify limiting inner narratives, shift into more expansive ones, and become the conscious author of your own story. If you're ready to reframe your beliefs and rewrite the story that's holding you back, this episode offers both insight and practical guidance.♾ In a fast-paced world like the one we live in, time is one of our most important assets. Hello my beautiful friends, In today's episode we are going to be talking about how to change negative mindsets, beliefs, or thought systems in a state of flow, in a way that's easy, rather than in a state of force. & at the end of the episode we will hear a special message from my inner voice about how, when we get into these consistent energetic states of mind around certain topics, it makes it really difficult to get thrown out of them. i.e. a wealthy person can stay wealthy even if they're in a bout of depression. Why do we sometimes believe the unbelievable? Why is it our views are sometimes data-resistant? We like to think that reality determines our beliefs; however, at higher levels of belief systems, our beliefs determine reality. It's just the way of things.

In addition to being a crack engineer, Keller is also deeply curious about the inner workings of nature on all scales, and is the patron for our upcoming Beyond the Big Bang meeting in Portugal. Keller is a big proponent of what philosopher Paul Feyerabend called “scientific anarchy,” where progress requires us to abandon a prescriptive approach to what counts as “science,” because many contradictory theories can be “true” at once. We build on our previous conversation about the nature of institutions to unpack why the Big Bang is about to fall apart, what it takes to build a new theory, and how to create a lasting impact without striving explicitly for immortality. The conversation is inspired by Tom Campbell's recent appearance on Rogan, where he lays out a modern version of tune in, turn on, and drop out. This week we delve into the real issue... past the emotions, the mental distress, the "diagnosis" your psychiatrist uses to categorize you. We look at the REAL root cause of ALL mental and emotional distress. Hint: it's not a brain malfunction or a chemical imbalance. It's far simpler than that: it's what you believe about yourself and the world. Yes, your belief systems are shaping your entire life. But what if they're false? What if we've built our entire life on a belief system that can't stand the test of scrutiny? This week, we dive into what shapes our belief systems that literally lie at the root of who we believe we are and every decision we make, and we address how to shift them if we discover that they aren't congruent with reality, that is to say... if they're not true. Belief systems are the root of mental health and mental distress. It's time we start really understanding this.

On this episode of Crazy Wisdom, Stewart Alsop speaks with Dimetri Kofinas, host of Hidden Forces, about the transition from an "age of answers" to an "age of questions." They explore the implications of AI and large language models on human cognition, the role of narrative in shaping society, and the destabilizing effects of trauma on belief systems. The conversation touches on media manipulation, the intersection of technology and consciousness, and the existential dilemmas posed by transhumanism. For more from Dimetri, check out hiddenforces.io (https://hiddenforces.io).Check out this GPT we trained on the conversation!Timestamps00:00 Introduction to the Crazy Wisdom Podcast00:10 The Age of Questions: A New Era00:58 Exploring Human Uniqueness with AI04:30 The Role of Podcasting in Knowledge Discovery09:23 The Impact of Trauma on Belief Systems12:26 The Evolution of Propaganda16:42 The Centralization vs. Decentralization Debate20:02 Navigating the Information Age21:26 The Nature of Free Speech in the Digital Era26:56 Cognitive Armor: Developing Resilience30:05 The Rise of Intellectual Dark Web Celebrities31:05 The Role of Media in Shaping Narratives32:38 Questioning Authority and Truth34:35 The Nature of Consensus and Scientific Truth36:11 Simulation Theory and Perception of Reality38:13 The Complexity of Consciousness47:06 Argentina's Libertarian Experiment51:33 Transhumanism and the Future of Humanity53:46 The Power Dynamics of Technological Elites01:01:13 Concluding Thoughts and ReflectionsKey InsightsWe are shifting from an age of answers to an age of questions. Dimetri Kofinas and Stewart Alsop discuss how society is moving away from a model where authority figures and institutions provide definitive answers and toward one where individuals must critically engage with uncertainty. This transition is both exciting and destabilizing, as it forces us to rethink long-held assumptions and develop new ways of making sense of the world.AI is revealing the limits of human uniqueness. Large language models (LLMs) can replicate much of what we consider intellectual labor, from conversation to knowledge retrieval, forcing us to ask: What remains distinctly human? The discussion suggests that while AI can mimic thought patterns and compress vast amounts of information, it lacks the capacity for true embodied experience, creative insight, and personal revelation—qualities that define human consciousness.Narrative control is a fundamental mechanism of power. Whether through media, social networks, or propaganda, the ability to shape narratives determines what people believe to be true. The conversation highlights how past and present authorities—from Edward Bernays' early propaganda techniques to modern AI-driven social media algorithms—have leveraged this power to direct public perception and behavior, often with unforeseen consequences.Trauma is a tool for reshaping belief systems. Societal upheavals, such as 9/11, the 2008 financial crisis, and COVID-19, create psychological fractures that leave people vulnerable to radical shifts in worldview. In moments of crisis, individuals seek order, making them more susceptible to new ideologies—whether grounded in reality or driven by manipulation. This dynamic plays a key role in how misinformation and conspiracy theories gain traction. The free market alone cannot regulate the modern information ecosystem. While libertarian ideals advocate for minimal intervention, Kofinas argues that the chaotic nature of unregulated information systems—especially social media—leads to dangerous feedback loops that amplify division and disinformation. He suggests that democratic institutions must play a role in establishing transparency and oversight to prevent unchecked algorithmic manipulation.Transhumanism is both a technological pursuit and a philosophical problem. The belief that human consciousness can be uploaded or replicated through technology is based on a materialist assumption that denies the deeper mystery of subjective experience. The discussion critiques the arrogance of those who claim we can fully map and transfer human identity onto machines, highlighting the philosophical and ethical dilemmas this raises. The struggle between centralization and decentralization is accelerating. The digital age is simultaneously fragmenting traditional institutions while creating new centers of power. AI, geopolitics, and financial systems are all being reshaped by this tension. The conversation explores how Argentina's libertarian experiment under Javier Milei exemplifies this dynamic, raising questions about whether decentralization can work without strong institutional foundations or whether chaos inevitably leads back to authoritarianism.

As you guys may have heard on my episode 200 solo cast last week, my favorite part of this podcast is meeting individuals that once I meet, I truly have no idea how I've gone my whole life not knowing. The truth is that the relationships in our life are designed to act as mirrors, allowing us to see the beauty in individuality & also to see ourselves in ways we otherwise couldn't. Today's guest on the show is a man who fits all the aforementioned details to a T. He is a certified psychedelic medicine practitioner, is a microdosing psilosopher (great pun by the way) & is the founder of entheosholistics, which is a company dedicated to reconnecting its customers & clients to their grateful nature through Fungi based nutraceutical microdoses. In this episode, we let the divine take the lead & our intention is that this episode opens you up to some new perspectives & leaves you feeling more connected to your higher self than ever before. AI professor Jeff Clune ruminates on open-ended evolutionary algorithms—systems designed to generate novel and interesting outcomes forever. Drawing inspiration from nature's boundless creativity, Clune and his collaborators aim to build “Darwin Complete” search spaces, where any computable environment can be simulated. By harnessing the power of large language models and reinforcement learning, these AI agents continuously develop new skills, explore uncharted domains, and even cooperate with one another in complex tasks. Goto https://tufalabs.ai/ *** A central theme throughout Clune's work is “interestingness”: an elusive quality that nudges AI agents toward genuinely original discoveries. Rather than rely on narrowly defined metrics—which often fail due to Goodhart's Law—Clune employs language models to serve as proxies for human judgment. In doing so, he ensures that “interesting” always reflects authentic novelty, opening the door to unending innovation. Yet with these extraordinary possibilities come equally significant risks. Clune says we need AI safety measures—particularly as the technology matures into powerful, open-ended forms. Potential pitfalls include agents inadvertently causing harm or malicious actors subverting AI's capabilities for destructive ends. To mitigate this, Clune advocates for prudent governance involving democratic coalitions, regulation of cutting-edge models, and global alignment protocols. Unlock the secrets of human behavior and power dynamics with our fascinating conversation featuring Robert Greene, the mastermind behind bestsellers like "The 48 Laws of Power" and "The Laws of Human Nature." Discover how Greene's rigorous research, involving the reading of hundreds of books, shapes his understanding of the primal instincts that continue to steer our behaviors today. We also tackle humanity's perpetual quest for belief systems, whether religious, political, or philosophical, and how these beliefs fuel our sense of purpose. As we journey through the intricacies of leadership and power, we question whether the alpha-follower hierarchy is a natural aspect of humanity or a cunning construct. With captivating historical and modern examples, we explore the mixed emotions societies harbor towards their leaders—admiring their guidance yet often resenting their power. Greene's insights shed light on the timeless tension between authority and individual aspirations, offering a nuanced perspective on why this ambivalence persists. Finally, we navigate the absence of traditional initiation rituals in modern society and their impact on young people seeking direction. Reflecting on themes from Greene's book "Mastery," we emphasize the importance of individuality in a world that often pressures conformity. Through the stories of figures like Martin Luther King Jr. and Greene's own journey to authorship, the discussion uncovers the rewarding process of personal growth and finding one's calling. Wellness + Wisdom | Episode 699 Wellness + Wisdom Podcast Host and Wellness Force Media CEO, Josh Trent, shares how to use your beliefs as a barometer to determine your success in 2025. Is there a topic that you'd like us to cover in the next AMA episode? Record your message HERE. Listen To Episode 699 As Josh Trent Answers Your Questions [03:00] Beliefs Are Your Barometer What if I told you that our beliefs, not our skills, not our communication, not our relationships, not how much money we have... What if I told you that our beliefs are the number one factor that determines all types of success in 2025? Would you believe me? Well, the belief set that you're listening to me through is going to inform what's possible and what's not possible. Most people are prisoners of their own mindset and here's why. There have been many, many studies around animals, specifically rats, even horses, that when they are jailed in a cell, or when a horse is tied to a fence, or when even human beings are brought up with a certain structure of slavery that when they become liberated and their environment shows them that they can walk out of the jail cell at any time, they don't. Elephants do this too. Have you ever seen elephants at the circus? This massive two-ton animal and there's a circus conductor with a little whip, and this little whip is so fearful that the elephant trained since birth will not go against the conductor in the circus. The same thing happens with horses. Horses get tied to objects from when they're very young, And then when they're this massive beast that could literally break a fence with their legs, just the fact that the horse's mouth, the horse's head is tied to a fence post, keeps the horse still. We're no different. We are not that different than animals because I believe that we are half beast and half spirit. So in 2025, things are accelerating like never before. Look at AI and technology and information and social media. And the speed of technology, if you look at Moore's law, doubles every year and gets 50% cheaper every year. Now, it's not gonna slow down. Technology's not gonna slow down. Evolution is running at a much smaller pace. Evolution goes slow, yet consciousness is accelerating. So we have 3 forces at play here when it comes to your being affected so deeply by your beliefs. Your beliefs are your barometer. So if your beliefs are not aligned to your purpose in 2025, it is going to be metaphysically, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially impossible for you to be the person that you know you're capable of. But here's the great thing. You hold the keys to unlock your own jail cell. You hold the keys and the will to be with me on this podcast and to actually deep into the 5 sides of yourself. Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and financial. These are the 5 sides that we nourish or we starve with our unconscious or conscious beliefs. This is why I'm saying your beliefs are your barometer in 2025. And so in the next 10 minutes, we're going to go into the tactical, practical ways you can be and what you can do so that you can have exactly the life that you want. Let's dig in... [10:05] The Power of Thoughts So if your beliefs are your barometer, what are the unconscious beliefs or even conscious that you journaled about and just choose that one thing. This is where people get really, really set off and they become overwhelmed because they try to change 3 things or 5 or 10 things. Don't do that. Change one thing and commit to it wholeheartedly with humility, with vulnerability, by sharing it in tribe, in community, or with another person. And then ask that person, can you support me in my commitment? Can you support me in my accountability to resetting my barometer? So that may have felt a little jarring, but I promise you if you do it, it'll feel less and less challenging to do each time. This was both a spiritual and scientific mental practice. But let's talk a little bit more about the science. There are thousands of studies showing that neuroplasticity in the brain is not only real, it's neurological. So it's plastic that is getting shifted by the habitual thought patterns that we allow ourselves think. Here's a great example. Your brain is wired to think thoughts and then repeat those thoughts as a habitual loop. That's why grooves that get run into the earth from rain or from water or from streams Become even more carved out your is no different the thoughts that you think could essentially be water and the tapestry of your brain Is the earth that you allow yourself to think thoughts that are negative? To think thoughts that are harmful to self or others, the more those are going to get grooved in. But here's the paradox. The more that you consciously seek out the evidence that you're safe, that you're supported, that you have all the resources coming to you, you have all the network, all the community, all the money, all the love from self, and others, the more you are actually tricking or training to seek out the neuroplastic pathways where that abundance can actually come in. So here's the mindset shift that we must do in 2025. It is not positive thinking. It is not good vibes only. Positive thinking does not work. It's about alignment. See, the alignment of our beliefs actually allow us to have the neurology match the person that know we can become. It's about the neurology. So when it comes to a mindset shift, we first and foremost have to approach the beliefs and the neurology behind the fact of why that belief is there in the first place. Now, there are many episodes that we'll link in the show notes today, JoshTrent.com/699. And this is a place where you can go to start deepening your journey in the mental portion of the Wellness Pentagon. But I'll tell you that anytime we have a mental journey, it is also going to be a spiritual journey as well. Here's why. The body cannot live without the mind and vice versa. We are a soul inhabiting the body. So as we go into this audit of our beliefs, write down your core beliefs about money, write down your core beliefs about relationships, health, and success. Are they empowering or are they limiting? Turn off every limiting belief. Get them down on paper, write them down right here, and know that repetition is what rewires your brain. It's in this conscious repetition and the flushing out of our unconscious beliefs that are harmful to self or others we actually become free. I mean, I just got a chill in my whole body right now saying that. Feel into this. It is in the repetition of writing down, of practicing the awareness of the beliefs that are keeping that actually yields us liberation. If we're the amalgamation of the 5 people that we spend the most time with. Audit your people this year. Audit your people. Do I enjoy hanging out with my 5 closest contacts, my family, and my friends? Liberation is not always easy because a lot of these relationships that we formed, they actually created this network or this spider web to keep us stuck, but we don't even know that we don't know it... [19:00] Make 2025 Your Year There is never a perfect time for you to start. And actually the only perfect time for you to start is now. It's when you're becoming aligned. It's the alignment of the beliefs that shape the fabric and really the lens of your barometer. This is so key. This is so big. If I can just share with you 1 more thing, your beliefs shape your reality. Align them and 2025 won't just be another year. It'll be your year. This is your year. This is your life. This is the place where everything can change. Do you feel it? Do you feel it in your heart? Do you feel it in your soul? This is where everything changes because you say so. So write me, podcast@wellnessandwisdom.com. Tell me your dreams, tell me your alignment, tell me the beliefs that are blocking the barometer that you're committed to letting go of. I'll share with you my beliefs. There's a story, there's a belief that it's become conscious, it was unconscious. And the belief in me said, how are you going to crack a million in 2025? How are you gonna hold the community? How are you gonna hold your family? How are you gonna hold your business? And you know what my belief is now? That I'm gathering evidence, that I'm being vulnerable with my men's groups that I'm even sharing with you right now, you know exactly how I'm fortifying the new belief. I'm fortifying the new belief by sharing it with you. I'm fortifying the new belief by sharing, by holding up the lantern. Because when I shine a lantern, I shine a lantern on my stuff and I shine it on yours too. That's what a true leader is. Leaders hold lanterns. So write in the comments below, what belief is holding you back? What belief are you committed to letting go of in 2025? And this is the key, how are you going to practice it? What is your practice for being liberated? Join us in the Liberated Life Tribe...
