Today I talk about things many people want you to believe that I don't think are necessary in this world. Many people believe things on this list are unsung rules because that is how we were brought up. However, I like the idea of challenging these myths and by not listening to them, it is actually going to help you with both growth and in your life.

In this episode, I talk about Why You WILL Go Broke As A Professional Athlete. A lot of people look at professional athletes that file for bankruptcy as they are stupid and irresponsible. How could someone who signs a $100 million+ deal, have no money left to their name? To many, it just does not seem realistic. Here, I try to take a side that is more athlete-friendly. I break down how maybe someone who just comes into money for the first time, someone who is not financially literate or someone who falls victim to lifestyle inflation, could easily fall into a trap as a professional athlete.
In this episode, I talk about hustle culture. Hustle culture is essentially when you put everything on the back burner that is important to you to focus on your work. Whatever that is. Friends, family, hobbies, all of these things are thrown out the window to focus on your work. You have probably heard people like Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos talk about how they have worked insane amounts of hours per day. This is an example of hustle culture. But i want to talk about maybe why that lifestyle might not be for you.

In this episode, I talk about about my recent thoughts about selling everything I own in the stock market. The market has been rough lately, for just about everyone. It seems day after day, there is more red out there. For me personally, I feel it is only natural for people to want to sell. It is so easy when everything is green to say, "If the market crashed, I would buy the dip." It is a completely different story when the dip keeps dipping. Here, I go through the process I went through when I initially thought about selling all my stocks. This process took about 5 minutes and I talked myself out of it completely and actually ended up buying on this day. Hopefully this video provides value to fellow retail investors out there who are also having a difficult time diamond handing their stocks. Let me know what you guys think and I will see you all next week!
