What happens when a small business coach realizes her clients need more than advice—they need a place to actually work? She converts the loft she's been living in with her family into a coworking space. This week, Jamie Russo sits down with Sue Reardon, co-founder and community connector at Suite Spotte in Forest Park and La Grange, Illinois, for one of the most fascinating origin stories we've heard on this podcast. In this episode, we talk about: How Sue went from coaching micropreneurs to realizing coworking was the missing piece Why it took two years to get the Forest Park location rezoned Her "test and invest" mindset—constantly experimenting with flexible memberships Why she stopped doing evening events and started showing up with soup and wine instead The "Team Mashup" concept—bringing remote and in-office teams together This conversation is proof that coworking works best when you stay curious, listen to your members, and aren't afraid to test unconventional ideas. If you're an operator wondering how to create authentic community without forcing it, or navigating flexible memberships, this episode is for you. The A70 UFO Incident | Paranormal Podcast In our first episode of 2026, we journey to Scotland to explore the A70 incident, one of the UK's most compelling alien abduction cases. On the night of August 27, 1992, Gary Wood and Colin Wright were driving south on the A70 highway near Edinburgh. As they traveled through the small town of Bonny Bridge—an area with over 300 UFO sightings annually—Colin spotted something unusual shoot across the sky. Minutes later, both men witnessed a massive two-tiered disc hovering just 20 feet above the road. Rather than stopping to observe this craft, Gary made the split-second decision to accelerate and try to drive underneath it. When they passed beneath the object, it released a shimmering silver mist that touched their car, plunging both men into complete darkness. What felt like only a few seconds to them turned out to be far more significant—when they regained their bearings and found themselves inexplicably driving in the opposite direction, they discovered they had lost approximately 90 minutes of time and arrived at their friend's house well past 2:00 AM. The aftermath of this encounter proved even more disturbing than the initial experience. Gary began suffering from severe, unexplainable headaches that led to extensive medical testing including MRIs, CAT scans, and even a spinal tap—all of which came back with no answers from confused doctors. Desperate for understanding, both men turned to the British UFO Research Association, which recommended hypnotic regression with Dr. Helen Walters, a qualified hypnotist and psychic. During these sessions, Gary—a hardened ambulance driver who had seen countless traumatic situations—burst into tears and had to be escorted out of his first regression, while Colin remained eerily calm throughout. Through multiple sessions, both men independently described being taken aboard the craft by three six-foot-tall gray beings with large heads, dark eyes, and four long fingers, then being led through circular hallways into fog-filled rooms where they were stripped and examined.

The Bible has made it very clear that King Saul is not a godly man. He is selfish, he is prideful, and as we saw last week in our study, that no matter where he turns, he behaves in a wicked way. And now we're going to see the reason why God, although Saul, is the People's Choice, he should never be thought of as God's choice. Look with me, if you would, to First Samuel and chapter 15. New Year promises are easy; systems that run while you live your life are rare. We dig into why so many financial resolutions fail—vague aims, overreach, and zero follow‑through—and replace them with small, automatic moves that compound into real progress. Instead of chasing motivation, we show how to set a single automated decision that saves, invests, or pays debt without daily willpower, then pair it with one leak you'll cut for good.We start by reframing the goal: don't say “save more,” schedule a 1 percent increase in your savings rate or 401(k) deferral by your next paycheck. Anchor to paycheck-sized actions like $400 per pay period, not big annual numbers that never get traction. From there, we cover the safety layer—why an emergency fund and targeted debt payoff matter most when your job feels uncertain—and how that buffer protects you from high-interest setbacks. The theme is consistency over heroics, automation over intention. Then we talk joy. Vacations and experiences belong inside a smart financial plan, not in the “maybe later” pile. Price the trip, automate the transfers, and enjoy the feeling of a fully paid getaway without the credit card hangover. We even share a story about advising a high-achiever to plan a vacation to prevent burnout, plus a practical way to include a friend by aligning costs up front. Guilt-free spending is earned through planning, not luck, and it's a powerful motivator to keep your system running.By the end, you'll have a simple playbook: set one automated increase, cut one leak, build your safety net, and fund joy on purpose. While you're busy working, playing, and resting, your money will be moving in the right direction by default. If this helped you rethink your approach to money, follow the show, share it with a friend who needs a nudge, and leave a quick review so more listeners can build systems that stick. Well, we are going to see an interesting occurrence in today's scripture. We have had a few studies in Numbers chapter 16, and now we're going to look at the third portion of that, that chapter. We're going to begin in verse 36 and conclude it. But let me simply say that in the Hebrew Bible, what we're studying is really a first part of chapter 17. The Cedar Point UFO Abduction In this final episode of 2025, we explore two chilling listener-submitted stories that blur the line between the paranormal and extraterrestrial. Our first tale comes from Tiffany in Oklahoma, whose family experienced an unsettling encounter with a mimic entity in their crowded household. When Tiffany stepped outside with her dog one February evening, she clearly saw her 17-year-old niece Siddalee through the bedroom window—blonde hair, distinct outfit, sitting on her bed scrolling through her phone. The problem? Siddalee was actually at a game, cheerleading, and wouldn't arrive home for another hour, dressed in her cheer uniform. What makes this encounter particularly disturbing is that both Tiffany and her husband had heard what they believed was Siddalee laughing and talking in the house earlier that day, and this wasn't the first time the family had experienced doppelganger activity in their home—nine years prior, a mimic had even impersonated Tiffany's mother with disturbing precision. Our main story takes us to Cedar Point amusement park in October 2017, where Shannon and her family were enjoying Hallow Weekends. While waiting in line for the Millennium Force roller coaster around midnight, Shannon spotted something extraordinary above the ride—a massive black V-shaped craft the size of a football field, hovering 500-700 feet in the air with five recessed amber lights and complete silence. As the coaster began its ascent toward the 300-foot peak, bringing her closer to the craft, Shannon experienced what she can only describe as missing time—the next thing she remembers is "popping awake" in a dark room, standing upright against a table with long fingers touching her shoulder from behind, surrounded by smaller beings in white robes. Through telepathic communication, she was told she was loved and shown glimpses of something far beyond her understanding before suddenly finding herself back on the roller coaster near the end of the ride, having no memory of the famous 80-degree drop or the 93 mph speeds.
We're going to learn in our study today what type of man, King Saul truly was, and it's not going to be my opinion or some other commentator. We're going to see it from the Word of God itself. So there's no debate. No one can disagree, because if we are truly disciples of our Lord and Savior, Messiah, Yeshua, we are always going to agree with God. With that said, take out your Bible and look with me to First Samuel chapter 14. To donate please visit us at:https://loveisrael.org/donate/Checks may be sent to:LoveIsrael.org
Feeling buried by work yet driven to do more? We sat down with operations leader Bob Hendrickson to explore a simple truth with big consequences: you can't manage time, only commitments. From the factory floor to running multi-facility, make-to-order operations at Steelcase, Bob shows how lean principles and David Allen's Getting Things Done combine into a trusted system that lowers stress and raises output—at work and at home.We trace Bob's path through hypergrowth, crisis, and supply chain shocks, and unpack why systems outperform willpower. Bob shares his “compass” for action: start with self-mastery (a personal GTD setup that holds every promise), harmonize the team (short huddles, clear owners, visible outcomes), leverage proven systems (Toyota's TPS, two-second lean, Scaling Up, topgrading), and let results follow. The conversation gets tactical fast: define what done looks like, break work into the next visible step, capture ideas the moment they appear, and review lists by context so the right options surface at the right time.Ready to build a system you trust? Listen now, share it with someone who needs less stress and more momentum, and subscribe for more conversations on making money simple so you can fully live today. If this helped, leave a quick review—it helps others find the show.-----Get to know our guestBob started at Steelcase fresh out of high school in 1988 working on the production line, assembling file cabinets. Over the years, Bob was given opportunities to work in a variety of Operations and Product Development roles, including Director of Lean / Continuous Improvement, Plant Manager of our Seating operation, and Director of Operations Integration, working to integrate the various elements of Operations to function more effectively, as well as to integrate the latest technology into manufacturing. Bob is currently Director, US Operations at Steelcase. Bizarre News - December 2025 | Paranormal Podcast In this December edition of Bizarre News, we kick things off with a terrifying close-to-home story from Canton, Ohio, where an off-duty police officer working security at a Walmart experienced what could have been a fatal encounter. While booking shoplifter Shane Newton and his female accomplice in the back of the store, the officer performed only a partial pat-down before turning to radio the station—that's when Newton pulled out a concealed pistol and raised it to fire. In what can only be described as divine intervention, the gun jammed at the critical moment, giving the officer just enough time to deliver a flying knee strike that broke Newman's rib and allowed him to wrestle the weapon away. We also dive into psychic Uri Geller's bold claims about the interstellar comet 3I Atlas, which he insists is actually an alien spacecraft carrying extraterrestrial beings who have peaceful intentions for humanity. Geller even reveals his own alleged encounter from 50 years ago when he claims he was shown frozen alien bodies by Werner von Braun deep beneath NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, connecting his past experience to current cosmic events. Our bizarre journey continues with the disturbing case of Cedric Lodge, a former Harvard Medical School morgue manager who was sentenced to eight years in prison for running a dark web body parts trafficking operation. Between 2018 and 2020, Lodge sold human brains, skin, hands, and even complete faces as if they were baubles or trinkets, with one horrifying example involving skin being tanned into leather to bind a book. We wrap up with a geological mystery from Bermuda, where scientists have discovered a massive 12.4-mile thick layer of rock sitting between the oceanic crust and Earth's mantle—an anomaly never observed anywhere else on the planet that may finally explain why this archipelago appears to float above the surrounding ocean despite having no volcanic activity for over 30 million years.

Planning a vacation shouldn't end with a credit card hangover. We break down a clear, no‑drama way to choose the trip, price it honestly, and fund it with simple, short‑term savings so the only thing you bring home is good memories. From setting up a dedicated money market account to translating a total cost into monthly and per‑paycheck goals, we show how to turn “someday” travel into a funded plan you can enjoy without stress. We also unpack the tricky world of points and rewards. Yes, airline and hotel programs can cut costs, especially if you already fly one carrier or your employer lets you keep business‑travel points. But points aren't a free pass. If a card nudges you to overspend or you carry a balance at high interest, the math breaks fast. You'll hear practical rules for when points make sense, when cash is king, and how to avoid the trap of chasing perks that cost more than they save.Prices today are shaped by algorithms as much as calendars, so we share tactics to search smarter. Use Google Flights alerts, try private browsing on airline sites, compare across devices, and price the whole stay including taxes, cleaning fees, meals, and activities. We also draw firm lines for when to delay travel: high‑interest debt, no emergency fund, or job uncertainty. Most of all, we make space for joy. A fully funded trip can prevent burnout and remind you why you work so hard in the first place—because guilt‑free fun is part of a healthy financial life.If this guide helps you plan a better trip, share it with a friend, subscribe for more money‑smart episodes, and leave a review to help others find the show. Well, again, we have seen last week that this chapter, and we're in Numbers, chapter 16, it begins with a group of people. Now most Bibles will call them a congregation, but if we pay attention to that word, a DA, it doesn't mean a congregation per se, but rather a group of witnesses. And why is that? Well, we are called to bear witness, not just by words we say, but primarily by behavior, by our actions, by our works. The Disappearing Man in the Desert Our first story comes from David, who was working border patrol on a narcotics and human trafficking assignment near a river in the American Southwest. During what should have been a quiet night shift, David and his partner experienced something that would shake them both—three deliberate, hard knocks on their Humvee's driver's side window, despite no one being visible on their cameras or in the surrounding area. Our second story takes us to the California desert near the Mexican border, where Nevada and their family were on a routine jeeping trip in 2011. What started as a casual outing to take photos turned surreal when they witnessed a figure in a jumpsuit and motorcycle helmet falling from the sky with a half-inflated parachute, the body appearing limp and lifeless. Nevada's uncle, an EMT, grabbed his first aid kit and rushed to help, but when the family reached the spot where the parachuter should have landed behind a rock formation, they found only an abandoned parachute disconnected from any backpack—no person, no blood, no footprints, and no explanation for how someone could vanish so completely in the open desert. Finally, we explore Grace's harrowing experience in her coastal Rhode Island home, where light paranormal activity escalated dramatically when she turned 16, leading to a two-year ordeal involving severe depression, an eating disorder, and what her father believed was possession or oppression. Grace found herself compelled to sneak downstairs every night at midnight and sit frozen in the darkness until 3 AM, experiencing memory gaps and behaviors she couldn't explain—all while her family struggled with how to help her escape whatever had taken hold in their century-old house.
The Colorado real estate market in November 2025 is sending mixed signals. Denver sellers are pulling listings at the second-highest rate in the nation (39%), while prices somehow rose 2% year over year. Meanwhile, Colorado Springs faces a documented 27,000 unit shortage, yet new construction has dropped by half. Additionally, 91% of Denver homes show value declines on Zillow, but actual sales prices climbed higher in the November 2025 Colorado real estate market. Chris Lopez hosts the monthly Colorado market roundup with Jenny Bayless (Colorado Springs investor and agent), Brandon Scholten (Keyrenter Property Management CEO), and Troy Howell (Nova Home Loans senior loan officer). This panel breaks down November 2025 market data across both metros. Furthermore, they reveal what’s really happening beneath the surface of these contradictory trends. November 2025 Colorado Market Trends November brought sharp inventory changes across the Colorado real estate market. Specifically, new listings dropped 41% month over month in Denver and 36% in Colorado Springs. These represent typical seasonal patterns amplified by seller frustration. However, active inventory declined 15% in Denver but remains 13% higher than last year. Notably, transaction volume matches 2009 levels despite Denver’s population growing 30-40% since then. The panel discusses why Colorado Springs condo prices jumped 10% year over year while Denver condos fell 7%. Additionally, Troy shares details on closing a $720,000 Steamboat condo—one of the few condo transactions anyone’s seeing. Colorado Springs released a comprehensive housing assessment showing systemic affordability problems across all market segments in November 2025. The city documented that one-third of homeowners are cost-burdened. Moreover, renters need $78,000 annual income to comfortably afford the average $1,800 rent. Unfortunately, only one-third of renters earn that much. Building permits dropped from 9,000 units in 2020 to under 4,000 in 2024. In contrast, the city estimates needing 8,500 units annually. As a result, the panel debates potential solutions and why building costs make affordable housing nearly impossible without subsidies. Investment Opportunities and Market Predictions The Federal Reserve cut rates by another quarter point in November 2025. However, 30-year mortgages remain stuck at 6.2%. Troy explains why Fed actions don’t directly impact mortgage rates. Furthermore, he discusses what investors should expect heading into 2026. Meanwhile, Brandon shares a recent win with a fourplex in East Denver generating $2,270 monthly on midterm rentals versus $1,350 for long-term. This represents a 70% premium that’s helping investors squeeze better returns from existing inventory. Despite negative sentiment, the panel sees opportunity. With frustrated sellers, motivated buyers remain scarce. Additionally, transaction volume sits at multi-year lows. Nevertheless, December through February traditionally offers the best deals for patient investors. Chris, Jenny, Brandon, and Troy each predict where prices will land by December 2026. Their predictions range from “slightly negative” to “flat to fractionally improved.” Moreover, they discuss strategies for finding value in specific neighborhoods rather than chasing broad market trends. In This Episode We Cover: Why Denver ranks second nationally for sellers pulling listings (39% delist rate) and what this signals How Colorado Springs faces a 27,000 unit shortage despite vacant Class A apartments downtown The paradox of 91% of Denver homes showing value declines while actual sales prices rise 2% Why transaction volume matches 2009 levels but nobody’s talking about it What Federal Reserve rate cuts actually mean for mortgage rates (spoiler: not much) Specific neighborhoods and property types where deals are available right now How one investor is generating 70% more revenue with midterm rentals versus long-term Building permit data showing Colorado Springs at half the required supply to meet demand Where four market professionals predict prices will be in December 2026 Why December through February offers the best acquisition opportunities for 2026 Whether you’re hunting for your first Colorado rental property or managing a portfolio through choppy waters, this November 2025 market roundup delivers the specific data and local insights you need to make informed decisions. The panel’s predictions for 2026, combined with current opportunity identification, make this essential listening. Ultimately, anyone invested in the Colorado real estate market will benefit from these actionable insights and expert analysis. In "The Road Ahead: What Trimble Innovations Mean for Transportation", Joe Lynch and Jonah McIntire, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Trimble, discuss Trimble's open, scalable platform that connects every aspect of the supply chain—from trucks and drivers to the back office—by serving as a reliable "system of record" that integrates practical AI innovation to help fleets maximize performance, visibility, and safety. About Jonah McIntire Jonah McIntire is Chief Product and Technology Officer at Trimble. He joined Transporeon in June 2021 and quickly led a succession of larger product organisations in the sourcing & data insights areas of the company. Known for his broad international experience, having lived and worked in 13 countries, Jonah's prior experience includes running global logistics for Build-a-Bear Workshop, launching business units for Manhattan Associates and Panalpina, and writing a university textbook on supply chain visibility. He also founded two companies and led them to successful acquisitions: Clear Abacus, an early cloud computing transport optimisation solution acquired by GT Nexus; and TNX Logistics, a spot procurement data science SaaS acquired by Transporeon. He is also a regular guest author in industry journals, hosts the popular Logistics Tribe podcast, and maintains a widely read industry newsletter on logistics technology. About Trimble Transportation Trimble Transportation provides fleets with solutions to create a fully integrated supply chain. With an intelligent ecosystem of products and services, Trimble Transportation enables customers to embrace the rapid technological evolution of the industry and connect all aspects of transportation and logistics — trucks, drivers, back office, freight and assets. Trimble Transportation delivers an open, scalable platform to help customers make more informed decisions and maximize performance, visibility and safety. Key Takeaways: The Road Ahead: What Trimble Innovations Mean for Transportation In "The Road Ahead: What Trimble Innovations Mean for Transportation", Joe Lynch and Jonah McIntire, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Trimble, discuss Trimble's open, scalable platform that connects every aspect of the supply chain—from trucks and drivers to the back office—by serving as a reliable "system of record" that integrates practical AI innovation to help fleets maximize performance, visibility, and safety. The Responsibility of the Incumbent: Unlike startups that lead with "bombastic" promises, Trimble prioritizes its role as the foundational "system of record" for the world's largest supply chains, where stability and reliability are non-negotiable. A "Safety-First" AI Philosophy: Because Trimble's software manages critical infrastructure and multi-billion dollar logistics networks, their innovation roadmap is built on a "safety-first" framework to ensure no disruption to global commerce. The Three-Phase AI Maturity Model: Trimble is following a logical, tiered progression into the AI age: starting with internal adoption, moving to AI-enhanced features, and ultimately launching AI-native applications. "Eating Their Own Cooking": Before shipping AI solutions to customers, Trimble utilizes AI internally to refine the technology, ensuring they can provide honest, experience-based guidance to their partners. Enhancing the Proven vs. Chasing the New: A core pillar of their current strategy is adding AI-powered features to existing, trusted solutions (like TMW.Suite or TMT) to provide immediate value without requiring a total system overhaul. The Shift to AI-Native Applications: The next frontier for Trimble is the development of applications built from the ground up on AI architectures, designed to solve complex logistics problems that traditional logic-based software cannot. Prioritizing Practicality Over Hype: Trimble's focus remains squarely on the "practical uses" of AI—solving real-world friction in dispatch, maintenance, and routing—rather than following fleeting technology trends. Innovation as Change Management: Trimble recognizes that the hardest part of the AI transition isn't the code; it's the human element. Their strategy includes a heavy focus on onboarding, training, and building the "Customer Trust" necessary for long-term adoption. “The idea behind Arctic Bath was born at Treehotel. And I think this is also an important part of the story. How new crazy things inspire other crazy people to do crazy things that nobody says is possible. We are not competing with each other, we are completing each other—working together and bringing people to each other. That's the way that we work with tourism in this area.”We're in great company with Maarten Raes and Peter Engström, two of the original visionary partners behind Arctic Bath, a one-of-a-kind hotel, spa, and restaurant floating on the serene Lule River in Swedish Lapland, where frost-covered forests transform with the seasons and the Northern Lights dance above the Arctic landscape. Here, they have reimagined what luxury means—not through excess, but through authenticity, nature, and slow travel. What makes Arctic Bath so extraordinary is the quiet conviction behind it—the grit it took to build something real, a team committed to genuine hospitality, and a philosophy that proves luxury is found in connection, not consumption. In this winter episode, we discover how slowing down in the Arctic teaches us what truly matters—and why some of the most meaningful travel experiences happen when we stop rushing and start listening.Top Takeaways[9:50] The story behind Arctic Bath's iconic circular main building meant to mimic timber logs jamming in rapids—and how architect Bertil Harström designed it as a visual tribute to the Lule River's legacy.[15:20] Amidst construction delays, a pandemic six weeks after opening, and countless late nights fixing things behind the scenes, Peter quietly delivered a serene sanctuary for their first season of worldly guests.[19:10] The Michelin Key arrived not for the rooms, the architecture, or the food alone—but for the intangible thing guests keep trying to describe—the genuine warmth of a team that chose to create something real.[21:45] Three ways to experience Arctic Bath: Land and Suite cabins offer spacious luxury, while floating Water rooms let you swim from your bed in summer and listen to the ice sing beneath you in winter.[24:45] The sauna and cold plunge ritual—rooted in centuries of Nordic living—transforms guests and locals alike, awakening something so natural that no manufactured wellness experience at home can replicate.[27:10] Each plate at Arctic Bath tells a story—of the river, the forest, the northern lights—translating the landscape into something guests can taste compliments of the relationships with local fishermen, farmers, and herders. [29:40] A winter day unfolds: dogsledding or snowshoe hiking with locals, Sámi stories shared around an open fire, a luxurious Swedish spa experience—and if you're fortunate, the Northern Lights dancing above in the endless night sky.[32:45] Arctic Bath's sustainability runs deeper than awards—it's woven into every choice, a commitment to nurturing the small businesses and community that make this place possible.Notable MentionsNordic CollectionTreehotel in Swedish LaplandVisit For YourselfArctic Bath Website | @arcticbath_sweden

In this special roundtable episode, Katie Cline (Suite Success) brings together some of the most influential voices in hospitality podcasting for an unfiltered reflection on the moments, movements, and hard truths that shaped 2025 — and what operators should be paying attention to as the industry looks toward 2026. The conversation features yours truly, Zach Busekrus (Behind the Stays), David Millili and Steve Carran (The Modern Hotelier), and Glenn Haussman (No Vacancy). Together, they move past headlines and hot takes to examine what's really happening behind the scenes of hospitality today. Drawing on hundreds of candid conversations with founders, operators, and industry leaders, the group explores luxury's continued ascent, the evolving (and often conflicted) state of loyalty, where AI delivered meaningful impact—and where it fell short—along with trade show fatigue, shifting guest expectations, and the creative ways operators protected profitability in a challenging year. This episode isn't about predictions for prediction's sake. It's a grounded, experience-driven discussion for hospitality leaders who want to understand not just what changed in 2025, but why it mattered — and how those lessons will shape smarter, more resilient businesses in the year ahead.

We meet Sabrina, a writer who penned a glowing piece about the books. As a result, she's chosen to ghostwrite a memoir and is put up at the Grand Fairbanks Hotel in the legendary Cordelia Suite — a very big deal. She meets Grayson Westcott, the man who hired her. She'll be interviewing him about his life as an art broker and writing his memoir, but she only has until Christmas Eve to gather everything she needs. One night, while working late, Sabrina craves a sandwich. She calls down to the bar, runs in, and starts eating the first sandwich she sees — which turns out to belong to Ian, who's sitting nearby. He doesn't mind at all and clearly wants to keep talking, but the bar is closing. Maybe another time. The next day, Sabrina continues interviewing Grayson and learns that he was once Hazel Holly's butler at this very hotel. He's hesitant to talk about that part of his life, but when he opens up, she's completely captivated.Later, she runs into Ian again and they grab coffee. He tells her he works for a charity and that it's his first time in the city. What Sabrina doesn't know is that he actually works for the royal family — something he's keeping very quiet. After overhearing a conversation at dinner, she mistakenly assumes he is royalty. Could he be Lord Braxton? She keeps her suspicions to herself as they continue spending time together and sparks fly.Ian suddenly has to leave town to make sure Lord Braxton doesn't marry a woman he just met. They reunite at the Christmas ball, where they dance and share a magical evening — until Ian notices Lord Braxton leaving early and has to follow him. He does return for a kiss first, though. Sabrina is both smitten and increasingly frustrated by how Ian disappears without warning. For various reasons, Sabrina never quite asks him outright if he's Lord Braxton, and Ian never tells her that he works for the royal family. When she joins him at a charity event, she's having a great time — until she spots a jewelry box in his bag. Lord Braxton is known for proposing quickly… is Ian about to propose to her?During a dinner date, Sabrina finally admits she thinks he's Lord Braxton — but before Ian can explain, he's called away again. After hearing more of Grayson's story, Sabrina decides to end things before Ian can break her heart. Grayson is baffled and basically says, “How on earth did you get that from my story?!”Sabrina attends a gala and finally learns the truth: Ian is not Lord Braxton. Overwhelmed, she storms out. After more conversations with Grayson, he encourages her to rethink everything.Speaking of Grayson, Sabrina reunites him with his long-lost love, Charlotte — who is Lady Braxton. Grayson insists he's too old for love, but Sabrina shuts that down immediately. They rush to see each other, and it's beautiful.Sabrina races to find Ian, but she's told he's already left for the airport — except he hasn't. He stayed because he's fallen for her. Herb Shirmer Alien Abduction | Paranormal Podcast In this episode, we explore one of the most detailed and credible alien abduction cases from the 1960s—the extraordinary encounter of Herb Schirmer, a 22-year-old police officer in Ashland, Nebraska. On December 3, 1967, during a routine midnight patrol after wrangling an escaped bull back into its pen, Schirmer spotted flashing red lights at the junction of Highway 6 and 63. What he initially thought was a broken-down truck revealed itself to be something far more extraordinary: a metallic, disc-shaped craft hovering just feet above the road. Within moments of shining his high beams on the object, Schirmer's world changed forever, leading to a documented 20-25 minute time gap that he couldn't account for—and physical evidence in the form of a mysterious red welt on his neck that appeared exactly where he would later recall being touched by an alien device. Through hypnotic regression sessions with Dr. R. Leo Sprinkle years later, Schirmer recovered detailed memories of what happened during those missing minutes, including being taken aboard the craft by gray-suited beings with cat-like eyes and communication antennas. The entities revealed shocking information about their surveillance activities on Earth, their breeding analysis program, and their mission to prevent humanity from destroying the planet—even demonstrating how they extract electrical power from transmission lines.

Happy Throwback Thursday and welcome to another installment of the Throwback Files, where we go back and revisit old episodes. This month, we are revisiting the popular Flatwoods Monster. About the Flatwoods Monster On September 12, 1952, two brothers and their friend witnessed a bright object cross the sky and land on a local farm in Flatwoods, West Virginia, prompting them to investigate the site with family members and neighbors. The group encountered a tall, man-like figure described as approximately 10 feet tall with a round, blood-red face, a pointed hood-like shape, glowing eye-like features emitting greenish-orange light, and small claw-like hands. When the creature made a hissing sound and moved toward them, the terrified witnesses fled the scene, later reporting a pungent mist that caused nausea in some members of the group. While local law enforcement found no evidence during their investigation, claims of skid marks and an unusual gummy deposit at the site the following day fueled speculation about a UFO landing among enthusiast groups. The incident generated massive national media attention, with the story ranking as the 11th biggest news story of 1952 and drawing investigators from across the country, including prominent UFO researchers Gray Barker and Ivan T. Sanderson.
