Am I the Haunted | Paranormal Podcast We're back with another installment of Am I the Haunted — our paranormal spin on the beloved Reddit format where we dig through the internet's strangest and most unsettling encounters and put them to the test. This episode had us examining three compelling submissions: a grieving family who may have captured something extraordinary in a photograph, a man whose time living in his ex's house left him with experiences he still can't explain years later, and a late-night college drive that took a deeply unsettling turn. We rated each story on our haunted, probably haunted, and not haunted scale — and let's just say a couple of these had us firmly convinced that something otherworldly was at play. If you've got a story you're not sure about, send it our way because we love nothing more than helping you figure out whether you're haunted or just having a really bad week.

Hello, you healthy — or at least trying to be healthy — listeners of The Armor Men's Health Show with Dr. Mistry and Donna Lee!In these two segments, we're joined by Dr. Thiru Lakshman of Texas Colon and Rectal Specialists to talk about something that isn't exactly dinner-table conversation… but absolutely should be: colorectal cancer screening.March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, and while it may not be the flashiest topic, it's one of the most important. Screening can significantly reduce both the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer by detecting and removing precancerous growths early — before they become something much more serious.Yes, we talk about colons. Yes, we keep it real. Extraterrestrial Encounters: Vol 4 | Paranormal Podcast We're back with Extraterrestrial Encounters Volume 4, diving into three awesome listener-submitted UFO stories. From a group of teenagers canoeing on a pond in rural Ohio who witnessed a single light transform into something far more extraordinary, to a Southern California resident who had not one but two separate close encounters with unidentified crafts, the skies are a lot busier than we give them credit for. We also talk about a Utah UFO believer whose backyard stargazing sessions turned into something he couldn't explain — and couldn't stop seeing.

Are your pricing, packages, and memberships confusing your clients? If people keep asking “Which one do I need?” and then don't buy, your offer suite may be costing you sales. In this episode, Christa Gurka breaks down how to simplify your offers, stop cannibalization, build an offer ladder, and create clear entry → core → premium paths for Pilates studios, cash-based PT clinics, yoga studios, and boutique fitness businesses.Episode SummaryIf your clients are confused by your memberships, packages, and pricing options, they won't choose… they'll leave. In this episode, Christa Gurka explains why “more options” doesn't increase sales—it creates decision fatigue, hesitation, and lost revenue. You'll learn how to spot offer cannibalization (when services compete with each other), how to build a simple offer ladder (instead of a messy menu), and how to structure your offers so your team can confidently guide clients to the right next step.Christa also gives practical examples for different business models—cash-based PT, Pilates/yoga studios, and high-volume group training gyms—so you can simplify your offer suite, protect cash flow, and create predictable revenue in 2026.What You'll LearnWhy too many packages and pricing tiers quietly kill conversionsThe #1 sign your offers are confusing your clients (and your team)How to identify offer cannibalization (downgrades, overlap, stalled upgrades)Why “clarity converts” and confusion creates delays (or no sale at all)How to create a simple Offer Ladder: Free → Orientation → Core Offer → Premium OfferWhat your “core offer” should be (and why most revenue should live there)Exactly what to audit: what to retire, rename, restructure, and repackageOffer suite examples for:Cash-based PT clinics (monthly recurring care plans + concierge tiers)Pilates/yoga studios (orientation offer + membership-driven model)High-volume fitness studios (kickstart intro + membership + coaching upsell)Key TakeawaysMore options ≠ more sales. More options often equals more avoidance. If your team is confused, your clients are 1000% confused.Your offers should fit on one page—if they don't, it's too complicated.“Intro offers” should function like a doorway, not a place to hang out.Your premium offers should build on your core offer—not replace it.Signs Your Offers Are Cannibalizing Each OtherIf you're seeing these patterns, your offer suite may be competing with itself:Clients consistently downgrade (membership → smaller pack, plan → single sessions)Multiple offers solve the same problem at different price pointsToo many “entry-level” options (movement screen vs eval vs assessment, etc.)Team members “improvise” because they don't know what to recommendFeast-and-famine revenue cycles tied to promotions instead of predictable conversionsChrista's Offer Ladder Framework (Simplified)Instead of a “menu of services,” build a path:Free (content, email list, podcast, IG, YouTube)Orientation Offer (clear, time-bound, creates momentum)Core Offer (where most revenue should live—simple, repeatable, scalable)Premium Offer (high value, higher access, fewer clients, higher revenue quality)Real Examples from Different Business Models✅ Cash-Based PT Clinic (Simplify + Increase Plan Compliance)Entry: New Patient Assessment + Care Plan (clarity + recommendations) Core: Monthly recurring care plan (1x/week or 2x/week pricing model) Premium: Concierge/priority care (direct access, add-ons, combined services)

In this HFS interview, Genpact's Yasir Andrabi and Macdonald Okolie discuss why AI has so far fallen short of expectations in insurance—and what needs to change. The conversation explores how agentic AI, data-driven underwriting, dynamic risk prioritization, and the Genpact Insurance Policy Suite are helping insurers move beyond basic workflow automation to fundamentally rethink underwriting judgment, capacity management, and underwriting economics. In the discussion, Yasir Andrabi, Agentic AI Leader for Insurance, and Macdonald Okolie, Global Head of Insurance Underwriting Practice at Genpact, outline a clear reason insurance AI hasn't moved the needle: most insurers have digitized underwriting workflows without addressing deeper issues around data quality and decision-making. Reviewing the Genpact Insurance Policy Suite, the conversation focuses on shifting underwriting from speed to judgment—using agentic, data-driven prioritization to direct limited underwriting capacity toward the risks that matter most, based on profitability, risk-adjusted returns, and likelihood of binding. By embedding third-party and exposure data while maintaining clear human-in-the-loop controls for accountability and regulatory compliance, Yasir and Don frame underwriting AI not as another layer of automation, but as a structural lever for changing the economics of underwriting.
Bizarre News - February 2026 | Paranormal Podcast From a chilling ghostly photograph captured inside a 140-year-old UK theater undergoing renovation to a haunted hospice center in Norfolk that had staff so rattled they called in a priest, we covered a lot. We also dove into a viral dashcam video from a late-night driver in North England who encountered a towering, unsettling figure on the road that left the internet completely divided on what it could be. On the lighter side, we explored a fascinating scientific breakthrough where researchers used AI to actually communicate with a humpback whale — and the implications it could have for one day making contact with extraterrestrial life. We wrapped things up with a bonus story connecting Bigfoot sightings and UFO encounters.

Podcast Summary: Comprehensive Guide to Personal Injury Law with Karl LuthIn this episode of the El Paso Local Business Area podcast, host David sits down with Carl Luth of the Law Office of Karl Luth. The conversation serves as an essential "miniature education" for anyone in the El Paso area who has been injured and is considering hiring a personal injury lawyer. Luth breaks down the complexities of the legal process, the importance of immediate medical attention, and how his firm navigates the tactics used by insurance companies to ensure victims are "made whole."The "Golden Rule" of Post-Accident CareLuth emphasizes one critical piece of advice: Seek medical attention immediately. Many victims make the mistake of waiting because they feel "fine" due to the adrenaline of the moment.Documentation: Medical records from the ER or a hospital provide the necessary paper trail to prove that injuries—such as whiplash or internal soreness—are directly tied to the specific incident.Delayed Symptoms: Injuries often manifest days or even a week later. Without immediate documentation, insurance companies will argue that the injury is unrelated to the accident, significantly devaluing the claim.Navigating Insurance Tactics & Maximizing CompensationA major highlight of the discussion is why an advocate is necessary. Insurance companies are not in the business of paying out fair settlements; their goal is to pay as little as possible. Luth's firm uses the best practices for case management by building a robust "case file" that is difficult for insurers to ignore. The Expert Team: Luth's staff includes professionals with backgrounds in medical billing and the insurance industry. They understand "behind-the-scenes" procedures and how to read medical codes to justify the true value of an injury.Calculating Damages: Compensation isn't just about current bills. It factors in imaging (MRIs/CT scans), chiropractic care, physical therapy, and—crucially—future medical treatment required to manage long-term effects.Common Mistakes and MisconceptionsLuth identifies several errors that can hinder a case:Gaps in Treatment: Skipping physical therapy or chiropractor appointments gives insurance adjusters "room to argue" that the injury isn't severe.Uninsured Motorists: In El Paso, many drivers lack insurance. Luth clarifies that if you have "Uninsured Motorist" or "Personal Injury Protection" (PIP) on your own policy, you can still recover damages even if the other party is broke or uninsured.Fear of Premiums: Victims often avoid filing a claim on their own insurance because they fear a rate hike. Luth points out that if the other driver is already filing a claim, the incident is already on record; by not filing your own, you are simply denying yourself the benefits you already paid for.The Contingency Model: Zero Upfront CostFor those worried about the cost of a personal injury lawyer, Luth explains the "Letter of Protection" (LOP) system.Free Consultations: The firm provides information first, ensuring the client is well-informed before making a decision. No Out-of-Pocket Expenses: The firm covers all upfront costs for medical evaluations and imaging. They are paid only when the case is settled, meaning there is zero financial risk to the client to pursue what they deserve.Contact & Firm DetailsAttorney: Law Office of Karl Luth, PLLCAddress: 1790 North Lee Trevino, Suite 516, El Paso, TXPhone: 915-213-2025 (Available 24/7)Website: truthlaw.org

Well, take out your Bible and look with me, if you would, to the book of Numbers and chapter 21 the Book of Numbers and chapter 21 now we're going to look at an instance where the children of Israel did what was wrong in the eyes of the Lord, and that is because they acted naturally. They did not ever seek God's influence in their lives. They didn't pay attention to his truth. They didn't consult his word, and therefore they suffered. Am I the Haunted? | Paranormal Podcast In our first-ever "Am I the Haunted?" episode inspired by the popular "Am I the Asshole?" format, we read three Reddit submissions and decide whether people are experiencing genuine paranormal activity using our new scale of haunted, probably haunted, or not haunted. Our first story comes from someone who moved into a new house and feels an overwhelming anxiety in their small office-turned-bedroom, bursting into tears the first time they stepped in and experiencing constant anxious spirals whenever they enter the room, with prayers and rebuking negative energy failing to provide relief. The second submission involves a person who woke up in the middle of the night to feel a mysterious presence in their pitch-black room, sensing someone standing there before feeling their mattress sink as if something placed a single foot on the bed to hoist itself up—yet nothing ultimately happened despite the mix of fear and curiosity they experienced. Our final story features someone convinced they're spreading a curse through their favorite book, which they've recommended to five different people including their boyfriend, best friends, and cousin—with every single person having a massive falling out with them within days to a month after borrowing the book, leading them to wonder if there's something supernatural at play.
