    Vegan Moussaka with Quorn Mince

    A delicious vegan take on traditional moussaka. This would make a perfect midweek supper dish to share with friends or family. The total preparation and cooking time is 30 minutes with 25 minutes of cooking time.  The recipe makes four portions and can be frozen. The nutritional values are given at the end of the recipe.     These vegan Easter biscuits are really tasty and easy to make. The total preparation and cooking time is30 minutes.  The biscuits go really well with a nice cup of coffee when you're having a break. You can keep them in an air tight container for about 5 days.    The nutritional values are given at the end of the recipe.       This is a tasty recipe for vegan mushroom and spinach pasta that is quick and easy to make. The recipe serves two people and would make a delicious, easy to cook, mid-week meal.
