Who are the Soul-Level Mentors? Healthcare in the West needs an internal revolution, meaning that in order for things to change, that change has to happen within the offices of conscious practitioners who are wanting MORE for their patients/clients... Practitioners who might be finding that their brand of medicine isn't *really* an all-encompassing solution after all... Practitioners who have perhaps endured their own physical/mental health crisis and found that their modality alone didn't cut it for them... Practitioners who have (just like their patients) run around to EVERY OTHER sort of practitioner, hoping to find a lasting solution within this cocktail of maintenance modalities... Practitioners who WISH they had a more long-term, permanent solution for their patients and clients inside of their toolbox... Practitioners who are finding that they're running their business on autopilot, treating patients in the same ways, with the same external tools they used when they started 10-20 years ago... Practitioners who are finding that their patients' success rates aren't as great as they initially expected or hoped for (but hardly have the courage to admit this to themselves). Practitioners who take endless CEUs, hoping that each new "trick" and additional skill is "the one" that delivers that transformational magic that their clients and patients are looking for ... Practitioners who gain new skills and learn new modalities, only to find the potency of these new skills mysteriously declining within the first few months of integrating them into their practice... Practitioners who are finding that their patients aren't really even *interested* in a whole-life solution because it would require "too much work" on their part to begin the inner work necessary to truly transform their own lives. Practitioners who are noticing that the amount of space-holding that true transformation requires is far greater than the amount of time they have allotted for their sessions with each person... Practitioners who are ready to TRULY transform lives, not just treat symptoms. Practitioners who also know they have intuitive gifts to unleash within their work. Practitioners who are willing to say things that might even LOSE patients/clients (the ones who just want you to "fix" them without putting forth any effort). Practitioners who are open to having just a FEW meaningful clients or patients who are actually ready and willing to put forth the energy required to achieve whole-life transformation. Practitioners who may have integrated their own unique brand of transformation into their lives and their work and know that they are meant to deliver this on a larger scale to humanity... These are the practitioners that are ready to work from the soul-level... These are the practitioners who are poised to shake-up the entire (broken) medical system... These are the practitioners that I hope every single patient on the planet has a chance to work with... These are the practitioners who will be putting the power BACK into their patients' hands... The 4 core Pillars of Soul-Level Transformation, Part 4 Quick recap of the first 3 pillars: Pillar #1 = Sovereignty in your work as a healer and leader, as well as sovereignty to claim your mastery as someone who brings something completely new and unique to the planet… Pillar #2 : Openness in sharing your journey out loud so that the whole world can benefit. Openness to transforming your business model by opening up your intuition, as well as opening up to receiving (healers often have a hard time with this). Pillar #3: Unity of mind-body-emotions-and soul within your own life and then translating that into the work that you will be guiding your patients and clients through. Unity between your own highest values and how they match up with your work in the world (if there’s a discord there somewhere, noticing that, and creating a plan to get all levels of you on board with what your values truly are). And now we come to the 4th pillar...LEADERSHIP! If you want your service-based business to expand beyond you and into the legacy that you are here on this planet to bring, you absolutely need to start showing up as a Leader… Expanding into your vision means expanding into the highest version of yourself; THIS expanded version of you is the soul-level… Which is that immutable, highly confident, empowered version of you… Stepping into leadership is really just owning the truth of who you really are, and then making the empowered choice to step forward to deliver it to the world And so… If you’ve never been in a leadership role before, the first leadership role you must enter into is the one within your own life. Deciding to lead OTHERS is a big choice, it’s not the easy path by any means, but it’s the one we have to take when embarking upon any entrepreneurial journey.  This means leading your own life and business in a more powerful way by calling yourself out on your own crap! It also means taking it upon yourself to notice when you’re operating in the illusory world of separated consciousness… And the way you can know you’re swimming in the separated consciousness when you’re swimming in doubt, fear, worry, anxiety, and future projections... And so the FIRST step in doing this is uniting ALL of you (your yin and yang, your light/dark, your feminine and masculine, your inner child and your inner parent… your knight and your damsel… your king and queen.) This means standing up to the voices of falsehood within your mind, integrating ALL of your shadows, all of the inner archetypes that you’ve disowned, and seeing that what we judge as positive or negative within ourselves or others are actually all just neutral aspects… “light and dark” is just as neutral as “inhaling and exhaling.” We need both. And true leaders embody and own both aspects and because of this: they are able to lead their people through the same integration process. Leaders also embody: DEEP PRESENCE INTEGRITY ... and they also EMPLOY HELPERS along their journey, because movements that change the PLANET cannot be achieved in a vacuum.
