Welcome back to The Music Scout podcast for the final time in 2019 where we rack up and revisit the very best albums of this year!  We start with three honourable mentions and then getting straight into the top 10 with some in-depth insight into each album that has made it onto this years list.  We've hit some incredible landmarks for the podcast this year and hopefully this is only the beginning. From being invited to festivals for press, to interviewing my idol Frank Turner for the 100th episode special. On top of that I reached new heights in listeners too!  What a year!

I interviewed Sean McGowan back in July at 2000 Trees festival that ended up being one of the most humble and lovely interview I have done for quite some time. Sean is proud of his music and he is passionate about music in general and has a lot to say!  On top of the Sean also has this laddish side to him, but deep down, he's a nice lad. He's also not as strong as his younger brother, but he'll tell you the story in the interview! This interview was with Ruth Patterson, the lead singer of Holy Moly & The Crackers, but as well as being a front woman to her band, she is also a speaker about disabled artists in the industry.  We sit down with Ruth and talk about the charity Attitude is Everything that she has been working with recently. We've made it to the end of the year folks and that means it's time for the Single Of The Year. This week we talk to Luke and Corey from Convey, the latest signing to Revival Recordings. They have a new single out now, it's called "Inside Out" as well as a previous single "Terror" which are all to support the brand new album that is going to be dropping early 2019.  I spoke about the Convey sound and how they're changing the game with the sound of rock. They want to redefine rock and really make their sound the sound of a new generation and a new era for rock music. This week on The Music Scout podcast we interview Colm from the band KARMS.
