Professionalism is an incredibly important skill when navigating different environments and career options. Patrick Mitchell, the VP of HR at SIMR joins me to chat about professionalism in different settings and its link to a successful career.

In preparation for becoming a medical student, with my past research experiences in mind, I had some questions about what I could expect from research opportunities in medical school. Lauren and Som, year 3 medical students, offered to describe their experiences and give some advice!

I had the pleasure of discussing the new technologies available at NASA and the vast possibilities they provide for the space industry with graduate student Kyle Craft. Mr. Craft, who is currently studying for his PhD from Texas A&M University, was a member of a unique squad which introduced a novel technique involving lunar navigation to the space station. 

Jessica Elam, the assistant director of the SI program at UMKC, introduces the SI program as we discuss all the reasons why it can be both an asset to you and your GPA!
