This podcast is all about what RICH people know that NORMAL people don't...YET. We are two women - in our mid-forties, but who's counting - who suffer from financial FOMO, and we're not going to take it any more! We're smart. We work hard. We follow the rules we were taught growing up. So why don't we feel successful or secure? Why do we still feel "behind," or like we're never going to fulfill our American dreams? What are we missing?? What do rich people know that we don't? We hear they know how to make "MONEY work for THEM." Were we absent the day they taught that in school?? We're still working for money! But we're determined to catch up, by interviewing - grilling, really - the kind of professionals that rich people rely on to achieve and sustain wealth and financial security. Why should the rich get all the help? We weren't born with membership, so we're going to hustle and learn our way into the "rich people club." We want to help people achieve financial security and empowerment by providing accessible, real-world advice from the professionals that rich people use. (Don’t wait to “become” rich. Do what rich people do, NOW, to know what they know, and - if you want it - get what they have.) We're encouraging people to be positive, intentional, and proactive. For people who didn’t grow up in wealthy families, and those who don’t feel entitled to wealth or financial security, or people who believe they won’t ever understand it…money is a bit of a mystery. “The rich are different from normal people.” Our podcast SHARES what rich people know that “normal people” don’t, so more people feel empowered to take action to achieve the security and freedom that money can provide.
Most of us have friends, family members, colleagues and business partners who could benefit from a coach to live life at a higher, more productive level. You might think that it isn't necessary because they have you...and you give good advice for free! While untrained "coaches" can certainly provide help, you can get a special level of guidance from a professional. Rich people do! The pros aren't friendly "yes people." They are skilled experts who can help you, your loved ones and business partners establish healthy habits and routines for a better work/life balance. Join us in this episode, together with my co-host and business partner Denise Pham, and our special guest Christoph Nauer, Business Coach, Life Coach, and founder of Balance6, to learn some of what rich people pay people big bucks to tell them.
Navigating a divorce is challenging not only emotionally, but financially. Given the legal wranglings, emotional stress and psychological impact involved in ending a marriage, people going through the process may neglect to take action to ensure their financial well-being. We have a special guest in this episode's hot seat, Beth Proudfoot, a Divorce Counselor that specializes in Collaborative Divorce. Beth, Denise and Clay will help people preparing for divorce to identify the right approach for them, and give them advice on how to set themselves up for success through the process. About 45% of marriages end in divorce, so no one is alone in this! Let's learn from each other!

Are warranties a scam? Does "Certified Pre-Owned" just mean "used cars for rich people?" Does a salesperson assume I'm buying if I agree to sit at a table with him and he brings me a water? Do Finance Managers rub their hands together and cackle when they see we have good credit?Listen and learn!
