Brunetti, United States v. Davis, Food Marketing Institute v. Argus Leader Media and The Dutra Group v. Batterton. The justices also granted review in eight cases, for a total of five hours of oral argument. The Supreme Court will release decisions in more of its eight remaining cases on Wednesday, June 26.
