As músicas deste episódio são "Thinking Back", de Max Surla, "Blood Kiss", do Hainbach, e "Funeral in Sinaloa", de Jimena Contreras. This week we're excited to welcome J. Daniel Stone to the show to discuss his latest novel, Stations of Shadow, which is out now through Lethe Press. We talk about his works, including Stations of Shadow, Blood Kiss, and The Absence of Light. Daniel is a must-read author and all three of those titles are must-read books. Oh, and this is a must-listen episode. We had a blast with Daniel and, as usual, learned a ton of stuff along the way.
Are you ready for the March of the Modrons? We recorded this in March, but didn't release it until April, so we sure weren't! They're little weird robots that roam the multiverse instilling order! And they're weird! Then we find the Blood Kiss, the unwanted dream child of a Beholder who is shockingly still CR 10. Tristan and Dylan then create a horror house of terrible golems made of unusual materials.
Kinky vampires, sentient Ken dolls and Delia Smith's golden showers gimp—it's getting a bit hot in here, on Day 4 of our Halloween countdown, and D.E.Athkin's Blood Kiss is to blame!
