Chris Castellano is the author of Fit For Travel and has been featured on The Points Guy, Blacklane, PolicyGenius, and The Travel Wins podcast. He is a U.S. Army veteran, an FDNY firefighter, and holds a Bachelor of Science from Briarcliffe College. On today's episode, we talk about how to take your fitness with you when you travel, how to pivot your business, ideas and passion and finally, what it's like to write a book. Chris also shares some of his life experience from being in the Army and a part of New York City Fire Department. We connected through Instagram a few years back when I became obsessed with combining two of my favorite things in life... fitness and travel. I pitched to him an idea about doing an Instagram takeover and providing step by step instructions on how to workout in an airport. I've also guest written for his blog where I've shared my own tips and experiences on staying fit while traveling. Chris is passionate about this topic and encouraging us to get our fitness in while we travel.
