She has extensive experience in program development, cross-sector collaboration, and building community-based responses to behavioral health and substance use challenges. She leads the expansion of Sounds of Sarah's Mobile Crisis Program serving Lake County, Indiana, providing community-based crisis response, care coordination, and connections to mental health and substance use services. The organization also provides naloxone training and distribution, youth education, community awareness initiatives, and grief support for families impacted by substance-related loss. Patty holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Public Administration. She is a member of the Lake County Overdose Fatality Review Team, conducts Next of Kin (NOK) outreach, serves as Board Chair of Prevention for SAFE (Supporting Addiction Free Environments for Lake County), and sits on the Executive Board of Directors for the Crossroads Chamber of Commerce. Dave's passionate delivery reminded us that we often search for life, purpose, and healing in all the wrong places—looking for the living among dead things. His raw honesty about men needing to step up spiritually while celebrating how women consistently lead the way in faith created powerful conviction. The altar call erupted as people streamed forward, crossing from spiritual death to eternal life, with Dave using a dramatic rope illustration showing how our brief earthly existence pales against eternity's endless hope.
