WOWWWW!!!! Jayson Tatum erupts for 51pts in the Mother's Day Massacre! 51pts is an NBA Record for most points in a Game 7. He was truly unstoppable in this one. What impressed me the most was that he was searching out Embiid in the pick and roll over and over and one possession he would attack him and get to the rim and the next it would be a stepback 3 in his face. He drew Embiid out to the perimeter so much that Philly opted to go into a zone just for Tatum to blow that apart as well! As good as Tatum was in this game, the defense was even better. The Celtics held the 76ers to just 88pts on the game including a 10pt 3rd quarter where the Celtics blew this game open. There was a 6 minute stretch in the 3rd quarter where we held them scoreless. A lot of credit needs to be given to Al Horford for this. Al had 2stl and 3blk and was as impressive on the defensive side as we've seen all year long. The Celtics did a great job as a whole making sure Al could stay on Embiid and not get lost in the pick and roll and it worked wonders. Guys were busting through screens staying with their guy on those motions which played a huge part. They all played with extremely active hands getting in all the passing lanes and the rotations were flawless. Joe had Timelord on Tucker but had him sagging off a lot for extra help defense and, while it hurt to start as Tucker had 3 quick 3s, Tucker isn't the guy that's going to sustain that. That extra help defense clogged up the lane making it very hard for Embiid to get going. James Harden and Joel Embiid combined for 24pts on 8-29 (27%) from the field compared to Tatum's 51pts on 17-28 (60%)! RHONY s3ep1 Notes: PREVIOUS SEASON…  Jill came for Alex and Simon in the press and said that they drink too much. Bethenny started to rise in success, Bethenny and Ramona grew sick of what a snob Luann was.  Kelly vs Bethenny did this is you, this is me. Ramona told Luann her husband was twice her age.  Everyone turned on Kelly. Normally someone like Kelly would’ve been fired by this point because she makes no sense and no one likes her. This was back in the era when we didnt need deep friendships  TAGLINES:  Alex: To a certain group of people in New York, status is everything.  Luann: I never feel guilty about being privileged.  Bethenny: NYC is my playground.  Jill: I run with a fabulous circle of people.  Ramona: I like making my own money. I find that an aphrodysiac.  Kelly: I’ve created a great life and I love living it.  RAMONA HOSTS A BOAT PARTY Jill and Luann walk up to the boat. Jill rambling about how the key to a good party is good food.  Ramona greets them with a new haircut: Hey ladies, thank you for joining me on my yacht! Jill: Don’t you wish, doesn’t she wish?! I think Ramona truly wanted to pretend for the cameras that it was her yacht but they blew it.  Ramona shows off her haircut and is SUPER hyper. Jill asks what Ramona did. Ramona said she gained 5 pounds. Jill think she’s too blonde. Jill thinks Ramona is too old to be wearing a bikini. “Ramona, cover up honestly!” Ramona says she’s been renewing herself. HERE IT ISSSSS the first of many renewals!  Alex awkwardly comes onto the boat, Ramona wants to start fresh with her. Ramona says, “Don’t you think I maybe look like an older version of Cameron Diaz?” You’re not supposed to say that about yourself!  The boat sets sale. Ramona puts out her rings and shows off her HSN collection. Jill is put off. Ramona is psychotic with her businesses, but also, it’s not THAT crazy to bring out her rings. I think Jill is jealous that she has nothing going on. What is she gonna bring fabric swatches? I brought a bag of zaarin faaaabric.  Jill tells Joni, Ramona’s friend, that if it were her she would give everyone a ring to pick out. That’s such a LIE Jill! Jill says she’s cheap. Joanie: Actually, last night Ramona ordered her own check at dinner. Joanie!! You’re supposed to be Ramona’s friend!  Ramona tells everyone she chose not to invite Bethenny because Jill and Bethenny haven’t been getting along. I have sooo many questions… this must’ve been a production thing to shoot them separately, but what would’ve happened if they had met up on this boat out of the gate? There are so many missed opportunities and if onlies to follow with this Bethenny and Jill storyline.  Jill explains her side of things. They’re not enemies, butJill talks about the voicemail that Bethenny left that Jill needs to find a hobby. Jill: You know what, I did find a hobby, and it wasn’t hanging out with her. Ooooh boy we’re going to hear this nonstop from Jill, just wait! Jill said she had to cut her out like cancer.  BETHENNY’S NUDE PETA SHOOT This is a new Bethenny!  Bethenny talks about her new relationship with Jason. She sends him a picture from her shoot.  BACK ON THE BOAT… Luann tells Ramona that she’s the best at a party because she will be the first one to swim naked in your pool. Luann tells Ramona it’s an ‘expression’ to mean that Ramona is the most fun one at a party. I don’t think that’s an expression…  Luann brings up what Mario said about her. At a photoshoot before the season started, a photographer asked to get her attention by calling her countess, and Mario said, don’t you mean countless. BRUTAL!  Ramona thinks he’s just being playful. Ok Ramona…  Ramona says Mario recognized the fact that he hurt her. Jill from the side, “Why didn’t he call her?” Ramona: He doesn’t have her number. As if she couldn’t just give him Luann’s number… then Luann says she doesn’t feel comfortable coming to Ramona’s party. Ramona says that Luann is making a mountain out of a holemill.  Jill breaks down why this comment was offensive and Ramona goes, “There are no titles in the US, let’s face it.” That’s what this is really about. Ramona and Mario probably talk shit about Luann constantly, and I’m sure Mario told her that there are no titles in the US.  Ramona insists that Luann speak to Mario directly. They start arguing.  ACT 2 BACK ON THE BOAT Ramona feels ganged up on. Luann says he was also rude to Jill. Ramona says not the time not the place, I’m hosting a party, you’re being rude and classless countess. Ramona goes down to talk to her friends.  We need a RHONY below deck crossover!!!! This just occurred to me. I doubt we could get them abck on a boat after caragena.  Ramona flips out: They always gang up on me, I’m sick of it! Why do they do this to me?! I’m a nice person!! (Cries) Joanie comforts Ramona. PS Ramona… Joanie just talked about how you didn’t pick up a check last night.  Ramona reveals that her father passed away 5 months ago. So this must’ve been around the time that he cut her out of the will and she found out, which surfaced this past season. Definitely gives us some insight into why she’s always on edge.  Ramoan continues to cry: They just go after me all the time with their freakin KNIFES! I can’t take it!  Joanie tells Ramona that Luann is classless. Her friends cheer her up. Ramona flips her switch and starts laughing. Luann comes down and Ramona is a differnet person now. “Luannnn I adore you! I do adore you! I was crying!” After all those women talked shit about her now they’re all toasting to a shot of tequila.  BETHENNY AND HER ASSISTANT Bethenny’s asisstant says that she has emails from Jill. Bethenny got offered a free trip to Turks and Caicos so she brought Jill. Jill was mad that Bethenny didn’t invite them. Bethenny said she hit the wall going 90 because all summer Jill had been like ‘why not me, why not me?” Jill was too grabby, and she and Jason hate grabby. I think Jill didn’t respect that Bethenny was in a honeymoon period and needed her space. I think also Jill didn’t like the change of not having Bethenny in her life anymore. We’ve all been there, where a friend that you spend so much time with has a new relationship, and you have to adjust to them not being around anymore.  This turks incident is why she left the voicemail for Jill.  ACT 3 MEET JASON Jason walks in. So innocent looking but creepy. Bethenny keeps calling him baby but it feels inauthentic. Bethenny is hyper. He got her golf clubs. “I hate stuff, I hate stuff, we have more stuff now!! “ Jason has an OTF on the couch. Jason has an issue with her being nude. I’m confused about Jason… she mentioned that she’s been with a famewhore before, yet he seems to conservative. Is it all fake? He carried it on for so many seasons. That’s some sociopathic shit.  Bethenny and Jason are going to the hamptons.  JILL AND KELLY AND LUANN GO TO LUNCH We’re coming off of Kelly’s ex pressing charges against her that she beat him up. That was so strange. Kelly is sitting in a sweater in the heat. Jill wants to give Kelly a chance… obviously just to replace Bethenny.  Kelly talks about dating and how she’s not with Max anymore, and when she was married she was Rapunzel in a castle. She wants to be a robin to someone’s batman. Isn’t she a writer…?  BETHENNY AND JASON AT LUNCH Jill says that Bobby had thyroid cancer and Bethenny hasn’t been there for her. Jill claims that Bethenny never confided in her about anything new that was happening for her. Jill jumps to you need to find a hobby. Jill says I found a hobby, and its not hanging out with you! #2!  Jason awkwardly: You and Jill were so close and now there seems to be some tension there.  Bethenny talks about how everything was about Jill and her family. She mentions how she hosted the today show and Jill called them and asked why it wasn’t her. Bethenny talked about Ramona said last season that she was the underdog. This conversation was amazig. But now Bethenny thinks she might have been right.  BACK TO JILL AND KELLY LUNCH Kelly talks about her court case being dismissed but she had to do community service but she phrases it as, ‘I got to work with a really amazing organization.” Jill: Did they pick that or did you? Kelly immediately: NO I DID. Jill talks about how Kelly only ever was surrounded by other models. She said “All she saw were a bunch of funny people running around.” Jill is such a mom I kind of love it.  Kelly awkwardly transitions into Luann’s divorce.  ACT FOUR BETHENNY MEETS UP WITH LUANN Jason and Bethenny pull up in her tiny VW shrinkwrapped with Skinnygirl. Bethenny tells us that she was supposed to meet up with Luann for drinks, but Luann called and cancelled but said she could do it if the drinks were near her. I so relate to this. Luann wanted this meeting on her own turf.  Bethenny walks in and says I know its the middle of the day but I just drove two hours to get here. Luann: I know, it’s labor day weekend and its chaos out there! The streets were packed, that’s why you were late, so don’t even worry about it. THIS IS AMAZING. Bethenny is trying to start off by confronting Luann, but in Luann’s mind, this is an APOLOGY. Wow.  Luann explains why she cancelled the day before, and Bethenny says I’m busy too I have a book due in 6 days. Ok Bethenny, we get it…. Bethenny: So how are you? Luann: I’m good. I just wanna ask, are you inviting me out to drinks, or are you going to say behind my back that I didn’t pay up? WOwwww this is a deep cut to early last season when Luann invited the girls out surfing and Bethenny remarked that she always has to pay for everything. Luann laughs super uncomfortably after she makes Bethenny feel uncomfortable.  Bethenny is SHOCKED. I think when Luanns’ feelings are hurt she leans back on the countess thing. Bethenny starts shaking and Luann says deep breath, I’ve been doing yoga and meditation, it’s the best thing! Luann has no clue that bethenny is worked up over her. She literally amped her up and is like omg deep breath and meditation.  Bethenny drags Luann and tells her that she gives out her number to random guys. This is exactly the nature of the fight they have in the berkshires so many years later. Bethenny can’t stand that luann can’t reconcile the two sides of her personality.  Bethenny spins out of control when Luann says she doesn’t want bethenny to make comments behind her back. Bethenny says oh I won’t be saying htem behind your back anymore that’s for sure. I think what bethenny is actually saying is totally lost on luann.  They soften the convo and talk about jason. Luann: I saw you pull up in that skinnygirl car. You drive that around town? Bethenny: if you can wear an hermes belt then I can do that. Luann: They’re not paying me to wear the hermes belt though. Bethenny: exactly you dumb drag queen. Wow that comment didnt age well….  They hug it out, but Bethenny in bite says that she needed a bath. Come on Bethenny, now THAT’S fake as hell.  SEASON TRAILER: Luann records money can’t buy you class, Bethenny gets pregnant, Ramona’s runway walk, Ramona’s vow renewal. Ramona does turtle time. Ramona and Bethenny’s walk across the brooklyn bridge. Scary island. WE MEET SONJA. 

Episode 19: Is It Really Podcasting?What is podcasting? When I was first led to its little known source of energy in 2012 it was extremely hard to find someone that listened. They’d heard of it but didn’t own an iPod so they didn’t listen. Today the term podcasting is being thrown all over the place. It’s acting like the new Disco. Hot, fresh, something knew and everybody seems to be doing it. Especially writers, producers and ad agencies that are trying to convince their clients that podcasting is the new age of reach. Wait wait wait. The dictionary in my hand like a southern preacher with a Bible… Podcasting: The practice of using the internet to make digital recordings of broadcasts available for downloading to a computer or mobile device. For many, podcasting is a logical next step from blogging. Wowwww interesting. Because that’s how I kind of made my way into this pretty cool little sport that big business radio wanted nothing of until about 18 months ago. Now everybody’s bragging about having the most podcasts. Two years ago podcasting was so completely unique to business owners that no matter how much I tried to lead their company to better places to gather followers the structure we were building tumbled and blew away with the wind. My vision had no support. Due 100% to those controlling the budget not having the knowledge or understanding of how they were way ahead of the learning curve. What I’m starting to see a lot of on Lnkedin are people trying to drive businesses toward podcasting. I’ve posted over 9,000 episodes on Unplugged and Totally Uncut and you’re telling me that the business decision makers are going to have an impact with podcast listeners with lesser than ten or twenty episodes? Every night between midnight and four in the morning we are bombarded with television info-mericials. Businesses utilizing the availability of unlimited time and space a podcast offers have done one thing… They’ve created the next level of selling but on demand.I can now go to their website and hear a better description of the product being offered. I hear testimonies and interesting stories on how my life is going to change. Yep. It gets the wear the label of being a podcast. It’s content. Consumers devour it. The problem with a company doing its own podcasting is pretty much letting your six year old child be in control of the household decisions and banking accounts. I realize how easy it is to podcast but your ego is getting in the way. Quality matters and it’s going to get harder for understudies and wanna-be’s to participate because new age listeners are finally getting a good idea of what to expect and what to tune out of. The problem with ad agencies helping out is how they’ll rip the humanisms of podcasting from under you. I can hear it now, “You need to cover this and this and this and don’t forget to talk about this and this and wow even this.” Too much information overload! To get a non-professional talent as the speaker to cover every subject smoothly and organically like podcasting is going to be near impossible. Changing the subject during the conversation has to flow like water moving toward the ocean. If you’re going to leap head over heal on the subjects it becomes choppy and without emotion. It’s like listening to a dialog commercial on the radio, “Hi Barbara how are your veins? Oh they hurt. I need to see a specialist.” The conversation is fake. There’s not attachment for the listener. On demand listening means exactly that. We made the choice and effort to locate the podcast we’re listening to. If there’s no genuine heart or benefit for the listener don’t expect the client to purchase the product. It’s taken me nearly four years to finally get used to the endorsements longtime podcasters are getting paid to do these days. I hate it with a passion. I didn’t come here to listen to Mike Rowe brag about how AT&T has made his life better. If that’s the case then dedicate an entire episode to the company and let me decide if I should make the move. 30 to 60 seconds of talk still isn’t going to do it. Back to the definition of podcasting. Key words. The practice of using the internet to make digital recordings.The practice. Not the once. Not the twice. The practice! In martial arts we were trained to believe that we’d never master our skills until we practiced the moves one thousand times. So when I come across a definition that clearly states the practice of using the internet to make digital recordings. As a consumer I better see a thousand episodes. That’s a little overboard but you get my point.Then again you might not. Just stay in my lane right? No. While production director of six radio stations between 2006-16 I always put one thing first. The client. When a business owner sits down with me and clearly states, “If the 3000 bucks I’m putting down on the table doesn’t get me new customers I have to go into a meeting and fire one or two employees.” It happened! I’ve been with business leaders spending hundreds of thousands in advertising and they’re scared beyond freaky. Now companies are being asked to leap on board the hot new fad called podcasting. It’s going to bring you bigger cha ching than ever before because we’re giving our buyers content they can hear more about rather than make decisions over a 30 second commercial caught up in a stop set of ten or more. When you invest your money in company podcasting go for the big bang and brilliantly design an enormous amount of episodes. One thought per break. If you’re Walmart selling Nike shoes. I better not hear about fishing poles and fresh bread. If you’re Panera Bread introducing new soups and rolls please do not bring up hot macaroni and cheese. Utilize the power and the beauty of what podcasting can do for you. Give you endless amounts of episodes so consumers can be focused on what invited them to put your company’s words in their smartphone or computer. So what’s the moral of the story? There are too many radio people that still don’t know the impact of podcasting because they won’t invest in the required sweat to make it look better than another way for the wild man in control to make another dollar for the business. The reason why the big names of podcasting are making advertising dollars isn’t because they showed up in a meeting one day and shouted, “Neet oh! It’s money on the go!” They’ve paid the price. Did their episodes when they weren’t in the mood. They located their following by serving their listeners. They built the platform over an extremely long period of time. Companies that leap onto the podcasting platform expecting to find the pot of gold are going to get pissed off when the return of the investment isn’t fast enough. They’re going to hate podcasting and will probably never put another dollar into podcasting. That brings injury to our product. Without those advertisers we’re just messing around with a hobby. We’re protecting the advertisers by writing, producing and creating shows with quality content. Great podcasters can sell the spots off a leopard without a listener realizing they just purchased something and we never once created a call to action. They made the buy because real podcasters share they don’t take.

Ou peut être qu'elle n'a pas encore été mise en lumière, mais vous faites des choses en sachant parfaitement que vous ne devriez pas les faire… Qu’importe ne vous en inquiétez pas, l’Apôtre Paul a dit dans Phil 1 :6 - Je suis persuadé que celui qui a commencé en vous cette bonne œuvre la rendra parfaite pour le jour de Jésus-Christ. Parfois, il doit vous arriver de vous demander pourquoi est-ce à vous, que Dieu a demandé de Le suivre. Sachez que Dieu connait le futur, il vous connait par votre nom. Il connait le nombre de cheveux sur vote tête et a des projet de paix et non de malheur pour vous afin de vous donner un avenir et de l’espérance. Il sait ce qui va arriver avant que cela n'arrive (il connait nos pensées et nos paroles avant même que celles-ci arrivent sur le bout de notre langue). Si c'est la vérité, alors pourquoi Dieu nous choisirait vous ou moi? - Psaumes 139 : Quand je n'étais qu'une masse informe, tes yeux me voyaient; Et sur ton livre étaient tous inscrits Les jours qui m'étaient destinés, Avant qu'aucun d'eux existât. Dieu a dit, ce n’est pas vous qui m’avez choisi, mais c’est moi qui vous ai choisi. Wowwww quel privilège ! Un jour une petite fille et son papa, passaient du temps ensemble et elle ne cessait d'observer le visage et les yeux de son papa. Puis, elle s'est vraiment rapprochée, a pressé son nez contre le sien et lui a dit, "Papa, je me vois dans tes yeux." Le papa a répondu "Quoi?" Elle a dit, "Je me vois dans tes yeux." Il a regardé dans ses petits yeux bleus verts et il comprit qu'elle pouvait voir son reflet dans ses yeux. Alors le papa lui ai dit: "Stella, sache que tu es toujours dans mes yeux et dans mon cœur aussi." Si vous regardez de très près et il va falloir que vous soyez très près - vous pourrez vous voir dans les yeux de Dieu. Vous verrez combien Il vous aime et combien Il prend soin de vous, à quel point il tient à vous, comment il est prêt à tout pour vous (jusqu’à avoir envoyé son Fils unique mourir pour vous)... Et qu'Il voit qui vous pouvez devenir, car Dieu lui nous voit .. parfait
