Rosa Rosa es la suma de Felipe Navia (Juanes, Poper, La Cirugía) y Juan Sebastián Naranjo (Gatoblanco). Motivados por sus gustos e influencias comunes, (rock británico, new wave, música latina) la banda comienza a componer y a grabar material original en 2017. Su música es una mezcla de celebración y melancolía a partes iguales. Mantra fue solo el comienzo de este nuevo proyecto de estos colombianos residentes en la ciudad de Miami. La Flor de la Verdad es un álbum que da muestra de las habilidades de composición y producción de estos veteranos músicos colombianos, con un hilo conductor en el que la melancolía y la celebración toman protagonismo a partes iguales y en el que la instrumentación clásica de una banda de pop rock (baterías, bajos, guitarras, teclados y voces) entrega al oyente rastros de una sonoridad que escasea en el panorama de la música latina actual. El álbum es el resultado de varios años de trabajo un EP largo con 6 canciones, entre las que se incluyen: Mantra, Miedo, Mar de Mares y Deja, junto a una introducción, un interludio y dos canciones más. Para la grabación de La Flor de la Verdad; la banda contó con la participación de reconocidos músicos como Fernando “Toby” Tobón y Juan Pablo Daza en guitarras, Marcelo Novati y Brian Lange en baterías, Emmanuel Briceño y Femke Weidema en teclados y programación, y Juan Arboleda en composición, programación y arreglos. The two quickly discovered that their shared interest in combining Americana and pop music came alive in the haunting, irresistible combination of their blended voices, and Cotton Wine was formed. They wrote their first song on the road and recorded it on Brandon’s iPhone. Several thousand views later, they launched the Cotton Wine "Song A Week" YouTube series, which has received over 200,000 views to date. Cotton Wine recently completed a year-long tour of the southeastern United States, and has just released its self-titled debut.
