Send us a text if you want to be on the Podcast & explain why!How to Become A Successful Personal Trainer vol. 2 interviews coaches and trainers who have lead a successful personal training career. HINT HINT, they don't praise textbook certifications, they focus on hands on learning and building teams. If you want to make real money as a personal trainer, “getting certified” is not the finish line, it's the starting line. We're pulling back the curtain on what we see from the one percenters in the industry: the coaches clearing $125,000+ a year while everyone else wonders why their calendar is empty and their confidence is shaky. We walk through three traits that keep showing up among high performers. First, they chase hands-on learning, not just books and bundles. They do seminars, internships, mentorships, and supervised reps in the trenches, because that's where you learn to handle knee pain, shoulder issues, and real-world client chaos without freezing. Second, they build a serious network, especially physical therapists (DPTs) and registered dietitians (RDs) they can actually talk to, not just follow online. That support raises your competence, your results, and your ability to charge premium rates with integrity. Then we tackle the taboo topic: looking the part. Not extremes, not unrealistic influencer standards, but a clear signal that you practice what you preach and you fit your market. We also share practical ways to “level up” fast, from picking the right mentors to running a SWOT analysis on your business and physique. If you're done with the quick-fix mindset and ready to build a sustainable personal training career, hit play, then subscribe, share this with a trainer friend, and leave a review with your biggest takeaway.Want to become a SUCCESSFUL personal trainer? In this explosive solo episode of Bitcoin Boomers, hosts Lawrence Lepard, Bob Burnett, and Gary Leland—veteran Bitcoiners with decades of market cycles under their belts—break down the FUD, volatility, and massive upside ahead. Larry declares Bitcoin a "once in a lifetime opportunity to build enormous wealth," emphasizing how drawdowns like this are normal for a volatile commodity outpacing gold and silver. Bob exposes mining realities setting a $50K-55K price floor, while Gary shares real-talk from Bitcoin meetups: seasoned HODLers aren't panicking—they're buying the dip. They dismantle media myths like Bitcoin for criminals (spoiler: it's traceable AF), ETF impacts on trading behavior, and why new investors chase highs and sell lows. Amid global economic shifts, fourth turning predictions, and governance debates, they orange-pill boomers: understand cycles, dollar-cost average, and HODL through the noise. With AI needing Bitcoin as its currency and hyperinflation looming from endless printing, this is your blueprint to escape fiat's collapse. From million-dollar breakthroughs to hard-earned lessons, these founders brought the real talk. In this special year-end episode, I'm sharing the top 5 interviews that stood out most. To everyone who tuned in, shared an episode, or took action from something they heard—thank you. This show is for you, and because of you. Here's to a smarter, stronger, more scalable 2026. Let's go. Subscribe Apple | Spotify | iHeart Radio Sponsors and Resources E2M Solutions: Today's episode of the Smart Agency Masterclass is sponsored by E2M Solutions, a web design, and development agency that has provided white-label services for the past 10 years to agencies all over the world. AI, Efficiency & the Future of Digital Agencies | with Manish Dudharejia (E2M Solutions) If you're running a digital agency and wondering how the hell you're supposed to keep up with AI, automation, and shifting client expectations—this one's for you. Jason sits down with Manish Dudharejia, founder of E2M Solutions, one of the largest white-label partners for agencies, to break down where the real opportunities are—and what's about to get wiped out. Spoiler: Agencies that don't embrace efficiency will get eaten alive. Whether you're stuck in fulfillment hell or just trying to stay 3 steps ahead, this is a must-watch if you want to grow smarter, not grind harder. From Freelancer to CEO: How Kriston Sellier Built a Scalable, Human-Centered Agency Kriston Sellier, Founder of Id8, shares how she broke free from the freelancer grind, stopped being held hostage by a single client, and transformed into a confident CEO with systems, a team, and a business that no longer revolved around her. We dig into the moment she realized she wasn't really running a business and how hiring a consultant changed everything (and brought in 25 new clients) This isn't fluff. It's the real path from chaos to clarity—one that too many agency owners skip because they're stuck reacting. From $1M to $40M: How Chris Dreyer Scaled His SEO Agency with One Counterintuitive Strategy If you're an agency owner stuck managing chaos, wondering how the hell to grow without everything breaking—this is your blueprint. I sat down with Chris Dreyer, CEO of Rankings.io, who scaled his agency from barely breaking 7 figures to nearing $40 million in pure service revenue. And no, it wasn't because of some sexy funnel or overnight hack. It was because he doubled down on relationships. Favorite line from Chris: "You mean to tell me it's not worth $500 to go shake hands with a $125K client?" This isn't theory. It's what the top 1% of agencies are actually doing—and it's probably not what you're doing right now. How to Build an Agency Team That Sticks & Clients Who Actually Respect You | Colin Hetherington I sat down with Colin Hetherington, founder of Dublin's Common Good and co-founder of Zoo Digital (which scaled to $3M+ with less than 5% turnover). Colin's the real deal—he's built agencies people love working at and clients want to stay with. You'll hear how Colin combined strategy, creativity, and technical execution to create an agency that stood out—and why focusing on team trust and clarity made all the difference. Whether you're scaling or starting fresh, there's gold in this conversation on how to lead without burning out. Do You Want to Transform Your Agency from a Liability to an Asset? Looking to dig deeper into your agency's potential? Check out our Agency Blueprint. Designed for agency owners like you, our Agency Blueprint helps you uncover growth opportunities, tackle obstacles, and craft a customized blueprint for your agency's success.

Wall Street is laughing, and this time, the charts might be on their side. As Bitcoin struggles to hold the $86,000 level following a brutal rejection from its $125K highs earlier this quarter, the "I told you so" narrative from big banks is reaching a fever pitch. Is the dream officially over?
Horrific violence targeting African Christians: Over 125,000 Christians and 60,000 Muslims not siding with extremists have been slaughtered by Boko Haram & others. 19,000+ churches burned. 16M+ have fled their homes. This episode opens with a warning to younger investors who take TikTok advice over historical perspective, especially around claiming Social Security early. Don and Tom walk through the guaranteed 8%+inflation benefit increase from delaying, why “take it at 62 and invest it” collapses under market reality, and how fear is driving a surge in early claims. They pivot to Bitcoin's sharp drop and why crypto speculation is driven by greed, not protection, before teasing Don's upcoming crypto short story. Listener questions cover bad long-term-care/annuity hybrids, overcomplicated “bucket” strategies, responsible portfolio risk, and finally a breakdown of two expensive high-volatility mutual funds—both easily beaten by low-cost index alternatives. 0:04 Message to younger investors about lacking market perspective 1:19 Why TikTok advice on claiming Social Security early is flawed 2:17 The real 8%+inflation annual increase from delaying benefits 2:27 The “take it at 62 and invest it” myth 3:47 Tom recounts Paul Merriman calling his allocation aggressive 4:49 Rising panic-driven Social Security filings 5:21 Don's 69 vs. 70 claiming decision 6:11 Survivor benefit logic many forget 7:42 Imagining a sudden 30% crash—except it's Bitcoin 8:29 Bitcoin's drop from 124K to mid-80s, plus MicroStrategy leverage 9:58 Crypto culture, crypto research, and Don's upcoming story 10:58 Crypto as a greed play, not protection 12:37 Emotions sabotage investing; the plan removes them 13:51 Why risk needs to match the plan, not ego 15:24 Crypto story teaser + Short Storyverses email plug 16:31 Listener question: NY Life Asset Flex LTC pitch 17:49 Why hybrid LTC/annuity products are weak and commission-heavy 19:47 “Bucket” confusion and the need for purpose 21:30 Caller Eugene: $250K “play money” 23:43 Reality check: could you watch $250K drop to $125K? 24:06 Why timing dips doesn't work 25:20 Better uses for excess cash in your 70s 27:08 Tom: time for full planning review at age 77 28:38 Fund analysis: Morgan Stanley Growth A 29:25 Fund analysis: Invesco Equity & Income A 30:30 Why moving to low-cost Vanguard indexes is the logical move Learn more about your ad choices. Subscribe free — or upgrade for member rewards — at https://tokentrust.substack.comBitcoin has pulled back hard from its $125K high, and fear is everywhere. But beneath the volatility is a structural truth most people overlook: Bitcoin is now woven into the U.S. financial system through pensions, retirement accounts, corporate treasuries, ETF issuers, and institutional liquidity channels. Once state pensions, RIAs, and trillion-dollar asset managers gain exposure, Bitcoin is no longer allowed to “crash” the way it did in past cycles. In this episode, Chip breaks down the quiet backstop behind Bitcoin — why Wisconsin stepping out is irrelevant, why Michigan, Visa, and ETF giants like BlackRock and Fidelity remain deeply tied to Bitcoin's stability, and how market-structure mechanisms can absorb fear-driven selloffs long before they become catastrophic. This is the part of the story retail never sees.Topics include:Why institutional exposure permanently changes Bitcoin's downsideThe role of pensions, retirement systems, and ETF issuersHow authorized participants and flows quietly stabilize priceThe “car and brick wall” analogy that explains the new marketWhat this means for everyday investors going forwardStay aligned, not afraid. What if you could turn a $5K/month business into $80K/month in under a year? That’s exactly what Chan Yuenenyi did. In this episode, Jaryd Krause chats with the founder and CEO of EssayGrader AI—the world’s leading AI grading platform trusted by over 100,000 educators. When Chan bought the business, it was generating only $5,000 per month. Fast-forward less than a year later, and he’d scaled it to $80,000/month, hitting $1M in annual recurring revenue. But here’s the twist: Chan didn’t chase shiny tactics or massive ad budgets. He used precision. Systems. Deep understanding of what users actually need. Before founding EssayGrader AI, Chan managed a billion-dollar product line at OpenText. So, he knew one thing most first-time buyers miss—buying a business is easy. Growing one takes vision. Hey Friend! Let me ask you something—how much time and money have you spent trying to fix the way you lead? Another book, another certification, another workshop promising the breakthrough you've been searching for? Here's what nobody tells you: every time you reach for another quick fix, you're not just spending money or time. You're staying stuck in the same patterns that got you here in the first place. I've been having this conversation on repeat with leaders at your level. The strategies that got you to VP, to Executive Director, to Founder—they're not broken. They're just not built for where you're going next. And that gap? It's costing you more than you realize. "When your leadership is misaligned with your true identity, even success feels heavy." Want to Go Deeper? Ready to stop chasing quick fixes and start leading from alignment? Book a Leadership Strategy Call—your blueprint to clarity, confidence, and impact.
Ain't no party like a Beatbox party, cause a Beatbox party don't stop…except when the production lines get foreclosed on! But to better understand that last statement, it requires a brief four-year “rise and fall” history lesson surrounding the small Canadian public company named Flow Beverage Corporation. In mid-2021, a reverse takeover transaction was completed on the premium water company, and Flow Beverage began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange. After that liquidity event, the total fundraising amount of Flow Beverage ballooned to around $100 million (which included celebrities like Post Malone and athletes like Russell Westbrook). And I'm mentioning that financial snapshot of total amount raised by Flow Beverage for interesting several reasons. Firstly, irrespective of CPG category…raising nine-figures of capital is substantial (and shouldn't be overlooked). Also, it appears even more significant after realizing the company's highest annual revenue never expanded beyond merely one-third of that total fundraising amount…a far cry from the founder (and CEO) Nicholas Reichenbach stating in 2021 that he'd “take Flow Beverage to multi-billion dollars of revenue annually.” Next, capital structure challenges became a central reason for the demise of Flow Beverage…a mere four years after going public. And arguably the “straw that broke the camel's back” happened in May 2025 when Nicholas Reichenbach signed a series of binding term sheets (requiring personal guarantee) that seemed (even at the time) unlikely to solve any working capital issues. But as you've likely been able to determine already…Flow Beverage wasn't Liquid Death. And since Flow Beverage wasn't a highly skilled marketing company that just so happened to sell packaged beverages…burning nine-figures of capital on advertising would've been frankly absurd! Instead, at the time of the reverse takeover transaction, Flow Beverage owned two artesian springs and operated two North American Tetra Pak-capable production facilities. So, Flow Beverage was the opposite of the typical beverage company deploying an asset-light business model. And while those Tetra Pak manufacturing sites were used to produce Flow Alkaline Spring Water, the company also utilized them for contract manufacturing…servicing customers like BeatBox Beverages, BioSteel, and Joyburst. But a few weeks ago, Flow Beverage was forced to enter into a support agreement and transfer ownership of the business and its assets to primary lenders (i.e. NFS Leasing Canada and RI Flow) after they demanded repayment. And this foreclosure obviously leaves uncertainty around what could happen during the restructuring process...especially for its largest contract manufacturing customer Beatbox Beverages (one of the fastest-growing and top-selling RTD alcohol brands in the United States). If you aren't familiar, Beatbox Beverages has become the brand that's bringing the party to the alcohol industry. Yet, the “original party punch” has proven its way more than just a music festival favorite…becoming the most engaged alcohol brand on social media, with availability in over 125K stores across all 50 states. In 2025, BeatBox Beverages is expected to sell over 12 million cases…amounting to over $250 million in retail sales. And with BeatBox Beverages experiencing triple-digit YoY retail sales growth over the past few years…it must consistently reach for operational excellence, or the proverbial party could end abruptly.
