Visit our website ➡️➡️➡️ https://www.majesticproduction.com/Folks, RAW delivered a genuinely great night of storytelling on the road to Money in the Bank, and nobody breaks it down more honestly than I do, believe me.Penta opened the show, fresh off his loss to Roman last week, admitting Roman was the better man but demanding another shot at the World Heavyweight Championship. Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh interrupted, calling him a loser who should go to the back of the line, and Dom crowned himself the "King of the Luchadores." Penta shut that down instantly — the only king of the luchadores is Rey Mysterio, folks. A beatdown followed, but Penta fought both of them off with a superkick and a top-rope crossbody in a fine segment.Roxanne Perez scored a huge upset in the Women's Money in the Bank qualifier, letting Iyo Sky's top-rope moonsault crush La Catalina instead of her before hitting the Pop Rocks for the win. Good match, folks.LA Knight then delivered one of his best promos in a long time — acknowledging Roman's greatness (booed hard by the crowd), acknowledging that even the fans doubt he can win it all, but pointing out that Roman has NEVER beaten Knight without the Bloodline's help. He called himself the most self-made son of a b!tch in this business, folks, and promised to win Roman's championship at Money in the Bank all on his own. Tremendous stuff. Then something genuinely strange happened — Bron Breakker could NOT put away Je'Von Evans clean, needing Austin Theory to trip Evans up right in front of the referee for the DQ. Based on how dominant Breakker's been booked, he should tear through Evans like wet paper, folks, so this finish felt off. But it led to something amazing: Oba Femi ran in and destroyed Theory, Breakker, AND Bronson Reed like total geeks, took Logan Paul's own chair away, and used it against the entire group a second time before tossing Evans right onto the pile. Oba Femi is must-see television right now, folks.Judgment Day cut a promo bragging about last week's "Santiago Screwjob" against Vaquer, Rey, and El Grande Americano, and Becky Lynch showed up standing with the crowd, defending "Referee Rebecca's" honor and demanding her own title shot. Stephanie Vaquer came out and, being the fair champion she is, agreed to give BOTH Liv and Becky title shots — sounds like a Triple Threat is coming, folks.Lyra Valkyria beat Bayley with a quick rollup — fine match, but a completely dead crowd. Adam Pearce then announced Lola Vice had officially signed with RAW — after WWE spent an entire month airing her promotional videos already, folks, which is a funny way to introduce someone. Roxanne Perez immediately confronted her ahead of their Money in the Bank showdown, and they had to be separated. And the main event — Dominik Mysterio, Dragon Lee, and Penta in a Men's MITB qualifier — while outside, the 946 kidnapped Solo Sikoa in an SUV, chased by the Usos and Jacob Fatu, with LA Knight demanding answers since Solo was supposed to be in this very match. In the ring, Dominik exposed a turnbuckle hook and grabbed Penta by the mask, but Penta reversed it, sending Dom headfirst into the exposed steel, then followed up with a beautiful springboard Mexican Destroyer for the clean pinfall over Dominik. Good main event, folks, capping off a wild night, and Penta is officially heading to Money in the Bank.LIKE, SUBSCRIBE, and tell me — is Oba Femi the hottest act in WWE right now?Watch our full podcast here ➡️➡️➡️ anchor.fm/majestic-production

The rumours of the Gurometer's demise have been greatly exaggerated. We were simply collecting enough gurus to feed three into the sacred instrument at once. In this special Triple Threat edition, Professor Jiang brings angel-informed psychohistory, Jimmy Carr brings a head full of dubious historical factoids, and Mel Robbins just desperately wants to help you (for a price). Three potential gurus, eleven characteristics, and a brief disagreement over the nature of data. Let the highly rigorous scoring commence!Also... think you can do better? Rate Jiang, Mel, Jimmy, or any of the other gurus on our online Gurometer and compare your scores with ours. Ideally, do it before listening, lest Matt declare your numbers inadmissible.https://decoding-the-gurus-gurometer.netlify.app/
A brutally honest, funny, and surprisingly thoughtful episode about hunting, friendship, and the stories people usually don't tell on mic. Damien and Craig get loose on everything from epic hunting blunders to why the best part of waterfowling might be the people it brings into your life. They start with behind-the-scenes chaos most listeners never hear, including voiceover mishaps, last-minute schedule changes, and the massive amount of work involved in preparing for the National Retriever Championship. The conversation then takes a deeper turn as they discuss online negativity, keyboard courage, misinformation, and whether the waterfowl community could make a real difference by focusing more on positive stories. They also dig into hunting regulations, border-crossing requirements for traveling with dogs, and why even conservation officers can't possibly know every rule, species, and exception off the top of their heads. Then comes the storytelling fans love most. Craig shares some unforgettable hunting disasters, including the story behind his legendary “Triple Threat” nickname, while Damien tells a field story that proves every hunter eventually has a day they'd rather forget. Along the way, they talk about the unexpected friendships created through hunting, podcasting, fundraising events, and simply making the effort to show up for people. This episode is a reminder that waterfowling is about far more than birds and gear. It's about the laughs, the embarrassing moments, the shared experiences, and the genuine relationships that keep people coming back. Perfect for waterfowl hunters, retriever fans, and anyone who enjoys a good story told by people who actually lived it. Surround yourself with good people, and good things will happen. If you're tired of being held hostage by the thoughts that hijack your day — "When can I eat next?" "When can I work this off?" "If I eat that, I'll look like her" — sis, this episode is about to become your secret weapon. Today I'm teaching you my signature Triple Threat tool: name it, tame it, frame it. Because here's the truth — you can't fight what you don't acknowledge, and you can't change what you don't challenge. When you ignore these thoughts, they get louder. This tool makes you the boss of your own mind. First, the truth about the thoughts Having an eating disorder thought pop up doesn't mean you're failing. These thoughts come from years of diet culture and conditioning — of course they show up. You're not your thoughts; you're the thinker of them, which means you get to choose which ones you believe. Just because you have a thought doesn't mean you have to believe it, and it definitely doesn't mean you have to act on it. The 3 steps 1. Name it. Get crystal clear on who's actually talking — your authentic voice, or your eating disorder voice? Give that voice a name (mine was Gina; clients use "Restriction Rachel," "Control Freak Carla," "Betty"). The moment you name it, you separate it from you. → "Oh, that's just Restriction Rachel trying to make me earn my food. That's not me." 2. Tame it. Claim your power back. You're not ignoring the thought or fighting it — you're refusing to let it drive. → "Thanks for sharing, Rachel, but I'm not taking orders from you today. You don't get to be the boss of me." 3. Frame it. Replace it with a new thought that's actually true and moves you toward recovery — not fake affirmations, real truth. → "My body needs consistent fuel throughout the day. This cookie is part of my recovery." It works on every kind of thought Food: "I need to work this off later." → Name it (Carla), tame it ("exercise isn't punishment for eating"), frame it ("I move because it feels good, not to earn or burn"). Body image: "I look disgusting today." → Name it (Betty), tame it ("your comments aren't welcome here"), frame it ("I don't have to love the mirror today, but I can honor myself anyway"). A few lines from the episode "You can't fight what you don't acknowledge, and you can't change what you don't challenge." "Just because you have the thought doesn't mean you have to believe it — or act on it." "You're not your thoughts. You're the thinker of your thoughts." "This tool doesn't change one thought. It changes your entire response pattern." "Your voice is actually stronger than that voice. It's just been jaded." Your work this week Decide your comebacks in advance. Write down the thoughts that show up most — waking up, at meals, in the mirror, getting dressed, around people. For each one, write your name it / tame it / frame it response. Practice them, memorize them, get ready — because the thought will come, and this is your spiral stopper. Ready to build your full toolkit? The Triple Threat is just the beginning. If you're tired of being held hostage by that voice and you want to master your whole mental game — at family dinners, in dressing rooms, during workouts, in social settings — I'd love to personally help you build an entire life toolkit of recovery skills. If you're a woman in your late 30s, 40s, or early 50s and you've been feeling exhausted, foggy, anxious, or like a complete stranger in your own body… I need you to hear me right now. You are not broken. You are not going crazy. And you are definitely not "just getting old."Welcome to the era of metabolic intelligence! Today we are kicking off a two-part series that I genuinely believe is going to change lives. This is the exact information I wish someone had handed me five years ago when I was sitting in my car crying, wondering what the heck was happening to my body.In this episode, we are doing a deep dive into Perimenopause 101. We are breaking down the biological timeline of what is actually happening inside your body, the sneaky symptoms you're probably dismissing as just "life stress," and the four non-negotiable strategies you need to not just survive this transition—but actually thrive through it.Because here is the truth: The more we understand our bodies, the more control we have. And when you learn to work with your hormones instead of against them? Something magical comes out the other side. A whole new breed of a woman.

I have been looking forward to this conversation for a while, and it did not disappoint.Michael Roderick is a return guest, who was on the show back in 2021 (episode 118), in my very first year. We lost touch for a while, and then something funny happened. His name kept coming up in rooms he was not in. A guest from New York turned out to be a friend of his. That friend introduced me to two people right here in Vancouver, and both of them knew Michael too. Before long, I had no choice but to reach out. Which, as Michael himself would say, is exactly how referability is supposed to work.Michael went from high school English teacher to Broadway producer in under two years, not because he had the right connections, but because he understood something most people miss. It is not about access. It is about interest. Today he runs Small Pond Enterprises, helping coaches, consultants, and subject matter experts build brands that are referable, messaging that is memorable, and ideas that are unforgettable. In this episode, we get into two things that I think are going to stay with you. The first is his AIM framework for referability, three principles that determine whether people talk about you when you are not in the room. The second is his brand-new Triple Threat framework, borrowed straight from the theater world, which helps experts understand how their natural thinking talents should shape the way they market themselves, build relationships, and get paid for their brains. And we close with something that felt timely and true, why this moment, with all its noise and uncertainty and AI overload, is actually the greatest opportunity for people who know how to have a real conversation.Key TakeawaysReferability comes down to three things: AIM. Accessibility, Influence, and Memory. If people cannot easily understand what you do, feel motivated to share it, and remember it well enough to talk about it later, you will stay invisible no matter how good you are.Stop leading with your solution. Most experts spend all their time talking about what they have solved. Michael makes the case that the real work is in articulating the problem so clearly that the person across the table says, that is exactly what I am going through. Trust follows from there.Know your thinking talent order. Whether you are a Scientist, Celebrity, or Magician, the order matters as much as the talent itself. Leaning into the wrong talent, because someone told you that is what marketing requires, is one of the most common reasons experts stay stuck.Magicians show, they do not tell. If innovation is your top talent, the best thing you can do is demonstrate your thinking in real time. Michael did exactly that in this conversation, breaking down my own triple threat live on air. That is the magic trick.Human connection has never been more valuable. In a world where people are spending more and more time talking to AI, a real conversation with a real person feels different. The connectors who lean into that right now are the ones who will stand out.I recommend you check out Michael and his work at: smallpondenterprises.comand if you are interested, sign up for his Daily email musings … you won't be disappointed.Or you can reach him directly at: michael@smallpondenterprises.comIn appreciation for being here, I have some gifts for you:A LinkedIn Checklist for setting up your fully optimized Profile:An opportunity to test drive the Follow Up system I recommend by checking this presentation page - you won't regret it.AND … Don't forget to connect with me on LinkedIn and be eligible for my complimentary LinkedIn profile audit – I do one each month for a lucky listener!Connect with me:http://JanicePorter.comhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/janiceporter/https://www.facebook.com/janiceporter1https://www.instagram.com/socjanice/Thanks for listening! Thanks so much for listening to our podcast! Since we did our man crush episode last year, it's time to balance the scales once again and discuss beautiful female celebrities. This Cornelius Seed podcast episode focuses on the evolving challenge of corn rootworm and what's new in managing it, featuring Brian Walsh with GreenLeaf Genetics. Walsh explains rootworm lifecycle, how western rootworm and northern rootworm have reduced the effectiveness of crop rotation, and why multiple modes of action are important for resistance management. The discussion introduces Syngenta's Durastak™ (and Durastak Viptera™), an industry-first triple Bt protein approach for below-ground rootworm control, positioned for moderate-to-high pressure fields, with plot testing in 2026 and a full commercial launch in 2027 via the Cornelius portfolio. They compare Durastak™ to Duracade™ and share data showing improved root protection, standability, and about a 10-bushel yield advantage under moderate-to-heavy pressure, emphasizing multi-year trait rotation and matching genetics to fields. 00:00 Resistance Management Basics00:44 Podcast Intro and Guest02:46 Rootworm Problem Overview03:57 Rootworm Lifecycle and Evolution07:11 What Is Durastak™08:46 Duracade™ vs Durastak™ Positioning11:46 Triple Bt Proteins Explained15:24 No Silver Bullet Field Management17:58 Trait Stack Pest Control Chart21:40 Root Protection and Yield Loss23:58 Cry Proteins vs RNAi Rotation27:13 Yield Advantage Data29:13 Multi Year Rotation Strategy33:41 Wrap Up and Final Advice

What will Aaron and Bob discuss? You'll need to listen to find out! I bet it's comics! The discussion dolls into the complexities of comic book sales tracking, the impact of speculation on the market and a passionate discussion on the enduring importance of engaging storytelling and fostering new generations of readers. We also discussed our memorial Day weekend movie viewing recommendations, particularly how Bob chose patriotism while Aaron chose violence.
