Know that there is a light of balance in the future. If you are mentally and physically starting to feel burned out be aware of this in yourself and make adjustments in your life to help cope with this. You don't want to burn out. No matter how old your children are there is still going to be new things you have to deal with. Adjusting to the new chapter and finding a new balance is something that mothers have to do.
