Diesmal begrüßt Olaf Zimmermann in der ersten "elektro beats"-Stunde mit Max Loderbauer und Tom Thiel zwei legendäre Elektroni-Musiker mit einer langen, spannenden Vita. Über die wird u.a. zu sprechen sein und es gibt von ihnen zwei aktuelle, neue Veröffentlichungen. Unter dem Titel "Live at Votivkirche Wien" ist ein Konzertalbum ihrer gemeinsamen Gruppe Sun Electric und schlicht mit "Album" überschriebene, zweite Tom Thiel-Solowerk erschienen. Underworlds "Dubnobasswithmyheadman" feiert 30jähriges Jubiläum. Neben Musik von ihnen gibt es in der zweiten Stunde auch aktuelle Tracks von Saroos, Golden Disco Ship, Tilly Electronics, Anthony Rother, Lambert Ringlage, Boris Blank und Ausschnitte aus einem historischen Pariser- Konzertmitschnitt der Gruppe CAN, der in diesem Monat veröffentlicht wird.

Automat das sind Achim Färber, Max Loderbauer und Zeitblom. Gerade ist unter dem Titel "Heat" das fünfte Album erschienen. Diesmal unter maßgeblicher Mitwirkung von Deadbeat und den Gast-Vocalisten Barbie Williams, Gemma Ray, Prince Alla und R Zee Jackson. Alle drei Automat-Musiker begrüßt Olaf Zimmermann in der ersten "elektro beats"-Stunde, um mit ihnen gemeinsam über die Produktion des neuen Albums zu sprechen. In Stunde 2 gibt es ein Interview mit Peter Kruder über das demnächst anstehende Konzert von Kruder & Dorfmeister im "Theater des Westens". Ça y est, Amplitudes revient enfin dans le radio-game après une petite césure forcée en ce début d'année. Quoi de mieux pour fêter les premiers jours de 2021 que de consacrer une émission entière à une autre année ? On revient dans un mélange improbable des styles sur 2015, qui était quand même un sacré millésime. En esta edición de "Club de Jazz" del 9 de octubre de 2013 escuchamos el dúo que forman el trombonista Gianluca Petrella y el pianista Giovanni Guidi en "Soupstar" y en el que les echen un cable Daniel Brutti (saxos) y los músicos de electrónica Ricardo Villalobos y Max Loderbauer. El pianista Agustí Fernández presenta su Liquid Trio con Albert Cirera (saxos) y Ramon Prats (batería) en "Primer dia i última nit". "desde mi cadiera" Jesús Moreno recupera a los Jazz Passengers en una grabación "Live at the Knitting Factory". En el "Tren Azul" de Luis Díaz García, la voz de Sarah Vaughan en "Sassy swings the Tivoli" de 1963. El "Jazz Porteño" de Alberto Varela rinde tributo al saxofonista Hugo Pierre, fallecido el pasado 2 de octubre, con una grabación de 1986 junto al pianista Gerardo Gandini. "La duda permanente" de Ferran Esteve recupera el debut en ECM del trío noruego formado por Christian Wallumrod (piano), Arve Henriksen (trompeta) y Hans-Kristian Kjos Sorensen (percusión) con "No birch". Josh, from Nocturne Records,  requested a Halloween mix. At first I was reluctant because I'm not a big fan of dark ambient.  I've never really cared for Lustmord records, although I do have "The Place Where Black Stars Hang."  While I do have a fair amount of drone music I don't like dissonant drones. When I set out to do this mix I wasn't sure what direction it would take.  Would it be noisy, scary ambient drones?  As I was looking through my music I came across "The Twin Peaks Archive" by David Lynch & Angelo Badalamenti.  I thought, now there is some dark-ish music that would be cool to use in a Halloween mix. Three Twins Peaks tunes made it into the final mix & helped establish a sort of film noir feel.  There are definite dissonant moments but hopefully the mix is more creepy & shadowy rather than outright scary & annoying. It was fun putting this together and I'm looking forward to making this an annual ritual.
