Vietnamese lemongrass tofu with peanuts is intensely flavorful and harnesses the fresh, citrusy notes of lemongrass. Mai Pham from Lemon Grass Restaurant in Sacramento, CA shows us how she makes this dish, and thinks that whether you love or hate tofu, you will love this dish! Watch the full series at: https://www.plantforwardkitchen.org/southeast-asia
Send us a textIn this episode we explore the challenges of cooking with tofu as a meat alternative when Erin tries to make tofu "meatballs." We discuss various recipes, cooking techniques, and the importance of flavour and texture. These tofu meatballs are baked, which does make the process super simple, but Erin ran into trouble with the lemongrass curry. The recipe said to blend the ingredients into a paste, and let's just say that lemongrass didn't blend well! But the flavour was great and we have thoughts for improving our experience with this recipe. Join us on the socials and let us know your lemongrass tips and tricks! There is no recipe to share this week, because Erin found this one needed some work. We don't ever share a recipe we wouldn't want to make again ourselves. Lemongrass tofu is intensely flavorful -- packed with fragrant and citrusy lemongrass and crispy golden tofu. This plant-based dish, called đậu hũ sả in Vietnamese, is delicious served with rice or rice noodles. Chef Skyler Hanka from the Culinary Institute of America shows us how she tops the lemongrass tofu with peanuts, cilantro, sliced chilies, and some freshly shaved lemongrass for an added layer of aromatics. Get the Lemongrass Tofu recipe here!

In the first of two SAP Connect 2025 podcast wraps, I sat down with Brian Dennett of Lemongrass, and SAP Mentor. We discussed the pros and cons of this ambitious show, and what Brian learned on the ground in pursuit of BTP and BDC clarity. We also get into the state of SAP public cloud ERP, a topic that was not front and center at the show but remains important. The state of smaller SAP partners is another notable theme in this recap, a topic we both have strong opinions about. Stay tuned for my line of business show wrap with Josh Greenbaum as well.

Lights, cameras, color action! This week on Wisdom from the Wardrobe, we kick things off Hollywood-style with a red carpet rundown of the 2025 Emmy Awards, who wore what, which looks wowed, and the standout style moments that had our stylist team talking. From fashion hits to near misses, our “In the News” segment proves that awards season always delivers plenty of wardrobe wisdom. Then, we trade sequins for swatches and dive headfirst into the Pantone Color Institute's Fall/Winter 2025/2026 palette. Think zesty Lemon Grass, cozy Hot Chocolate, sultry Damson, fiery Poppy Red, and dreamy Lyons Blue plus the seasonless classics like French Roast and Mauve Wine. According to Pantone, these shades strike the perfect balance between casual ease and subtle elegance. But did our team agree? Was the palette muted… or more? Tune in as we unpack the palette's “poetic nuance,” debate which colors bring drama vs. snooze factor, and share stylist approved tips on what unexpected hues to pair them with. Whether you're plotting a fall wardrobe refresh, styling for impact, or just love geeking out on fashion forecasts, this episode is your colorful guide to autumn/winter style trends. Happy Styling.

Armed with a studio full of synthesizers and powerful production software, many electronic musicians will create sonic images of vast, cold, cosmic space. Others will conjure up infectious sequencer rhythms, and attract a high energy crowd with electronic dance music. Still others, following the great European symphonic tradition, will electrify the orchestra, or create ambient electronic soundscapes. A smaller group find inspiration in the environment, incorporating the sounds of nature in their music. But perhaps the most unusual are inspired by the supernatural—the worlds of myth and legend, literature and folklore. They create music for spirits, fairies, sprites and elves, wood and water nymphs, elementals, and other invisible denizens of the magic forest. On this transmission of Hearts of Space, it's a magical journey in supernatural spaces, on a program called "ENCHANTED LANDS." Music is by LEMONGRASS, ISHQ, DESENSITIZED, KEVIN BRAHENY FORTUNE, THE AMNIS INITIATIVE, RICHARD ROSS, and ALPHA WAVE MOVEMENT. And some parents in Moncton, NB, complain about a school bus driver.

This "bottle of sunshine" is the uplifting blend with a lengthy ingredient list made up of Wild Orange, Star Anise, Ginger, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Frankincense, Lemongrass, Tonka Bean and Vanilla Absolute. However, the bottles Heather and Meg have currently have an ingredient list of Wild Orange, Clove, Star Anise, Lemon Myrtle, Nutmeg, Vanilla Bean Extract, Ginger, Cinnamon Bark and Zdravetz Herb. As Ethereum's roadmap shifted to a rollup-centric approach, a plethora of rollups have been launched, to the point where L3s have been conceptualized. Celestia sits at the forefront of modularity as it aims to replace the monolithic blockchain architecture with specialized layers that are more suited for scalability and customization. As a result, Celestia strictly focuses on data availability to accommodate the recent rollup expansion, as data storage represents the largest portion of fees on L2s. The Lemongrass upgrade lays the foundation for further use cases being enabled through Celestia, mainly revolving around interoperability and zk proof enabled ‘lazy bridging'. 1GB blocks are coming. Since November last year, 20 rollups have launched according to Celenium, the Celestia block explorer and those rollups have since published over 75GB of data. Following the Lemongrass upgrade, Celestia will aim to execute the roadmap across three different core tracks with the broader vision of enabling end-user verifiability to the fullest extent possible. 1. Abundant Blockspace: Targeting 1GB blocks to scale for a wide range of rollups. 2. Verifiable Blockspace: Ensures blockspace can be verified by any user, on any device. 3. Frictionless Blockspace: Reduces friction for rollup developers and users. Celestia being inherently modular means the chain isn't limited by execution layer overhead or state bloat. This flexibility allows for high-throughput apps, speeding up existing crypto applications and enabling new possibilities, like fully onchain apps. In today's special podcast, we're diving into Celestia's roadmap and what it means for the future of the modular ecosystem with Nick White. Nick, the COO of Celestia, walks us through the next phase of their roadmap. One of the most significant shifts is the move from 2MB to 1GB blocks, entering the "fiber-optic" era of DA, where abundant block space could transform onchain possibilities. ...However, do we really need all this blockspace? Where are the novel apps? Will Celestia transition to validity proof sampling? How will Celestia make it easy for anyone to run a light node? These questions and many more answered in today's pod as we break down the key takeaways from Nick's insights and what they mean for the modular ecosystem.
