Today we begin a series through a book of the Bible many Christians have never read - and that's a shame. The section of the Old Testament from Hosea through Malachi is known as the "minor prophets", not because the message is minor, but because the books are shorter. These prophetical books are extremely important, and interesting to study. Pastor Lloyd is going to share an exciting and challenging series through Hosea.

Every day we wake up and hear the latest news about what's going on in the middle east, and to say it's a volatile part of the world id a huger understatement. Israel and the missile east has always been a hotbed of tension and violence, but it sure seems to be worse than ever these days. Pastor Lloyd is going to take another look at the God's promises to protect His chosen people, as we again look at Romans nine through eleven.

The nation of Israel is in the headlines in the year 2026, much as it has been in since it became a nation again in 1948. Have you ever wondered why a tiny nation like Israel can survive al these years being surrounded by enemies whose stated goal is to wipe Israel off the map? Pastor Lloyd has an eye on First Samuel four today.  God is about to remove His presence from the nation of Israel.  Sounds severe doesn't it, and it is!  But what would lead the Lord to do this?  We'll look into that together and learn that it comes down to misguided faith.

Pastor Lloyd is leading us through the book of Proverbs, and we've already learned a lot about the importance of understanding the role wisdom plays in guiding our actions. Of course, we also know that God's wisdom is the only wisdom we need.
