On this episode of the adventures of Pipeman, Pipeman speaks to Shaman's Harvest, who are going to playing the Welcome to Rockville Festival in Daytona, Florida. Pipeman talks about how it can be hard to be creative when you're constantly on the road jumping from concert to concert, but the pandemic may have been a blessing in disguise for creativity, as they comment on how hard it was to actually record it. He also talks about how they had been on tour for 4 years straight in 2018, for 300 days a year, and so took a break for a couple years due to some personal reasons. As soon as they felt they were ready to return, the pandemic happened and forced them to stop once again. But because of this pandemic, they feel it's their strongest record to date.Pipeman asks them about the album and how they think it's going to be for them to play the album for the first time live, which he expresses their excitement for.Towards the end of the interview, Pipeman talks about the genre and how it can lead to an identity crisis within bands often, trying to fit into a box. He feels like creative people should come together and be creative, which they feel sums up the band perfectly For all the information on the band, you can go to sharmansharvest.net or check them out on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and even TikTok, so you can reach out and message them and a band member will get back to you!Take some zany and serious journeys with The Pipeman aka Dean K. In episode 37 we venture out to the City of Angels to check in with guitarist Nick Emde aka Cultprit. Nick plays with the industrial rock band Contracult Collective and we sat down to chat after their recent performance at the Welcome to Rockville Festival. Nick and I have been friends for a long time and I wanted to find out what he's been up to (musically) over these last few years. I ended up finding out so much about him I didn't know! I hope you enjoy listening to this conversation as much as I did having it. instagram.com/contracultofficial
