In light of our salvation from sin, God calls on us as our reasonable service to give ourselves back to him as a "living sacrifice". But what does a living sacrifice look like and what sacrifice could I possibly render back to God when I consider God's sacrifice of His only begotten Son? Pastor David considers our sacrifice of praise, sacrifice of thanksgiving, sacrifice of good works, and other distinguishing attributes of our sacrifice that God expects from His children.

Our tithe is a percentage that represents the whole of our wealth (and life). When we give a portion of our income, we acknowledge God’s rightful place in our lives.

Paul teaches us the right motive for serving God
"W: IT’S WHAT WE DO" If you stop and think about it, everyone worships. It's what we do! All day long we give our time, energy and affection to something or someone. Day by day, we declare our allegiance. In other words, we worship. Worship is about what we value most. Not just for the religious within church walls, worship is the activity of the human soul. What is essential is that we choose wisely, worshiping what is ultimately worthy of our lives both now and forever.
