Stupid Sexy Enyaba
For this episode of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, we review Stardust Crusaders: Judgement, Part 1 (E21 of Part 3). Polnareff really goes through the wringer in this episode, where he learns the hard way to be careful what you wish for. We discuss the theatricality of this melodramatic arc, the possibility that the Crusaders are lost in translation, and the lucrative marketing opportunity of a real-life Polnareffland. It seems we are incapable of talking about Stardust Crusaders without dunking on Polnareff.
Does Polnareff have enough reputation for a "character assassination"?
For this episode of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, we review Stardust Crusaders: Death 13, Part 1 (E19 of Part 3). Strength, but way less problematic.
For this episode of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, we review Stardust Crusaders: The Sun (E18 of Part 3). It's a break from the norm with one of the more nonsensical episodes of JoJo Part 3. Is that sexy Enyaba?
As promised, here is the now unlocked first bonus episode of our podcast. Building on our conversation earlier in Season 2 about Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and Shonen Anime in general, we decided to cover all of the parts of Stardust Crusaders that we didn't get to touch on in that episode. So if you were anxious to hear us talk about your favorite JoBro or a particular stand battle, now's your chance. At one point Ian starts talking about Moby Dick for a while too. These unlocked bonus episodes are looser and less scripted than our "in season" episodes. We're not going to bother with re-caps at the start of episodes and our research is going to be more off the cuff. We hope that this more laid back approach will show you another side of our friendship and that you'll find the conversations no less stimulating for lack of presentational flair.
For this episode of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, we review Stardust Crusaders: Justice, Part 2 (E15 of Part 3). Polnareff finally gets his bathroom break - although it's not as peaceful as he had hoped with Enyaba as his guide. We also take a look at other examples of hilarity and stupidity in what is supposed to be a vendetta-fueled episode, including Araki's obsession with tongues and Star Platinum's amazing lung capacity. An oil tanker!?!

For this episode of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, we review Stardust Crusaders: Justice, Part 1 (E14 of Part 3). There's a lot happening in this episode, but we can only focus on Polnareff and his determination to find a bathroom with a nice, clean toilet. But we somehow manage to also discuss the back-and-forth between him and Enyaba, how similar he is to Hol Horse, and how bad his foreshadowing is becoming. For this episode of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, we review Stardust Crusaders: Wheel of Fortune (E13 of Part 3). After fighting a boat, it makes sense that the Crusaders would also fight a car. On today's episode, Cidnya and Jake look at the strange world of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure! The pair talk about the saga of the Joestar family as they battle the lingering evil of Dio Brando and the relics that resulted in his rise to power. Primarily dealing with the first six JoJos of the franchise and briefly touching on the seventh and eighth protagonists of the series. Beginning in England they talk about the start of the feud as Jonathan Joestar learns of villainous intents of his foster brother Dio Brando that leads the former to the power of Hamon to battle the latter's newfound vampirism! After discussing the body-snatching shenanigans, the two talk about the pulpy adventure of wild misogynistic trickster Joseph Joestar as he takes of the beings behind vampirism, the mighty Pillar Men! With the nazi cyborg and the power of Hamon firmly behind them, Cid and Jake kinda talk about how the most popular part, “Stardust Crusaders” is far from the best but introduces elements to set it apart as Joseph introduces his grandson Jotaro Kujo to the concept of a Stand as they fight and defeat Dio, himself, once and for all. But while our hosts did not care too much for the crusaders, they both agree that Joseph's illegitimate son Josuke Higashikata and “Diamond is Unbreakable” as he and his friends live a semi-normal life while also investigating a serial killer and an ancient stand-giving arrow once owned by Dio! Breaking from Japan, our hosts found themselves in Italy discussing Giorno Giovanna, the son of Dio (well his head on Jonathan's body) as he rises through the ranks of the Italian underworld learning more about the properties of the arrow! Lastly the main JoJo our episode covers is Jolyne Cujoh, daughter of Jotaro, as she battles Father Pucci, Dio's disciple and priest at the Green Dolphin State Prison, in the final installment of the original JoJo universe! Jake briefly talks about his excitement for the reboot universe and to see Johnny Joestar collect the body parts of Jesus Christ. Also Jake investigates what happened to his brother after the events of GateSlashers 2, in the laziest way possible.
