Navigating Emotional Intensity and understanding the true nature of your emotional intelligence. As we awaken we are naturally going to feel more, for as we begin to heal we will begin to take up more space in our physical body and as we begin to take up more space and become present in our body we will become more acutely aware of our emotions and feel them more intensely. Those who are energetically sensitive will feel their emotions even more deeply. Their nervous system and emotional body are highly attuned to feel the subtleties of energy, frequency, and vibration beyond what the conditioned mind can comprehend. This sensitivity is not a weakness or a fragility which we have been led to believe in today’s culture. This sensitivity is a very necessary part of our human experience so we can connect with and experience the full spectrum of our human potential. Right now we are in the midst of a global shift in our human awareness and our perception - we are entering into the age of emotional maturity and emotional sovereignty. It has been a long time on this planet since we had the ability to truly translate and understand our emotions as an energetic language and this is what we are really here to remember. Hello again listeners, It has been a little while and I would like to thank you for your patience as you have been waiting for this next episode to be released. We are in a new season, so much has unfolded for me in the past few months and I am excited to share more activating audios, stories, spoken word, and fire-chat chats more than ever before.  I wanted to share this piece with you as in some ways it captures the essence of my journey over the past couple of months. I have been deep in the inquiry and the listening of where I am being called in my own life and also with my work and expression. For some this process or journey can be a short one, for me I had to fully surrender into the journey and let go of any expectations that I was going anyway and what I found out is that it is not so much the destination where the gold lies but in the voyage itself. I came to a deep realization that I am and always have been a creator, an artist in all forms and here is where I find most of my joy, my happiness, creating vibrational art in all forms that transform, heal and ignite remembrance in others. This is my path it always has been but I was lost, distracted and had been using the wrong tools to create my masterpiece. Now that I have recovered my paintbrush, my tools I am ready to express and create more art using all parts of my creative expression to create activating audios, storytelling, written and spoken word, vibrational visual artworks with the intention of igniting remembrance of our true emotional intelligence and to restore the remembrance of our true human origins. The intention is that this art is to inspire us all to feel again and heal our inter-generational trauma so we can access the full spectrum of our human emotional intelligence and access our true genetic memory in our bodies once again.  This podcast will be a huge part of this creative expression and I invite you to embark on this audio adventure experience with us once again. Welcome to episode #11 of Attune To Your True Nature. Today's episode is from our fire-side series where I get up close and personal with my dear friend and soul sister Abergale Bremner for some deep insightful chats. As usual these conversations can on a life of their own and this episode is no exception.   What began with a beautiful conversation about conscious relationships shifted into a really raw and honest conversation of our own personal journey of healing our feminine wounds, including the betrayal wound.   This episode was recorded a few months ago and for some reasons the posting of this episode was delayed but it seems for good reason. It feels perfectly fitting to release this episode on the eve of Good Friday an in the midst of a lot of change that we are all experiencing in the world. Particularly with the recent fire and devastation at Notre Dam Cathedral in Paris, this seems to be a symbol of change that is emerging through all of us. In some ways you could say the cathedral and the land upon which is is built upon is very sacred and it is said to house the truths of the magdalene.   Of course at this time, we are all seeing the truth arising and becoming resurrected in all of us and this fire is in a way a symbolic reference to the true feminine arising in all of us once again. The old structures, stories and beliefs are burning away to allow for what resides within, deep in the root of our hearts to emerge.   Our bodies now being the temples as we awaken and restore our true feminine within and our connection to the true feminine within the earth.   This episode is a beautiful one, raw, honest and vulnerable at times with a few laughs along the way. When we can express meaning Through the oscillation of vowels and consonants, Using intention to carrying the potent frequencies Of truth - it can pierce the hardest of hearts It can carry light into the darkness Remove the distortions And restore remembrance in our cells   It can instantly shift your physiology To match and mimic the natural rhythm of nature To sync with the heartbeat of the earth And to begin dreaming with her again.   To Attune your tongue, We must become conscious of the stories We have been told. Welcome to our second episode of the fire-side series where I get up close and personal with my dear friend and soul sister Julia McKeown for some deep insightful chats. As usual these conversations can on a life of their own and this episode is no exception.
