This episode breaks with the audio oriented focus of the program. It's an improvised riff on what it's like to be dead. As me as a long dead Asian person walking the streets of Brooklyn. Hope you like it. Next week, back to audio!

Jeff and I have been friends for 10 or 15 years, and he's one of those guys who never fails to turn me onto new music every time I see him. He's also pretty serious audiophile, and as we ramble a bit we never drop the ball. Hope you enjoy this conversation as much as we did having it!
Before the Audiophiliac I was a NYC movie theater (and TV station) projectionist. The stories I can tell.

I spoke with Klipsch's Roy Delgado just a few days ago, and we really had a good time! I love the man's sense of humor, he always makes me laugh! He's played a large role in designing the Heresy, Forte, Cornwall, LaScalla, and later versions of the Klipschorn! This time we mostly talked about the Klipsch Jubilee's long history, dating back to 1996! Back then Roy was working with the man himself, Paul W. Klipsch, and the Jubilee was to be the brand's new flagship. Well, it wasn't an easy ride, the Jubilee is just now going into full production! Here's a Zoom interview I did with Roy a few years ago. https://youtu.be/Jv7JZ5Nptqk

The Audiophiliac confesses he's losing interest in playing CDs, he's streaming more and more music from Tidal and Qobuz. AND he's playing more LPs than he has in years! He was a restless audiophile before he was a reviewer, always looking for new sensations. It's fun! Not for everyone, but it is for some of us.
