-Nobody seems to think the New Zealand attack is that big of a deal...well we do! Just because something happens in another country doesn't mean it can't hit close to home. Without being overly political we discuss some of the ways this act of terrorism is swept under the rug or deemed "isolated" - Jess Hilarious made the mistake of thinking xenophobia had humor to it and it backfired. Was she wrong? Yes. Is she alone? No. The deeper question that situation reveals is do black people view people other poc the same way the rest of the world does and just don't like to admit it? -Will each culture self-educating their children about their own history help to alleviate stigmas and stereotypes instead of relying on school curriculum to fix such a deep rooted issue? Chris and Brandy discuss all of that and more is the newest episode of Complicated Simplicity.

Then the question arises of do you feel like your emotions are being weaponized? From strong dudes in the car, to BLM, your emotions are probably being used against you. And lastly, we end with a passionate discussion about men being coddled by women. Where did it begin and why do women still put up with it? Find out the answers as Chris, Brandy, and this week's guest Mariel weigh in and break it down.
Hopefully for the last time we address this crazy Jussie Smollett story and if it is we are going to go out with a bang.
