    This week is a meditation sample for you to use however you need. Remember you are allowed to have your mind wander, you are allowed to move if you need to. Many ADHDers think they can't meditate, because of those needs. However, you are allowed to use this mediation to help however it can. So if you can only handle a few minutes that is fine! If you need to switch to a new position a minute in and then another few minutes in, that's fine too! I'm so proud of you for trying! Hope this helps!!
