In the second message of Unmasked, Pastor Derek Anglin explores Jesus' parable of the Pharisee and the tax collector in Luke 18, revealing how easily self-righteousness can hide beneath religious activity. Addressing those who trusted in their own righteousness and looked down on others, Jesus contrasts two very different approaches to God—one rooted in pride and comparison, the other in humility and dependence. This message examines the nature of unrighteousness, the deceptive notions of self-righteousness, and the ongoing need for God's righteousness in every believer's life. Through the example of the tax collector, we are reminded that spiritual health begins with recognizing our sin and our need for God's mercy. The sermon challenges listeners to remain brokenhearted for broken people rather than becoming judgmental or prideful. Ultimately, the message points to the truth that we cannot make ourselves right with God—only Jesus can. As the series continues, believers are encouraged to invite God to search their hearts, expose hidden pride, and help them live with humility, gratitude, and a deeper awareness of their need for His grace.

Ghost and Alpha Warrior take the Tuesday show with CannCon out for a family emergency, and they do not waste a minute. Ghost opens by tracing a fake story about Iran's president resigning all the way back to a London-based Saudi British intelligence outlet called Volant Media, showing in real time how Fox News changed its headline when the story collapsed while keeping the original article live. Alpha connects it to Red Sea Ventures, the company that manages Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Bill O'Reilly, and a dozen other "independent" media voices and was purchased by Fox Corporation in February, raising pointed questions about what independence actually means. Ghost then dissects two Megyn Kelly clips: a 2025 Virginia Tech appearance where she told students to trust only her and Ben Shapiro, and a 2026 Sean Ryan interview where she called MAGA an Israeli-supporting pedophile lobby. Ghost frames it as a sophisticated gatekeeping operation. The big geopolitical story is Axios reporting Trump called Netanyahu crazy, told him he would be in prison without Trump's help, and blocked a Beirut strike, a story neither Trump nor Netanyahu denied. In this opening message of Unmasked, Pastor Derek Anglin explores the uncomfortable but necessary subject of hypocrisy through Scripture and personal reflection. Defining hypocrisy as more than inconsistency, the sermon shows that pretending spiritually can become a form of lying to God—not merely acting differently before people, but resisting what God is calling us to truly become. Through Jesus' words to the Pharisees in Matthew 23 and the account of Ananias and Sapphira in Acts 5, we see that God cares deeply about authenticity, integrity, and the condition of the heart. The message challenges believers to examine where performance has replaced surrender and where outward appearance has become more important than inward transformation. Yet the invitation isn't shame—it's freedom. Colossians 3 points us back to our identity in Christ: because we have been made new, we no longer have to live behind spiritual masks. True transformation happens as we rest in who Jesus says we are and allow Him to renew us from the inside out. Last Wednesday he held a hearing titled, "Unmasked: How Biden Health Officials Purposely Turned a Blind Eye Toward COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Signals." It's a hearing that drew little media attention. Along with this hearing, Senator Johnson released a report of approximately 600 pages of records that detailed how beginning in early 2021, FDA officials became aware of a new "state of the art" data mining method that could better detect statistically significant safety signals for adverse events associated with the COVID-19 shots. Rather than adopt this method, Biden health officials continued to employ their older data mining method with known limitations that prevented the FDA from detecting adverse events. Senator Johnson indicates that Peter Marks, head of the FDA's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, was treating vaccine injuries that were life-threatening and people were pleading with the FDA and NIH to make this pubic, but never did so. Senator Johnson indicated, "We've got a real big problem in this country about vaccine-injury deniers." Again, these vaccine injuries are real, but it's being denied.
