Now that things are opening up and I'm motivated to lose those extra pounds, I started my keto diet again. This time, however, I'm not as successful at limiting the carbs and I find myself frustrated by the restrictive food list. With a brief trial of Weight Watchers behind me, I started a new app called Noom. I love all things tech and this combines motivation, tech, humor and a little sass. It connects to your fitness tracker and keeps you up to date on how you're doing.  Noom signup link for a 14-day free trial and 20% off your subscription
