In this episode, Kimberly speaks with Jane Hardwicke Collings, a post-menopausal grandmother, former midwife, and founder of the School of Shamanic Womancraft. They explore how the lessons learned from the natural childbirth movement must now be applied to menopause, discussing what Jane calls "sage-escence," the becoming of the wise woman. Jane shares her journey from hospital nurse to home birth midwife, how her midwifery awakened her to the patriarchy's medicalization of women's bodies, and why she sees a natural menopause movement emerging. They dive deep into the connections between all rites of passage, from menstruation to birth to menopause, and examine how unresolved trauma surfaces during these transitions. The conversation also explores sexuality and the erotic through life's seasons, the impact of childhood trauma on menopausal symptoms, body shame, aging, and the cultural pressure toward hormone therapy versus embracing natural processes. Bio Jane Hardwicke Collings is a post-menopausal grandmother, mother of a blended family with four adult children and four grandchildren. A former Registered Nurse who worked in Paediatric Intensive Care Units and Women's Operating Theatres, she became a midwife at 26 and left the hospital system so as not to be complicit with institutionalized acts of abuse and violence on women and babies masquerading as safety. She was a homebirth midwife for 30 years in city and rural areas of Australia. Jane carries the lineage of Shamanic Midwifery from her teacher Jeannine Parvati Baker and created the School of Shamanic Womancraft in 2009, an international Women's Mystery School. She travels internationally giving workshops on the wisdom of cycles, the spiritual practice of menstruation, sacred dimensions of pregnancy, birth, and menopause, and reclaiming women's rites of passage. She also offers teacher training, books, and e-courses. Jane is a co-creator of Hygieia Health, a not-for-profit with a mission to create freestanding birth centers and fund homebirth. She lives in the bush on the edge of a forest in New South Wales, Australia, committed to walking her talk and treading lightly on the earth. She sees herself as an Agent of the Goddess, a Priestess at the altars of transformation.   What She Shares: –Journey from hospital nurse to home birth midwife –Applying lessons from natural childbirth to menopause –Sage-escence: the becoming of the wise woman –How childhood trauma affects menopausal symptoms –Salutogenic vs pathogenic perspectives on women's health –Personal healing journey around sexuality at menopause –Crowning the Crones ceremony –Preparing for the transition to elderhood at 70 What You'll Hear: –Jane's awakening to the patriarchy through midwifery training –Why she left hospital to become a home birth midwife –Bringing midwife eyes and heart to all rites of passage –The state of birth in Australia and globally –Free birth, doulas, and current threats to birth workers –How home birth advocates are embracing medicalized menopause –HRT keeping women in a static hormonal state –The natural menopause movement emerging –Anti-aging culture and the privilege of aging –Body shame rooted in menstrual shame –Kimberly's reflections on cosmetic procedures and nervous system impact –How orgasm and sexuality change across a woman's lifetime –Healing sexual inheritance from mothers and grandmothers –Unresolved trauma surfacing at menopause as healing opportunity –First sexual experience as imprint that unfolds through life –Libido changes through life stages –Finding new reasons for sexuality post-reproduction –The spiral of life: what unfolds at each new season –Honoring crones and receiving their wisdom   Resources Website: https://janehardwickecollings.com/ IG: @janehardwickecollings Kimberly's Mobilize Freeze Course: https://kimberlyannjohnson.com/freeze/

Have you ever been told that a health condition is something you simply have to "manage" for the rest of your life? That the only way forward is through lifelong medication and constant vigilance?Today's guest, Kathryn Waldrom found herself at that exact crossroads. After a routine health check-up, Kathryn was diagnosed with diabetes and prescribed medication without a second thought. But Kathryn chose a different path, one of remembrance, presence, and deep listening. In this episode, we explore Kathryn's journey of refusing to treat her body as a "problem to be fixed." Instead, she began to look at the "loops" we live inside, the stress, the grief of losing her parents and the emotional fallout of a ending marriage. Key Information:03:35 The Stress-Glucose Connection: How cortisol and deep-seated emotions like "lack of love" manifest physically in our blood sugar levels.15:36 Radical Self-Acceptance: Moving from a state of "reaction" to one of "response" and peace.18:40 Dropping the Labels: The power of shifting from "I am a diabetic" to "I am having an experience."24:45 The Gift of Symptoms: How to thank our bodies for their signals rather than hating the condition.35:10 Reaction mode versus responding: Seeing and respecting emotions.Kathryn doesn't call herself a healer or a teacher; she speaks of a "signal restoration", a way of coming back home to oneself. This conversation isn't about doing more or trying harder, it's about what softens when we stop fighting our own bodies.Kathryn' s BioKathryn (Kya) is not a teacher, healer, or guide, she is a field of remembrance. From early life, she carried the question, How do I behave here?, not from confusion, but from awareness entering form. She did not forget what she was, but chose to walk through distortion as presence, quietly witnessing how systems shape identity and loop belief. Her vision of the Murky Sea was not metaphor, but direct knowing. In it, she stood at the edge of a vast dark ocean, not water, but thought-form. The sea was made of loops, emotional echo, ancestral code, identity scaffolds, memory mistaken as truth. She saw that most never leave it. They swim, strive, seek clarity, but remain inside. The sea is not malevolent. It simply loops. And until it is seen as illusion, it feels like life itself. From this vision came Signal Restoration, not a method, but a field. A soft return. It does not heal, guide, or fix. It ends the pretending.Kathryn does not offer awakening. She lives it. And in that presence, the loop dissolves. She offers private Signal Restoration bookings in person, by quiet invitation only. These are not advertised or promoted. They are felt, and followed, by those ready to return. She lives in Spain and is not in a role. She is what remains when roles fall away.Connect with Kathryn https://www.facebook.com/kathryn.waldrom.1 Who am I?Sarah Dawkins is a passionate Holistic Health and Healing Coach, international speaker and author of Heal Yourself. We love the little synchronicities that the universe throws out there. Like publishing this episode right after our previous episode - completely unplanned. If you missed our last episode, we spoke with Jessicca Moore, the creator of the documentary, “Why Not Home?” a film that explores the decisions of hospital birth care providers (nurses, doctors, midwives, etc.) who chose home birth.  Well in this episode, we have Alyssa's story. The synchronicity that we mentioned? Alyssa is a registered nurse, with most of her experience in the postpartum and nursery units. Our conversation with Alyssa is the perfect follow up to our interview with Jessicca last week, where we talk about birth professionals choosing home birth. Alyssa is this person! How awesome is that? And Alyssa is super knowledgeable. We were just in awe of all the information she has and can rattle off. There's so much that we included parts of her emails and additional resources in the extra notes with the episode on our website.  Alyssa shares her passion for birth with us along with her journey of pregnancy and birth for her daughter Zoey with her husband Chris. They actually switched over to a home birth plan and midwifery model of care in the third trimester (so it's never too late for you to use the care provider that aligns best with you!). Like many of our guests, Chris and Alyssa watched “Business of Being Born.” Chris's response, “We can do this. Let's just do it at home!” We like his style! Alyssa has firsthand experience of what it feels like to choose home birth, when you work in an environment that does not typically support it. Fears, reactions and judgements from friends, family, co-workers come up in our talk. Also what evidence-based practice is about, the details around informed consent and why birth is not a pathological process. Alyssa's amazing birth experience and fascinating perspective given her profession make this a must-listen episode! What do you do when you're told there's nothing left to be done and medicine cannot save you? For Diane Langlois, a terminal diagnosis of Stage 4 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma wasn't the end, it was the beginning of a 30-year journey into the power of the human spirit. In this episode, I sit down with Diane and discuss the moment she looked at her five young children and decided she wasn't going anywhere. Diane reminds us that we aren't broken machines in need of a mechanic, we are vibrant beings with an innate ability to heal. Join us for a conversation that will change the way you listen to your own body.Episode Highlights01:23 – The "Nothing More We Can Do" moment: Diane recounts her 1995 diagnosis of Stage 4 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. She describes the chilling moment doctors told her there were no medical options left and sent her home to say her goodbyes.06:29 – Healing vs. Fixing Diane explains her core philosophy: the body isn't a machine that needs "fixing" by an external expert. Instead, it is a powerful system that, when given the right tools and lifestyle, has the innate ability to restore itself.08:27 – Tuning into the "Whispers" A lesson in body literacy. Diane explains that physical symptoms are not the body being "mean," but are actually "whispers" and cries for help that we must learn to listen to before they become "screams."10:51 – The Engine Light Analogy As a metaphor for modern medicine: taking a pill to mask a symptom is like putting a sticker over the "check engine" light in your car. Diane advocates for digging deeper to find the root cause.11:56 – The First Step: Two Minutes of Stillness For those overwhelmed by the idea of "healing," Diane offers a simple starting point: sitting in silence for just two minutes to reconnect the mind with the body.18:02 – The Healing Power of Sound: Diane discusses the science of frequency, explaining how simple acts like humming can stimulate the vagus nerve and increase nitric oxide levels to promote internal balance.23:55 – The Importance of "Your People" Diane emphasizes that healing doesn't happen in isolation. Do you ever use the term “brainiac” to describe someone who’s super smart? We use a term like that because we tend to assume that someone is either highly intelligent, or they’re not. In other words, you’re either lucky enough to be born with a high-functioning brain that can get you into Harvard, or not. Well, guess what? Like pretty much everything else on earth, it’s not that simple. And by “it” I mean getting into Harvard, and the human brain itself. Let’s start with the brain, then move onto Harvard. Judy Weber is a Registered Nurse at a company called Cingulum Health, in New Orleans. Cingulum Health specializes in a kind of neurotherapy called TMS – Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. TMS has been around for some time. It’s an FDA approved therapy which consists of giving a patient non-invasive electrical stimulation to the brain, to treat what is technically called “treatment resistant depression,” or OCD, or migraines. What separates Cingulum Health from other TMS providers is the range of conditions they’re treating beyond depression, OCD and migraines, and the course of treatment they offer. Each course begins with the patient getting a Functional MRI, then having this brain scan interpreted by Cingulum’s proprietary software which then maps out an individual course of neurotherapy treatment. And the conditions they’re treating include Alzheimer's, Parkinson’s, stroke, tinnitus, and addiction. Now, as promised, we turn to Harvard. We all know that natural intelligence alone isn’t enough to get through high school and into a good college. Not only do you have to study, but the final arbiter of admission to a good college is getting a high score on the ACT. For a long time there’s been general acceptance that, like other tests, the ACT has an element of unwittingly systemic bias that makes it more difficult for certain sub-sets of students to do well. But even knowing that, it’s extraordinary to discover what Angelica Harris is up to. When Angelica first took the SAT she got a score of 16. Which is not high enough to get anywhere near an Ivy League school. She went to a test prep course, and raised her score by 2 points. Still not too good. Figuring that the problem was, she was the only Black girl in a predominantly white environment, Angelica developed her own prep system. The next time she took the test she got 32. That got Angelica into Washington University in St Louis. On graduation with a masters degree she turned her own college success into a college admission prep system for Black and Brown high school students, called Top Tutors For Us. With a business whose success can be proven by easy-to-digest numbers, Top Tutors For Us is being adopted by a growing number of school districts. Significantly, not a single school district that has adopted the system has dropped it, so business is booming. There’s two ways of looking at the path of scientific discovery. In one perspective, one small discovery leads to an incremental change, which taken together with lots of other small contributions, leads to advancement. The other perspective is, the status quo rolls on for years or decades, then someone comes along who completely changes the game and revolutionizes everything. Of course, both of those are true. Whether or not Top Tutors for Us and Angelica, and Cingulum and Judy are incremental contributors or game-changing revolutionaries, only time will tell. What we do know for now, though, is that they’re both making a significant difference to their respective fields, and to the lives of New Orleanians. Out to Lunch was recorded live over lunch at Columns in Uptown New Orleans. Host: Jeffrey BeseckerGuest: D' Layne Benson, Registered Nurse and Therapeutic Breathwork FacilitatorIn this episode of The Light Inside, we delve into the concept of "false calm" and its implications for emotional regulation and mental health. Our guest, D' Layne Benson, shares her insights on how over-resourcing and cognitive control can mute adaptive feedback signals, leading to short-term quiet but long-term signal loss.We explore how containment and pacing can build capacity, reduce rupture, and allow coherence to emerge without interpretive intrusion. D' Layne explains that true regulation isn't about feeling better but about staying present with what's activated. We discuss how false calm can keep individuals disconnected and how to recognize it in real-time.D' Layne shares her experiences as a registered nurse and how they led her to explore the role of overfunctioning in high-stress careers like healthcare. Are you a parent at the end of your rope dealing with your child's complex neurological challenges like tics, Tourette's, ADHD or anxiety?Today, we welcome pioneering functional health expert Dr Piper Gibson, founder of the Regenerating Health and Tic Disorder Institute. Dr Gibson shares her powerful, research-backed journey of helping her own son overcome a transient neurological tic disorder and how she now empowers families globally with a holistic, root-cause approach. Discover why symptoms like tics and anxiety are not random and how underlying issues like gut dysfunction, a dysregulated immune system, environmental toxins and genetics are the true drivers.Key Information 02:33 Discover why neurological symptoms like tics, ADHD and anxiety are not random and how these issues are linked to a dysregulated immune system and root causes beyond typical neurological labels.03:44 Parents often miss the underlying issues (like gut problems, genetics and toxicity) that conventional research overlooks. Learn why treatments must go beyond simple probiotics to address parasites, leaky gut and chronic inflammation.04:51 Understand the powerful and often-overlooked gut-brain axis. Dr Gibson explains how inflammation and leaky gut allow pathogens into the bloodstream, triggering immune cells in the brain and driving neurological symptoms.06:45 Dr Gibson outlines her protocol: first, clean up the environment and change the diet. She emphasizes that detoxing too early on an unsupported gut and body can actually worsen symptoms.10:19 Learn about the specific lab tests used to uncover root causes, including PCR stool pathogen tests, organic acids testing, tests for environmental toxins/heavy metals/mycotoxins (mold) and detailed genetic panels (MTHFR, methylation). 13:09 Genetics are not set in stone. Dr Gibson explains epigenetics, showing how parents can manipulate the child's environment (diet, toxins, supplements) to influence gene expression and effectively "turn off" symptomatic neurological genes. 27:16 #1 Tip: Dr Gibson's top initial tip is to drastically reduce inflammatory sugar and processed foods to immediately support the gut-brain connection and begin the healing process. Piper's Bio Dr Piper Gibson, PhD is a pioneering voice in functional and natural health, specializing in complex neurological conditions like tic disorders, ADHD, and anxiety in children. As the founder of Regenerating Health and the Tic Disorder Institute, she empowers families who are at the end of their rope, offering a research-backed, holistic approach that goes far beyond symptom management. Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about how you can heal from burnout and trauma.Kristina McGahan is a Registered Nurse of 28 years and the creator of the Mind Over Matter Nursing Recovery Summit — a program dedicated to helping nurses heal from burnout on every level: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. After decades in cardiovascular care, telemetry, med-surg, progressive care, and management, Kristina found herself walking through her own season of deep burnout. She was carrying pain from home and trauma from the bedside at the same time. She pushed through like nurses always do, until God showed her that healing wasn't only possible — it was necessary.Out of her own recovery came a calling to help other nurses who feel exhausted, numb, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they used to be. Are you an empath or a highly sensitive woman struggling with persistent stress, anxiety, and trauma? In this episode we speak with MarBeth Dunn, a leading expert in somatic healing and intuitive energy mastery, and the author of Awaken the Healer Within.MarBeth, who healed her own severe asthma, shares her powerful journey of reconnecting with the body's wisdom to achieve health and emotional freedom. We explore how physical symptoms serve a purpose (protecting us from emotional conflict) and the danger of "pushing through" them.Key information01:44 Marbeth's healing journey was initially prompted by her struggle with severe asthma, which led to constant panicky sensations and an underlying belief that she could find and resolve the root cause.03:03 A pivotal early tool in her self-discovery was learning to use a pendulum to communicate with her subconscious mind, asking yes or no questions to uncover hidden emotions.07:47 A core philosophy is that physical symptoms serve a purpose, often protecting us from unprocessed emotional trauma or conflict. Removing the symptom prematurely can unleash heavy, unaddressed emotions.10:02 Safety first is the most crucial principle when addressing physical symptoms and trauma. One must listen to the body and ensure it feels safe before exploring deep issues to avoid resistance and worsening symptoms.12:56 Marbeth demonstrated healing a potential flu (grief-related) by moving into the feeling, extending love to it and letting it dissipate. Emotional feelings need to be acknowledged to resolve.14:19 Healing happens through love and acceptance, not fighting or striving against symptoms. This shifts the body into the parasympathetic state (rest and digest), promoting calm and healing.25:13 Somatic healing involves using body-based exercises (like rubbing the body, shaking/bouncing, dancing, singing) to naturally release stress and trauma, often without needing to revisit the emotional story.MarBeth Bio MarBeth Dunn is a leading expert in somatic healing and intuitive energy mastery. For over 35 years, she has helped empaths, sensitives and high-achieving women release stress, anxiety and trauma by reconnecting with their bodies and regulating their nervous systems. She is the author of Awaken the Healer Within: Overcome Stress, Anxiety and Illness. MarBeth was featured as a mentor in the movie “Bernie's Journey” and as an expert in the upcoming films “The Frequency of Miracles” “The Art of Manifestation” and “The Frequency of Longevity.” MarBeth's signature method blends somatic intelligence, energy work and spiritual insight, empowering others to heal from the inside out and create calm, clarity and emotional resilience in everyday life.Connect with MarBeth www.marbethdunn.comhttps://www.facebook.com/marbethdunn1https://www.instagram.com/marbethdunn/https://www.linkedin.com/in/marbethdunn/https://www.youtube.com/@MarbethDunn1Who am I?Sarah Dawkins is a passionate Holistic Health and Healing Coach, international speaker and author of Heal Yourself. This week's special Thanksgiving episode of the En Factor features oncology nurse and book author Pamela Baptiste, who was a pleasure to have on the show. Pamela's journey began on the Caribbean island of Trinidad where her hardworking and resilient mindset was built by the positive and inspiring influence of her parents. She always wanted to be a nurse growing up, as she was inspired by the compassion and care that she saw from other nurses at a young age. Her lifelong dream became a reality after moving to New York for nursing school and becoming a registered nurse at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center where she spent more than 20 years working. Continuously driven by her passion for not only dealing with patients' symptoms and diseases, but also reinforcing their spirit and mindset, Pamela found her way to Tampa, Florida where she has been a RN for Moffit Cancer Center ever since. Throughout her professional journey and as you will hear throughout today's episode, Pamela's career and mission always has had gratitude, mentorship, and giving back at the forefront. These qualities and Pamela's inspiring journey of building her career coming from another country and working tirelessly all while raising her daughter led her to wanting to inspire and fuel the fire for other nurses that are on their own journeys. And one of the results of her philanthropic mindset was becoming an author and publishing her own book, The Flame Within, written to encourage and help guide aspiring and practicing nurses on their journeys. You won't want to miss a moment of Pamela's amazing story and impactful advice, as she and Dr. Rebecca White dig into topics of conversation including how her upbringing in Trinidad shaped her mission and mindset, technological factors that are driving more nurses to become entrepreneurial, and the importance of gratitude and giving back to others and your community. Discover an incredible story of survival and thriving on the Heal Yourself podcast as I interview 84-year-old John A. Brink, who went from surviving Nazi-occupied Holland to becoming a CEO, philanthropist and the oldest competitive bodybuilder in North America. John reveals his secrets to health, longevity and a powerful mindset, including the daily routines and diet that keep him thriving and why he considers his late-in-life ADHD diagnosis a "superpower." This is a must-listen for inspiration on resilience, health and aging without fear.Time Stamps 11:04 A Daily Gratitude Mindset: John starts every day at 5:30 AM by going outside and declaring, "I'm in paradise." He emphasizes that counting his blessings and maintaining a positive, grateful attitude is a critical part of his mental and emotional wellness.13:55 A Life-Threatening Wake-Up Call: A severe case of diverticulitis in 2008 became a major turning point for his health. The condition breached, causing toxins to spread and his doctor later told him he "came this close" to death. He took this as a "message" to get serious about his health.15:17 Proactive Diet Transformation: Following his health crisis, John became more proactive, adopting his wife's more vegetarian-focused lifestyle and moving from an "80/20" to a "90/10" approach to healthy eating.15:41 Embracing Fitness in His Late 60s: John became serious about personal fitness. He hired a trainer and began working out 3-4 times a week, proving it's never too late to start. This new passion eventually led him to bodybuilding.23:34 Finding His "Superpower" in ADHD: At age 62, John discovered a book called "Driven to Distraction" and realized he had ADHD. Instead of seeing it as a liability (which had caused him to fail school), he reframed it as his "superpower," crediting it for his strategic thinking and success.26:34 The Importance of Downtime: John schedules downtime and flies to Vancouver Island every Friday afternoon to spend the weekend relaxing with his wife and their seven horses, emphasizing that recovery is crucial.31:52 Overcoming Addiction: John shares that in 1992, his wife "hit him with a 2x4 across the head" (metaphorically) and "dumped him" as a wake-up call. This event prompted him to stop drinking, smoking and taking prescribed Xanax all within one week.36:48 John's tip for healthy ageing is to understand your body and have a good mindset.John's Bio Born in 1940 in Nazi-occupied Holland, John A. With the help of these clients as test subjects, and armed with his degree in Exercise Science, PJ invented his “multi-protocol” concept and refined it through 1998, when he founded the X Gym. He is also the author of the book "Cracking Your Calorie Code" and the inventor of his Brain Type Test, which helps people achieve health and fitness results much faster through specific brain wiring techniques tailored to their unique brain type. PJ's extensive research into brain science to develop his brain rewiring techniques also helped him through his own healing experiences, which could have been permanently disabling, had he not gone on this personal research and discovery path.Connect with PJxgym.comhttps://www.instagram.com/xgyms https://x.com/XGymhttps://www.facebook.com/xgymshttps://www.youtube.com/xgymWho am I?Sarah is a highly sought-after Holistic Health and Healing Coach, International Speaker and the Author of HEAL YOURSELF.She's also a Multi-Award-Winning Entrepreneur and Award Winning Host of the popular health-focused podcast, Heal Yourself with Sarah Dawkins. In this episode, I welcome back registered nurse, childbirth educator, and fitness professional Julie Tupler, founder of the Tupler Technique. Together, we explore how diastasis recti affects children — a condition commonly associated with pregnancy but often overlooked in kids. Julie shares how her evidence-based Tupler Technique can help strengthen the core, improve posture, and support healthy development from an early age. We discuss why some children develop diastasis recti, the link to digestive issues and poor posture, and how proper breathing and alignment can improve energy, growth, and even nervous-system function. Julie's new children's book Will You Be My Belly Buddy and companion video Belly Button Boogie make core healing fun for the whole family — encouraging parents and children to work together. Takeaways: Kids can also experience diastasis recti, not just adults. Strengthening the core improves posture, energy, and breathing. Family-based rehab can be fun, interactive, and effective. Early awareness can prevent long-term spinal and abdominal issues. INFO ABOUT JULIE Julie Tupler is a Registered Nurse, Certified Childbirth Educator and Certified Personal Trainer. In this episode, Michael sits down with Kym to talk about how businesses can not only survive but thrive with artificial intelligence. After her company lost 80% of its revenue due to executive orders, Kym led a bold pivot into AI. She shares how her team automated workflows, cut costs, and freed up resources to launch new ventures. Michael points out why this kind of hands-on experience sets her apart in guiding other organizations through AI transformation. Why Strategy Matters Did you know that 95% of AI implementations fail? Michael and Kym dig into the reasons why. Too many organizations jump in without understanding their current systems, creating more chaos instead of solutions. The two stress the importance of starting with an AI audit—identifying inefficiencies and revenue leaks—before ever choosing a tool. AI and Organizational Insight Michael and Kym highlight the gap between executive views and front-line experiences. By listening to employees who work closest to the systems, leaders can uncover real bottlenecks and opportunities. They argue that AI should enhance processes, not replace people, and that smart adaptation to current economic conditions matters more than long-term guesswork. Addressing Employee Concerns Kym addresses the fear of AI taking jobs. Instead, she frames AI as a companion—augmenting employees' abilities and giving them space for creativity and productivity. Michael adds that when used wisely, AI helps businesses find new growth opportunities and sharpen their focus. Both stress the importance of thoughtful planning, privacy safeguards, and data responsibility. Technology's Broader Impact The conversation also explores how innovations like predictive analytics are already woven into everyday life, from mortgages to personalized ads. Michael emphasizes using technology to increase efficiency and create meaningful work, while also recognizing the ongoing debates around privacy and data use. Skills That Transfer Kym also shares how her background in nursing shaped her approach to consulting, underscoring the power of transferable skills. She encourages listeners to examine their own roles, projects, and metrics for growth opportunities. Michael closes by highlighting Kym's expertise and her commitment to helping businesses and communities adapt to an AI-driven world. About Kym Ali Kym Ali is an award-winning Registered Nurse, dynamic speaker, and CEO of Kym Ali Consulting, a boutique firm specializing in leadership development, workplace wellness, coaching, and AI-driven solutions for modern leaders.
