    On this episode I talk with a truly divine being, Ally Griffin.  Ally is the owner of Svadhyaya Wellness where she is a Reiki practitioner, yoga and meditation instructor. Tessa has a deep desire to empower women to come home to their truth, align with their purpose and step into their power so they can shine their light in this world.In this episode, Tessa shares about her own struggles. From an early age Tessa always felt like her emotions were too big for her body. She shares about the challenges she has with Mental health and also being diagnosed with a life long illness at 9, Type 1 diabetes.     Fiona - Cambodian Orphanage experience with World Challenge

    In this episode I will be talking about an extremely transformative experience I had at the end of Year 11 when I decided to partake in a World Challenge trip which took me to Vietnam and Cambodia. This experience was a HUGE culture shock for me. It was the first time I had travelled overseas and really experienced anything outside of Australia. I will share my experience of working in an orphanage in Cambodia and how that has influenced my life trajectory and my dreams.

    Charlie Sansom- A life long struggle with Dyslexia

    On this episode of the Fiercely You podcast you will hear from a beautiful young woman, Charlie. Charlie has grown up on the Mornington Peninsula with her mum, dad and younger sister. She grew up with sport being a huge part of her life, swimming and sailing were her thing. Charlie shares openly with us her struggles and journey through the Victorian schooling system for someone with Dyslexia. Until meeting Charlie, I had very little understanding about what Dyslexia actually was and how many people actually suffered from it. Charlie thought she would never be able to complete VCE due to her learning difficulty. Her story is one of pure determination, commitment as well as seeking and accepting help in order to achieve her goal of finishing VCE and going to University. I hope you enjoy it.
