Special: Series Retrospective We've all come a long way, and It's time for us all to sit back and reflect. In this bonus episode, we'll figure out the five best (and worst) episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender. Season 3 Episode 10 Day of Black Sun Part 1: The Invasion We've made it to a moment that has been slowly built up since episode 1 of this show! The Day of Black Sun! The invasion of the Fire Nation! Sokka giving a public speech! Join us and our special guest Alex as we fight em' on the beaches! This is the beginning of the end, and it's sure to be a fun time, jam packed with the same crass and tasteless jokes you've come to expect from Get Bent!!!

Season 3 Episode 9 Nightmares and Daydreams We're coming up to the big invasion; only 4 days until the Day of Black Sun! But did Aang forget about the mathematics test? It's the calm before the storm this week as Aang deals with some pre war jitters. This episode might not have the most substance, but it's pretty funny. Plus Momo and Appa have a samurai showdow.

Season 3 Episode 8 The Puppetmaster Happy Halloween everyone! As luck would have it, we have the perfect episode for this time of year. An episode featuring a spooky forest and an overly sinister old lady. Evii is going to be joining us once again to tell some spooky stories around the campfire. Submitted for the approval of the Midnight Society (whether you like it or not), this is the tale of the Puppetmaster.

Season 3 Episode 7 The Runaway Toph is doing scams and Katara is unhappy about it. But that's not as important as the introduction of the radical new character Hawky! And of course the official naming of our new half metal exploding assassin. Join us and our frequent guest Craig (who might even spit some bars before the end) as we dive into an especially digression heavy episode of Get Bent!!! (Sorry for the tinny quality, we were using a different set-up today. Next episode will be back to normal. Also Fire Emblem 9 is, in fact, actually rated T for Teen.)

Season 3 Episode 6 The Avatar and the Firelord We're back from New York Comic-Con, and we bring with us glad tidings (and Craig). We also bring a little bit of con plague, so I'm sorry if this episode sounds a little sickly. On the bright side, we're covering an episode that is at least a contender for top 5 in the series. Season 3 Episode 5 The Beach It's time for the obligatory beach episode, but this time we follow the villains. And it turns out they don't have an off switch for their antics, and neither do DJ and Jake. So join us as we let the beach smooth out our wrinkles and bear our souls. And perhaps a slightly uncomfortable amount of skin. As mentioned in the episode, DJ and Jake will be attending New York Comic-Con from Oct 3-6, so there may not be an episode on the 7th. Hey everyone! Sorry the episodes have been scarce lately; both of us hosts have had separate, back to back vacations. Jake is still not back, but DJ is here to keep things going. Since Jake is out, DJ and Kevin are going to dive into the show that many people are calling a spiritual successor to Avatar; The Dragon Prince. Season 3 Episode 3 The Painted Lady DJ is going away on vacation, so here's an episode to tide you over, since we're missing another week. Season 3 Episode 1 The Awakening Two seasons down, one to go! A few weeks after the fall of Ba Sing Se, Aang wakes up to find that everyone thinks he's dead. He takes it very poorly. We also get to see Zuko's weird relationship with Mai, and we finally see the Firelord's face. Join us for this, as well as some weird tangents about corgis and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Season 2 Special The Lost Adventures We're between seasons now, so we thought we'd take a break to look at one of the comics. This time, it's "The Lost Adventures", a collection of short comics that were released either online, in Nickolodeon Magazine, or during Free Comic Book Day. They are woven into the canon of the show, but most of them are... kinda just fluff. Today we'll take a look at the comics set during Books 1 and 2.

We interrupt your regularly scheduled program to bring you the Men of the Machine! We'll back back to normal next weekend with a Get Bent special episode, but to hold you over we have the culmination of our Halloween in July podcast collaboration. Season 2 Episode 20 The Crossroads of Destiny We've finally made it to the end of season 2, and we find ourselves at a crossroads (of destiny). Is this episode everything we hyped it up to be? Can Zuko make the right choice? Was Aang right to chose happiness over power? Will we make it trough an entire podcast without making some horribly inappropriate joke? Season 2 Episode 19 The Guru Here we are, at the end of Season 2, and in the first half of the two part season finale. This episode is yet more buildup and a lot of wisdom about Chakras, but we'll have a good time anyway, even if our jokes get a little... blue. Season 2 Episode 18 The Earth King Now that the gang has made themselves enemies of Long Feng and the Dai Li, they hatch a bold plan to storm the castle and force the Earth King to listen to them. Meanwhile, Zuko acts so out of character that the DM punishes him with a coma! And that's really all there is to this episode! But let's see if we can fill out the airtime anyway!

Season 2 Episode 17 Lake Lagai The Earth King invites you all to Lake Laogai. And when you get there, you'll see that the kid gloves are off for this episode. It's time for the search for Appa to come to an end as Team Avatar breaks some rules and confronts Long Feng. This one is worth seeing if you haven't been watching the show along with the podcast. Someone might even die!

Season 2 Episode `6 Appa's Lost Days Welcome back, acolytes. Welcome to our first Jake-less episode. This time, DJ is joined by AJ and Eviizard from the classic gaming Twitch stream, KnostalgicKnights! They all come together to discuss what may be one of the biggest downer episodes in all of Avatar - though that doesn't mean it's a bad episode. So press on to find out what we all think about this. Season 2 Episode 13 The Drill So... this episode is basically just one big battle. And us such, there's a bit less to work with when it comes to our normal over analyzing. So instead we get dick jokes. Oh so many dick jokes. I apologize in advance for everything you are about to hear.

Season 2 Episode 12 The Serpent's Pass It's time to go to Ba Sing Se, and what better way than traversing the absurdly dangerous Serpent's Pass along side a family of plot devices! DJ, Jake, and our guest Kevin from Men of the Machine will be your guides and will help identify the dangers of the Serpent's Pass (hint: it starts with an S) P.S. The rap song that references Outlaw Star is "Verses of Doom" by Jeru the Damaja.

Season 2 Episode 11 The Desert Remember kids, Winners Don't Do Cactus Juice. But sometimes losers will recap episodes of Avatar on the internet. And this is a good episode to be recapping, featuring a little bit of everything that makes this show great and launching headfirst into the Lost Appa arc. And we're joined once again by Kevin from Men of the Machine, this time to talk about things that are not Kevin Smith related (but we still talk about Kevin Smith a little). And maybe, just maybe, we'll learn some facts about buzzard wasp honey.

It's been spoken of in hushed whispers until now, but we're finally gonna do it! After much anticipation, here we are! We're going through not one, but all 6 episodes of the ill-fated "Clerks: The Animated Series"! Did it age well? Is it worth seeking out? Season 2 Episode 10 The Library This time we'll spend our podcast... AT THE LIBRARY! This is an episode where... not as much ground was covered as we thought. But it's still an interesting episode that gives the plot a new direction and introduces another creepy spirit. And we have Craig back yet again to tell us how he feels about the foxy librarians.

Season 2 Episode 9 Bitter Work It's time to talk about an episode we all forgot about. But that's not why we're bitter. No, it turns out this episode of Avatar is really good. But the guest we had lined up bailed at the last minute, and I promised I would roast him on air if he did! So join DJ, Jake, and our honorary 3rd host Craig as we talk about a great episode while dragging our lazy friend. Don't worry, we talk much more about Avatar than people you don't know or care about. (Sorry Albert, you were warned.)

Other topics we'll discuss include Avatar Kiyoshi's disregard for human life, the true meaning of justice, and just who was in Sokka's mouth? ...You disgust me, ya filthy animals!

Season 2 Episode 3 The Swamp Hey kids. Today we need to talk about something very serious. Today we're here to talk to you about swamps. Swamps are living things, and everything is interconnect. A swamp might be your own brother or sister, in a metaphysical sense. We'll be joined by our friend and social media guy Jason to discuss this, as well as old Flash cartoons, Mike Meyer's career, the current state of the porn industry, and maybe even an episode of avatar. There'll be swamp hillbillies. You'll like it.

Season 2 Episode 3 Return to Omashu The Aang gang makes it back to Omashu, but the city isn't looking as good as they left it. Meanwhile, Azula needs to form a small, elite team. And we get to talk with our unofficial social media director, Jason. We'll discuss everything from grumpy bearded freedom fighters to the ethics of kidnapping babies.

It's time to tell a tale; a tale of two lovers and their secret tunnel. A tale of two podcasters and their guest Craig. A tale where we argue over the meaning of the word "titular" way too much. A tale that is ultimately filler, but it's at least good filler.

Season 2 Episode 1 The Avatar State It's time to kick off Season 2, and we get a solid episode to do so with. Today we'll learn more about the Avatar State, and we'll also introduce Season 2's major villain. I know some people have been waiting for this! To help us out, we've invited back veteran guest Craig to keep us on track and to stop us from forgetting the ending of the episode we just watched.

It's finally here! Finally time to dig into the live action, M. Night Shamalayan disaterpiece that is The Last Airbender. This movie's reputation precedes it, but we're gonna try to give it a fair shake. This is our biggest episode yet; twice the length and double the guests. We have Alex returning to the show, and we also have Christine who is not just new to the podcast but new to Avatar in general.

Season 1 Episode 20 The Siege of the North: Part 2 This is it folks! The season finale of both Avatar, and of Get Bent!!! In this episode, we talk about Back to The Future, Jonestown, the grim specter of death, and maybe Avatar the Last Airbender. Oh, and that Face Stealer is pretty cool too.
