Darren specializes in entertainment operations with an emphasis on guest experience. His background is full of directing credits and maximizing growth with a proven track record in increasing NPS and revenue for stakeholders and driving positive change and standardizing operating procedures for clients. During his time with Carnival Cruise Line, Darren received recognition and awards for Entertainment Director of the year for both Casting and Booking and Music throughout the entire fleet.
