We fail from time to time. However, we can use the lessons from that failure to build towards the goal. Ok, I tried it this way and it didn't work, I'll try it this other way and it just might work which will lead me closer to my goal.   PROMPT: What was your last failure? A good approach is to always do anything with the mindset of leaving things better than you found them. Learn how things currently are and then put in the work to make them a lot better than when you first experienced it. Lesson 362: Replace "That Was Stupid Of Me" with "That Was Human Of Me" What was the last mistake you made?   As a human being, we are all fallible and that's just par for the course. It hurts when people talk down on themselves because they are ignoring the fact that they are human and they can make mistakes. It's ok. Just fix things and learn from the mistake. Replace "That Was Stupid Of Me" with "That Was Human Of Me" because you are human after all.   PROMPT: What was the last mistake you made?   #LessonsWithAKing   https://www.instagram.com/israeliekanem/ (@israeliekanem)   https://www.paypal.com/donate?hosted_button_id=QN68BLL5D4552 (Support LWAK)   Support this podcast

However, there are things that we might have to do that we consider boring. One way to approach it is to go in with the mindset that this boring thing might end up becoming interesting later. I've found the more you do something, the more interesting it gets. It's a beautiful experience. Sure, it might be boring now, but keep at it and you'll find it interesting.   PROMPT: What was something you found boring before but find interesting now?   #LessonsWithAKing   https://www.instagram.com/israeliekanem/ (@israeliekanem)   https://www.paypal.com/donate?hosted_button_id=QN68BLL5D4552 (Support LWAK) Support this podcast

However, there are also times when things just don't work out. Things we never expected to happen, end up happening. When those do occur, we should make sure we accept them because in life, there's always a chance of the unexpected thing happening. It's also good practice to have contingencies in place, just in case.   PROMPT: How do you handle unexpected experiences?   #LessonsWithAKing   https://www.instagram.com/israeliekanem/ (@israeliekanem)   https://www.paypal.com/donate?hosted_button_id=QN68BLL5D4552 (Support LWAK) Support this podcast

The Oblique Strategies constitute a set of over 100 cards, each of which is a suggestion of a course of action or thinking to assist in creative situations. These famous cards have been used by many artists and creative people all over the world since their initial publication." The cool thing is you can get the app too.
