Don't want to, or didn't listen to the full show? Here's how we can solve Ontario's housing problem: 1. Make home purchasing requirements to be a minimum stay in the country of 2-3 years. 2. Stop giving new immigrants real estate licenses, and make the requirement be that the student/agent must have a passport before they get a RE license 3. Build outside the GTA and incentivize innovative technologies like modular/prefab homes so that housing communities can be built up over days and weeks, rather than months and years. And, stop building condo buildings. Build out, not up. Enjoy!
Let's get back on track with podcasting and start sharing ideas and changing the world. Thank you for being here.
Its time to rethink our reasons for wanting more and instead, choose the opposite.
