In today's powerful conversation, I sit down with Angie Hawkins, The Inner Glow Coach, to talk about the grounded side of manifestation, abundance, and money mindset. Are you feeling overwhelmed by the constant negativity and chaos in the world? In this powerful episode of the Rich Mind Podcast, Randy Wilson shares a deeply personal journey of moving from a state of constant self-sabotage and a "lack mindset" to one of peace, clarity, and success. He reveals a critical secret: the headlines, social media, and constant bad news are often just "noise" designed to keep you trapped in fear. Drawing on the universal Law of Polarity—the principle that everything has an equal and opposite—Randy explains that where there is perceived negativity, there is also an equal amount of opportunity and good. This episode is a call to action to "Turn Off the Noise" and reclaim control of your mind. Randy provides practical strategies, including a 5-second pause technique and the power of journaling, to help you catch your negative patterns and consciously flip them to see the abundance around you. If you are ready to stop being a victim of your external environment and start designing the life you desire, this episode is your essential guide. Key Takeaways: The constant stream of negative news is often "noise" designed to keep you trapped in a state of fear and lack. To achieve success, you must first become aware of your own thinking patterns, especially the tendency to self-sabotage. The Law of Polarity states that for everything that appears negative, an equal and opposite positive exists. The ability to control the critical 5-second gap between a trigger and your reaction is the key to changing your results. "Turning Off the Noise" (news, social media) is a practical and necessary step to reclaim your mental clarity. Connecting with your inner child and the things you loved to do as a kid can help you discover your true purpose and passion. Questions Answered in This Episode: Why do I automatically look for the negative in every new opportunity? How can I stop self-sabotaging my own success? What is the Law of Polarity and how can it change my perspective? How can I protect my mind from the constant negativity in the news and media? What are practical ways to "turn off the noise" in my daily life? How can I find more peace and clarity when the world feels chaotic? Key People, Concepts, & Terms: People: Randy Wilson. Success doesn't begin with strategy — it begins with identity.
In this episode of Anything But Average, Brittany and Christina dive into a very real conversation about health, healing, and the wake-up calls our bodies sometimes give us. Brittany shares the unexpected experience of landing in the hospital for an emergency appendectomy, walking through the symptoms, the fast-moving hospital visit, surgery, and what recovery has actually looked like in the days following. From the anxiety of not knowing what was happening to realizing how incredible the human body truly is, this experience became a powerful reminder about paying attention to the signals our bodies send. Christina also opens up about her own health journey right now, including ongoing back issues, exploring peptides, and the work required to maintain strength, mobility, and resilience. Together they unpack: • What happens when your body forces you to slow down • The importance of acting quickly when something feels off • Recovery, patience, and giving your body the time it needs • Exploring new tools and therapies that support healing • Why health awareness and self-care should never be optional This conversation is honest, reflective, and a reminder that even the strongest, most driven people still need to listen to their bodies. Sometimes the biggest lesson is simply this: health is everything. I am taking your questions in this series of ask Coach Christina. Let's kick it off with a question I have received a couple of times. If you have ever wondered how do you go from a lack, barely get by mentality to one of abundance then this podcast is for you. I grew up with fear and lack and shifting my mindset to one of abundance didn't happen over night. It has been a journey and there are times that I still catch myself thinking good enough. The abundance mindset takes being intentional and getting rooted with the word of God. Let's chat what it really takes to shift that mindset. One thing I know for sure, God wants more for you! There is a book that has shaped the thinking of leaders, strategists, and visionaries for decades. Robert Greene's The 48 Laws of Power is often misunderstood as a manual for manipulation. People read it and think it is about controlling others, about scheming and plotting your way to the top of some external hierarchy. And yes, on the surface, that is one way to read it. But there is a deeper layer here, a layer that most people miss entirely, and that deeper layer is about the physics of consciousness itself. Every single one of these forty-eight laws maps directly onto a principle of reality creation. Every one of them describes a mechanism by which consciousness shapes, bends, and redirects the flow of experience. When you understand power not as something you exert over other people but as something you exert over the field of probability, over the quantum soup of potential realities that surround you at every moment, then these laws become something far more profound than social strategy. They become a manual for operating reality itself. So as you listen to this, allow the teaching to land on multiple levels. Let the strategic mind absorb what it needs. Let the deeper awareness recognize the patterns of creation that have always been operating in your life. And let the highest version of yourself, the one who already commands reality with effortless authority, step forward and claim every principle as something it has always known. Because that is the truth. You already know all of this. You have simply been waiting for someone to articulate it in this particular way, at this particular moment, so that the recognition could spark inside you and light up every timeline that branches forward from this exact point.
This week, Christina and Brittany are having one of those honest, unfiltered conversations. The kind where you talk about what's actually happening in your body… how aging really feels… and why health can't sit at the bottom of the priority list anymore. They dive into inflammation and how it quietly impacts everything from energy to long-term disease, the growing conversation around peptides and recovery, and the reality of navigating wellness in a world where “nothing feels real anymore.” This episode is about taking your health seriously. About discipline. About gratitude. About choosing to live in a way that doesn't leave you with regret. If you're building a life, a career, a family — none of it works if your health falls apart. This is real talk on movement, mindset, nutrition, recovery, and what it means to age with intention. We don't shy away from the skepticism. We don't pretend we have it all figured out. But we do believe this: Health is non-negotiable. Host Caleb Talley, joined by Jeff Amerine, welcomes Sam Walls, who shares the rich history and impact of ACC in Arkansas's entrepreneurial ecosystem. From its inception in the 1950s, ACC played a pivotal role in driving economic development and entrepreneurship in a state once plagued by poverty and limited capital. Over the decades, ACC expanded its services, from pioneering SBA and USDA-guaranteed lending to launching Arkansas's first in-state SBIC venture capital fund and leading initiatives like the Governor's Cup business plan competition.Additionally, the episode highlights ACC's bold leap into the federal EB-5 immigrant investor program, which contributed nearly six hundred million dollars to transformative projects like Big River Steel in Mississippi County. You will learn how Spirit works in seasons, how to place visions into “time columns,” and why you do not have to choose just one path to move forward. What you believe becomes what you see. In this clip from The Abundance Mindset podcast, Vinney Chopra explains why investors get exactly the results they expect — whether positive or negative. If you believe there are no good operators, you won't find one. If you believe opportunity exists, you'll start seeing it everywhere. This isn't motivation. It's reality. Your belief system filters the deals, people, and opportunities that enter your life — and most investors never stop to question it

Elvis actually made it down to the exhibition halls this year — and hyperDENT from FOLLOW-ME! Technology was everywhere. Booth after booth, people were talking milling strategies, templates, and workflows. It felt like a full-on CAM takeover. Their Milling Roadmap scavenger hunt had attendees bouncing between Axsys, Imagine, D.O.F., and Roland collecting stamps like responsible adults… Responsible adults chasing a bright orange folding electric hyperDENT scooter. That's what we love about the FOLLOW-ME! team — world-class CAM engineers talking microns and validation protocols one minute, then ripping around Lab Day the next. Serious about precision. Not too serious about themselves. Big shoutout for bringing the brains — and the electric horsepower. From a family split between union steamfitters and dental technicians in Philadelphia to surviving “The Great Brotherly Lab War,” Jay's story is packed with grit, loyalty, and a whole lot of Irish Catholic chaos. What started with an uncle drafted into dental technology during Vietnam eventually turned into a multi-generation lab legacy—and Jay swearing he'd never get into teeth… only to build a powerhouse anyway. After the 2008 crash wiped out his construction business, Jay bet everything on selling outsourced restorations door-to-door, sleeping in his car, showering at the gym, and cold-calling hundreds of offices a week. What followed was the development of his unapologetically bold, psychologically savvy sales approach—what he calls being “aggressively calm.” From pushing doctors to “no,” to matching their energy toe-to-toe, to walking into offices as “the lab” and walking out with cases in hand, Jay breaks down the mindset shift most lab owners desperately need: sales isn't optional, and it definitely isn't accidental. Now leading multiple lab locations under the brilliantly simple name thedentallab.net, Jay shares hard truths about growth, mergers, firing abusive clients, and why cutting your sales department in tough times is the worst move you can make. If you've ever struggled with prospecting, scaling, or standing your ground with doctors, this episode is packed with practical strategies, hilarious role-playing, and a reminder that confidence—backed by accountability—wins every time. In this episode of Gritty is the New Pretty, Krystle sits down with business and money coach Jillian Minter to unpack why “being good with numbers” isn't the same thing as having a healthy relationship with money. Jillian shares her journey from owning (and selling) a struggling brick-and-mortar studio through the chaos of COVID, burnout, and tough financial decisions to becoming a coach who helps women scale to high six and seven figures by shifting the thoughts that quietly run their financial life.Together, they break down common money stories like “I'm broke,” “I can't afford it,” and “rich people are greedy,” and show how those beliefs shape pricing, investing, visibility, hiring, and risk-taking. The episode lands on a clear takeaway: you don't need a new personality to make more money—you need new thoughts, better language, and the courage to invest in growth. Join us as we discuss: Money mindset vs. money mechanics: Knowing the numbers isn't enough Language that changes behavior (and outcomes): Reframing shifts you from powerless to intentional Scaling requires identity-level growth: The big 3 blocks Jillian sees with her clients
"...true charity is given, not with what is left over, but with what we need..."This week, I'm reading from the former Pope Francis and his homily from November 8, 2015.Reflection question:Are you asking for leftover generosity? Or, are you asking for true generosity in your messages to donors?Reflection on quote:In our series on cultivating an abundance mindset, we discussed how that mindset affects donors and we discussed how we have to build that mindset within our ourselves. As we end this short series, and there is so much more to say, let's discuss how we encourage our capital campaign teams and volunteers to ask out of an abundance mindset. As we have discussed in this series, true generosity creates a personal and life-giving transformation for donors. Donors thrive in an abundance mindset. Unfortunately, however, our capital campaign messages take on a scarcity mindset. Instead of sharing messages about giving from fullness, we beg for leftovers. Can you spare a dollar? Every bit counts. Would you just fill the gap? Remember us in your will. If you don't have other commitments. All of these phrases give the impression that the donor would only want to give to the capital campaign from their leftovers. That wording deprives donors of true, sacrificial generosity. As we train our staff, Board, and campaign volunteers, we must model an abundance mindset in our campaign materials and in messaging, wording, and scripts we use in building relationships with donors. Most people think scaling is about money. They're wrong. In this clip from The Abundance Mindset podcast, Vinney Chopra breaks down why the real unlock behind companies like Google and Amazon isn't just OPM (Other People's Money) — it's OPT (Other People's Time). This is the shift most entrepreneurs never make. You can hustle harder. Or you can build systems, teams, and partnerships that multiply effort. Vinney explains how syndication, delegation, and leverage allow entrepreneurs to scale without burning out — and why trying to do everything yourself is the slowest path to wealth

Most people don't fail because they lack opportunity. They fail because they never fix their purpose. In this powerful episode of The Abundance Mindset, Vinney (Smile) Chopra and Gualter Amarelo break down one of the most misunderstood — yet life-changing — principles from Think and Grow Rich: Fixity of Purpose. Vinney shares his personal journey from arriving in the U.S. with just $7 to building a billion-dollar real estate portfolio, and why deciding once — and refusing to turn back — made all the difference. This episode dives deep into:
This didn't happen overnight. It happened because of one decision. In this clip from The Abundance Mindset podcast, Gualter shares the mindset shift that took him from heavy real estate operations to nearly $4 million deployed in passive lending. The key wasn't working harder. It was choosing not to. By fixing his purpose and eliminating distractions, Vinney focused only on income streams that didn't require his daily presence. This is what fixity of purpose looks like in real life
Gualter spent years deep in real estate operations. Deals. Buildings. Management. Constant involvement. In this clip from The Abundance Mindset podcast, Vinney explains why being knowledgeable — even wealthy — isn't the same as being free… and how he made a conscious decision to shift toward true passive income. The turning point wasn't a new strategy. It was a new purpose. Instead of asking, "How do I grow bigger?" He started asking, "How do I step back?" That single question changed the trajectory of his investing journey. If you're asset-rich but time-poor, this clip will hit home ⚡ ▶️ Tune in to the full episode of the The Abundance Mindset podcast tomorrow at 8AM!

If you want financial freedom but feel stuck or secretly believe it will never happen for you, this episode explains why. When you hold two opposing beliefs at once, “I want abundance” and “I will never have it,” your energy cancels itself out. Revenue doesn't grow by accident — it grows by intention. In this clip from The Abundance Mindset, Vinney Chopra breaks down why his businesses succeed where others stall. After building and operating over 30 businesses across real estate and hospitality, Vinney explains that success comes from treating assets like businesses — not trophies. Gualter Amarelo highlights how small revenue levers, when executed consistently, compound into massive results. From charging for underused parking to pricing based on experience, the lesson is simple: if you don't design revenue, you don't get it. And culture plays a major role — because how your team communicates value matters just as much as what you charge.
Most leaders want results — but few build the environment that produces them consistently. On this episode of The Abundance Mindset, Vinney Chopra explains why high-performing real estate teams aren't built by micromanaging results, but by teaching people how to think, rehearse, and improve together. What stands out is the emphasis on practice — not pressure. Leasing success doesn't come from hope. It comes from preparation, repetition, and recognition.

If money is actively seeking you, why hasn't more of it arrived? Because you're invisible to it. You've made yourself invisible. Through your thoughts, your beliefs, your energy, your relationship with wealth — you've been sending signals that make you undetectable to the money that's trying to find you. This isn't blame. This isn't about what you did wrong. It's about what you didn't know. No one taught you that wealth operates on frequency. No one explained that your beliefs about money create an energetic signature that either attracts or repels.
