For METAPOP Remix Competition #324, remixing 'Praise' by Luna Semara into my own mad thing. https://metapop.com/pages/promos/luna-semara
This is a little rough in places as my mix files were a bit meh, but it's still a fun mashup.
Fun fact: I was actually on the same Music Production course as Fall Out Boy. Not at the same time. And with far less success. So, that's my story ladies and gentleman, thank you for stopping by.
Second attempt (sadly had remove almost all of Europe's vocals to avoid a copyright claim - so weird)!
Nearly scrapped this, but I think it just about holds together. Here's Evanescence vs Queen, The Show Must Go Under... Video version here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJm4_DMUG3M
Beware: this is a BOP. Third of my mashup challenges. Video version on my Youtube!
Somewhere Mr Brightside Belongs (Linkin Park vs The Killers MASHUP) by Madmartigoth
Made for fun and production practice. What do you think? Video version here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZT9Zefmf2E
Aka, Alfred Ashford makes his entrance! A new addition to my set of Resident Evil Code Veronica OST REmakes. Youtube Playlist here: www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLT…9d6BoDOOZjDCfdIR2
Here's my 1 Minute Remix of Alicia Key's 'Time Machine' for the @Splice #AliciaKeysSpliceContest, keeping the smooth funk vibe but really stacking the vocals. Challenged myself to squeeze it into 1 minute exactly for the competition, but wouldn't mind doing a full length version as well. The tree exists in the forward pathways of your mind. Reach for it through the darkness. Find the way. A 1hr+ soundscape created through sound layering to focus the mind. Perfect for relaxation, study and meditation. Best experienced through headphones. Video version here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gDDAOYUrCLQ
There is no time left. The earth is doomed. You are one of the fortunate few to escape, and now you may be the last of us... An ASMR triggering soundscape I have created using sound layering. This is a bit of an experiment audio-wise, so feedback is welcome.
A fun little techno track, mixing up the idea of modern keyboard warriors against some Wild West sounds. Visual version here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-5ItWZvn9nQ
If I lost my mind, it would probably sound a bit like this. This is all built around a sweet little Roland JV1080 tune from the Essential Rhythm sample pack by Jayda G. Visual version here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPjia4oakgM
Another Splice contest entry for fun - a little dark atmospheric remix version of a track by Kina. If you're on Splice, a Like/upvote would be much appreciated: https://splice.com/sistergoth/kina-get-you-the-moon-dark-atmospheric-remix
A slightly more trap version of the game save room music, 'A Moment of Relief'. Continuing my series of Resident Evil Code Veronica OST REmakes. Youtube Playlist here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLT4H--Mq-AC7AEv99d6BoDOOZjDCfdIR2
Alexia's lullaby. The creepiest track on the soundtrack and quite a challenge to put together, while adding something new and a bit different to it. I also added on my take on the piano roll theme for good measure, since the tune's the same. Lyrics: There was a friendly but naive king Who wed a very nasty Queen. The king was loved but the Queen was feared. 'Til one day, strolling in his court An arrow pierced the kind King's heart He lost his life and his lady love.
Another REmake, this is my extended version of the track 'Awesome Powers', which plays as Chris Redfield and Albert Wesker make one last attempt to kill each other. A brilliant addition to the extended 'Code Veronica X' version of the game. Nearly killed my rig making this one - was worth it. To listen with the original epic game cutscene, head to my youtube! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ORbRcwT9HwA
Second of my Code Veronica OST REmakes. I really wanted to get the siren/voice SFX in, as that's my major nostalgia factor with this track! If anyone's interested, the process for making these is that I listen to the original and rerecord all the main instruments one by one in MIDI, then mix in all new beats, SFX etc... This one was a bit different to the norm in that I had to mix in some bits of the original in order to incorporate that siren/voice, which I normally avoid, but it worked out okay here.
I have been loving the Resident Evil 2 REmake, especially the Ghost Survivor themes. I'm now dying to see a REmake of Code Veronica with its OST restored and updated. To prove how excellent it'd be, here's my REmake of 'Suspended Doll' from the original Code Veronica soundtrack (which plays when Claire Redfield enters the Ashford Family mansion) done in that style.

Inspired by Dracula (1931), a little tune for Halloween, featuring vocals from Mars Martin and guest vocals from Erin Johnson. A dark examination into the madness of Renfield, Dracula's unfortunate slave. Make way for that classic 90s gothic snare snap...
