Iraq is in a race against time to choose a prime minister but, even after weeks of deadlock, the Co-ordination Framework – a coalition of major Iraqi Shiite parties – is still deliberating. The country is stuck in a tug-of-war of foreign influence between Washington and Tehran, as both seek to strengthen their hold over Iraqi politics and security. Now, Iraq's politicians are carefully trying to calculate which candidate would appease both sides. The Iran war has added another burden to Iraq, which became the only country to be attacked by Tehran-backed militias and American warplanes. Meanwhile, the US and Iran are cranking up the pressure on Baghdad to choose a leader who serves both their interests. Last week, Quds Force commander Brig Gen Esmail Qaani visited Iraq, while the US reportedly withheld shipments of oil revenue dollars. In this episode of Beyond the Headlines, host Nada AlTaher speaks to Hayder Al Shakeri, a research fellow with the Middle East and North Africa programme at Chatham House, London. They discuss Iraq's delicate balancing act in the face of foreign interference, and options the country has to avoid being caught up in further conflict.

Joining me is Craig Goldberg, the technologist‑turned‑vibrational‑sound therapist who founded InHarmony Interactive. From his early days drumming in New York clubs to running a full‑blown vibroacoustic therapy company out of Las Vegas, Craig has turned his lifelong love of rhythm into a cutting‑edge platform that blends research‑backed “fibro‑acoustic” therapy with the ancient intuition that music is medicine. In this conversation we'll cover:What really happens when sound meets the body: how tactile transducers, tuning forks, gongs, and even your own voice create a “bio‑field” that can pull the nervous system from a stress‑filled sympathetic state into a restorative parasympathetic one.The science behind the magic: a look at Craig's 30‑plus research studies, HRV data, and the 24 % boost in energy participants reported after just a 22‑minute session.Everyday tools you can start using today: from 40 Hz frequency tracks and 11‑hour music meditations available for free on IamInHarmony.com, to the difference between headphone‑only versus full‑body vibration experiences.Personal stories that sparked a career: Craig's first “sound bath” at a Lightning‑in‑a‑Bottle festival, his DIY gong experiment at home, and how a simple drum‑track at a festival convinced a fellow vendor that the right music can feel like a front‑row concert.Practical advice for anyone feeling overwhelmed: the two‑step “be kind to yourself + press play” method, plus quick tips on incorporating background frequencies, morning bird‑song, or a 40 Hz tone into daily life.Whether you're an entrepreneur pulling 12‑hour days, a musician searching for the perfect therapeutic playlist, or just someone wrestling with the ups and downs of mental health, today's episode gives you tangible, science‑backed ways to let music speak when words fall short.Stay tuned—because after this interview you'll have a richer understanding of why the right vibration can be the most underrated healing tool you've ever owned.“When words fail, music speaks.”Follow Craig at:https://iaminharmony.com to learn more!
Hey Midnighters,Episode 199 is here, and this one hits with pure late-night intensity from the very first kick. I built this set to keep you locked in that hypnotic zone, driving, emotional, and raw in all the right moments. It's one of those journeys where time disappears, and the groove takes over completely. We open strong with OZBEK and Zafer Atabey's “Shake Off,” setting the tone before rolling into the deep, powerful energy of Belocca and Sisko Electrofanatik's remix of “Ametista.” The momentum keeps building with serious heat from Eli Brown and Pan-Pot on “Coming In Heavy,” a track that absolutely slams on big systems. There's also a beautiful balance in this episode. Tracks like Sam WOLFE's “My Instinct” and KASIA's “Simulate” bring that hypnotic tension, while Jay Crusoe and KAŸ Wagner add groove and emotion to the mix. And then we close with something truly special, Push's “Universal Nation” (BLR Remix). A legendary moment, reimagined for now.As always, I've packed this episode with music I love, including some real standouts and must-play tracks that are lighting up dancefloors right now.Want the full tracklist and to relive every moment?

Peter Mandelson is arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office, a seismic moment in British politics - but will the pain of Epstein files continue to haunt Keir Starmer's government over the coming days, weeks and months? With an active police investigation and limited scope of what he can reveal, the Prime Minister will face tough questions over his decision to appoint Mr Mandelson as the UK's top man in Washington. Sam and Anne consider: Will the arrest impact the upcoming Gorton and Denton by-election? Will the Liberal Democrats use the humble address to force the government to release documents on the appointment of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor as a trade envoy? Away from the Mandelson affair, on the fourth anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, allies from the coalition of the willing meet with President Zelenskyy. Plus, has more money been found to help tackle the courts backlog and will it make a difference?

If you watched the the stretch in the 1st where Winnipeg didn't get a shot for 14 minutes there is no way you would have said the Jets would have held a 6-1 lead after 40 minutes. But they exploded for three goals in the 1st and three goals in the 2nd to take a stranglehold on the game. They gave up one more late in the 3rd but the run continues as they had now won four straight.
Recap of the game.

It's officially game day, and this might be the most important statement game of the Jordan Love era. With John Eric Sullivan already hired away to Miami as their new GM, the coaching carousel is spinning fast—and Jeff Hafley could be next with three teams requesting interviews. But forget the distractions. This episode is about identity, legacy, and reminding the Chicago Bears exactly where they stand. The Packers haven't just made the playoffs—they've done it because that's who they are. Title Town. Meanwhile, the Bears? They're visitors here. Their division title is nice, but history shows these windows close fast. Just ask the 2022 Vikings or the 2024 Lions. Ryan breaks down why this team needs to send a message—not just win, but dominate in convincing fashion like they did in Dallas last year. Also covered: Dentavian Wicks ruled out with a concussion, the completely fabricated weather hysteria being spread online (spoiler: it's going to be 32 degrees with minimal wind), and a deep dive into the officiating crew with NFL Ref Stats' breakdown of Adrian Hill and the penalty tendencies to watch. Plus listener calls tackle Harbaugh's reported demands, Al Harris and the interception debate, and what changes need to happen on the coaching staff. Pack up your crap and get out of our playoffs. New camera footage shows at close range how remora fish travel with whales — and how much this annoys the marine mammals. The fish cling stubbornly while whales try everything they can to get rid of the annoying passengers with rolls on the ocean floor or spectacular jumps. The pictures reveal a surprisingly conflictive relationship between two unequal sea creatures.

The Combs Defendants assert that Plaintiff's complaint fails on multiple legal grounds and should be dismissed. First, they argue that no plausible claim is alleged under Rule 12(b)(6): the Complaint lacks sufficient factual allegations to meet the heightened pleading standard for fraud, defamation, RICO claims, or negligence. They contend Plaintiff offers nothing more than conclusory statements and unsupported legal labels, without demonstrating the required “who, what, when, where, and how” of each alleged misrepresentation or wrongful act. As a result, the Complaint falls short of establishing any viable cause of action warranting further discovery or litigation.Second, the Combs Defendants underscore that statutory protections—such as the federal safe-harbor for forward-looking statements, New York's absolute privilege for certain communications, and state-law immunity standards—shield them even if some wrongdoing is assumed. Moreover, any purported defamatory or false statements are not actionable as they are either opinion or based on disclosed facts, and the RICO claims are improperly pled in that they lack a pattern of racketeering activity. In light of these deficiencies and immunity defenses, the Court is asked to dismiss the Complaint against the Combs Defendants, with prejudice and without leave to amend.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:gov.uscourts.nysd.630375.72.0.pdf

We get irritated in traffic. We lament the long lines at the amusement park. We may get more panicked than we care to admit when our phone dies on our walk home. But what if we saw traffic as extra time listening to a podcast or audiobook that furthers our discipleship to Jesus? What if the long line at the amusement park gave us an opportunity to learn more about a friend – or make a new one? And what if a dead phone enabled us to stop looking down and instead start looking up and around at God's creation? This week's message from our series Unshakable shows us a different way to look at and live through the interruptions and inconveniences of life that can enable us to grow in Jesus, instead of losing sight of him.

Is it too soon to worry about OC Arthur Smith's offense after some inconsistency show in practice? Or is there valid reason for concern that QB Aaron Rodgers can get the most out of playmakers including Jaylen Warren, DK Metcalf, Pat Freiermuth and Calvin Austin III? What should we make of the signing of Chuck Clark, as he joins the secondary alongside names like Darius Slay Jr., Joey Porter Jr. and Jalen Ramsey? And what should we watch for as padded practices begin Tuesday? Paul tackles those questions, plus the latest Pirates chatter as the MLB trade deadline looms later in the week.

Part two kicks off with the one skill your daughter needs to recover quickly after mistakes so she can stay confident and keep competing.[00:01:24] Why This Matters: Mistakes Aren't Going Anywhere. Mistakes are part of the game, and life. We're talking about how your daughter can learn to handle them without getting stuck.[00:03:44] The First Skill We Teach Inside EMG. Athletes inside our program learn this recovery skill first, because it lays the foundation for everything else they'll build..[00:05:44] Why the “Just Shake It Off” Advice Doesn't Work. When her nervous system is in fight-or-flight, your daughter can't just let it go. Here's what's really going on.[00:08:00] The SNAP Framework: Mindset + Triggers + Routine. The SNAP process gives athletes a simple system to reset. First, they shift their mindset; confident athletes know mistakes are part of growth. Next, they get clear on what usually triggers them and prepare for it ahead of time. And finally, they build a snapback routine that includes a calming breath, a reset word, and a grounding movement. It's short, specific, and helps them return to flow, fast.[00:10:11] What the Snapback Routine Looks Like. From breathwork to sock pulls to custom reset words, this routine is personal and practiced—so they can use it when it counts.[00:12:42] From the Court to the Classroom. This skill isn't just for sports; athletes are using it to handle tests, nerves, and social situations, too.[00:13:47] What's Coming Next in the Series. Next episode: how to help your daughter flip her negative thoughts and stop tearing herself down after games.[00:14:41] Want to Go Deeper? This year I was really feeling we could all use a boost of heart power to clear out the interference - swirling within us and around us - and break our consciousness & creativity free, so we can feel possibility as reality, so much so that it gives us momentum to fuel and focus us forward. Consider this: We as humans are evolving. What's showing up as struggle in our reality, and through the inteference externally and internally, are catalysts we can use to heal, strengthen and elevate ourselves and the parts of world and reality we influence. Not by bypassing, but by fiercely standing in the power of the heart, together. Here's the 3 parts we'll explore and bring into your life now in practical ways to Invisible nterference - The unconcious stuff that keep us stuck in patterns and realities that we no longer desire or no longer serve. Imprints like the solo-solitude or scarcity trap. Internal inteference like constraints and conflict that bind us up vs open us up. When you see the interfernce, you can move beyond it, otherwise you just get "goobered" up and stuck in it (very technical term lol). Imagine - What you are seeking is also seeking you. When you name it and speak it, from a deep place of self worth and empowerment it's like you are painting that reality through your radiance and passion into the world. I'll teach you a practice that invokes the power of Invitation & Radiant Magnetism. Design - It's not a magical manifestation trick, it's a co-creative path and practice we engage in actively to bring this into being. From the power of invitation to exploration to experimentation, it takes courage and clarity and conscious creation and creativity. But that is part of the gift ... the question is will we dance with the Universe or try to control it and therefeor kill it? Join me for this conversation and use the wisdom and inquiries to Name the Interference present in your ecosystem - internally and externally. Then start to see it and choose to liberate yourself from it. Give your heart the microphone to feel in your being, body and heart what you really desire and are called to create in this next year Give yourself permission to explore and experiment - take just the next step and then co-create! See you there! Christine P.S. REMEMBER to SHARE this podcast with a friend to Elevate together --> invite them to do the Invitation & Radiant Magentism process with you - naming what you desire to invite in & what you would love to be true by next year.
