Send us a textAndrea and Eric are back—armed with hot takes, cool sarcasm, and more head-scratching than heartwarming—as they dive into Hallmark's “May for Moms” movie lineup. Spoiler alert: it's not exactly a love letter to motherhood… or good storytelling. From balloon-based romances to castles with utility bills the size of small countries, they rate and roast all five flicks. Along the way, they dish on everything from Diagnosis: Murder finally hitting Hallmark+ to the ageism-fueled drama surrounding Love in the Clouds. Plus: how Poker Face got it right, why Kissing Stars fell flat, and what happens when Catherine Disher shows up (hint: everything gets better). It's snark, sincerity, and some solid film critique—all wrapped in one delightfully unfiltered episode. Tune in as they rank the best (and worst) of May, debate onscreen chemistry, and agree on… absolutely nothing.
When Trump told Zelensky he didn't hold any of the cards, what he didn't know was the Zelensky actually had an entire Royal Flush up his sleeve and that he was demonstrating a rather brilliant Poker Face. Last week Ukraine completed its biggest long-range attack which destroyed 40 Russian warplanes, wiping out a large percentage of their military hardware. It was in the planning for at least 18 months so yeah, there were cards. In other news, Trump wants to hold an investigation into Biden's cognitive decline and has implemented a travel ban on 12 countries. Only Egypt isn't on the list, which is deeply bizarre because he said the ban was due to the antisemitic attack which happened, which was carried out by.....an Egyptian. Then, Jemma and Marina discuss Trump and Musk's very public and very embarrassing and completely inevitable break up and why they personally wouldn't have awarded the billionaire with a 'golden key' for anything he's done. A clip of Professor Scott Galloway talking about him, is the clip of the episode. Lastly, in an unusual Trawl twist, Marina and Jemma end by talking about Kris Jenner's face. Some wonderful funnies finish the ep off and of course, as ever, pudding is served. Enjoy! Melisa's reporting live from Arkansas, still dreaming about a mouthwatering burger from Angus Jacks. Meanwhile, Meghan's battling a painful UTI. But fear not, Melisa comes prepared with essential tips on how to stay hydrated and not get a UTI. Meghan shares info on random articles written about Romy Mars and Romy's pop career. Then they discuss the viral "100 Brits vs 100 Americans" TikTok debate, which raises the question: Why are Brits so obsessed with us? And Meghan makes another passionate plea for everyone to support the Grosse Point Garden Society. Melisa admits her busy schedule has put her behind on her beloved Soaps, but she's got a must-watch recommendation: "Poker Face"! Meghan also chimes in with a defense of Madeline Brewer's performance in "You" and throws it back to the film "The Deleted” Finally, Melisa spills the details on her very first track meet experience and shares a surprisingly pleasant flight story with Allegiant Air (though she's still begging them not to leave LAX!).
