What does it mean to be vulnerable? Brene Brown is the queen of vulnerability and her ability to explain what this means in regards to showing up in the world as your true self has been a big inspiration for Joanne and Renee. Her wisdom is one of the driving forces behind this week’s episode. As Brene shares; “We can choose courage or we can choose comfort, but we can't have both. Not at the same time. Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it's having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it's our greatest measure of courage.” In this episode, Joanne and Renee share where in life they are showing up as their true self and where they are hiding and unpack what has helped them to become more vulnerable in time.
