Negotiation is an art. It requires technical skills, but also a lot of emotional intelligence. You are not negotiating with a robot, you're negotiating with a human…and your advantage is your human-ness. Many times you're not just negotiating money, you're negotiating the scope, working conditions, terms. It's a wholistic negotiation.
Lack of sleep is one of the highest rated reasons for poor mental, and physical health. Sleep is a time for the brain and body to engage in vital growth and repair. It's an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. Many people are going short on sleep. Many people suffer from insomnia, sleep apnea, and just downright "I ain't be able to find no sleep". Sometimes it's related to a health condition, and other times it's just a habit that has been formed over time. In this video, I share some tips to help you get better quality sleep in 2021 and beyond.

In this video, I share a few things to consider before you approach a potential mentor. I also share how to ASK them to mentor you.
About "Success is...": I think that when we talk about success, we tend to look at things in tangible form - awards, money, media mentions, social media engagement. We don't really look at the micro aspects of success.. The day to day success that we have - whether it's in our family, our learning, our health, friendships, professional career etc. In this series, I explore the various things that make up success.

When I wake up at 5am, I get some of the most subtle but interesting thoughts. As I go through the day, I hardly share these thoughts because they're either “too random” or I forget them by noon. In march 2019, I decided to share 1 thought every morning for 31 days. #TodayAt5AM is a collection of these thoughts that I shared via Instagram. I believe that there's a message in there for someone. The process allowed me to remain accountable to my morning start time, while simultaneously sharing the first thing on my heart each morning. I hope you enjoy it!
