    Some days, some weeks, we go into auto pilot. The important thing is that you try to pick something good out of the day to make you want to get up the next day. It will be okay and you will get better. I promise the storm won't last for long. We will have good days, great days, bad days. terrible days. and the days we won't ever forget. Regardless, know that the good comes with the bad and we have to have a little rain if we want the sunshine and rainbow. Keep your head up and your grind on. You can do this.

    Understanding your own strength is a journey. A journey that does take time but is possible. I never thought I could be strong or confident in my own skin, however, by surrounding myself with people I look up to and am inspired by, I can finally say I am strong and I am confident and I am living my purpose and I am passionate about it each and every day. It is possible to find the strength within you and to let yourself feel that strength and happiness. You have a lot more in you than you ever thought. Trust in yourself and remember that it is possible to have happiness and success and to be living the life you want. Anything is possible if you have the nerve!

    People ask me everyday how I do it - how I have so much energy all the time, how I put my troubles at the door, how I choose to be loving and kind and compassionate every single day despite my struggles. I am open about my mental health and how my depression and anxiety can get very bad and how it has gotten very bad before. People know I struggle, but if a stranger walked up to me, they would have no idea I do or even that I am in that moment with them. When I tell people "how" I do it, I tell them I put it at the door. I get to see all my friends every day and sometimes twice a day. I get to train with my friends and give my friends the workout of their life AND have the chance of meeting new people every day. It's a dream come true in some eyes. I show up for myself each day and I refuse to show up for someone without showing up for me first. It's you vs you and you're the only one in the way of choosing to live in YOUR today. No one is coming to save you, so put on your big kid pants and let's start standing up for ourselves and showing up as the person we want to be. We soon will be there.

    Today is different! I am sharing my experience when my boyfriend deployed to Kuwait last year. How it mentally challenged me and how it also made me stronger, but more importantly how it made us feel closer than ever despite the distance and time difference! No matter what, true love is real. If it is meant to be it will. If they are meant to be in your life they won't make you wonder or worry. You'll fully trust in their love and intentions. They will care for you in a way you didn't know was possible. LET IT HAPPEN! But know that if you don't have this... if you don't have someone who is really your "person" then know it might be time to make a pros and cons list and figure out if you are going to invest more or withdraw more. Your choice. Your life. But know once you take that step towards investing hourly, daily, monthly, and annually, you have to be all in and not everything is your choice for your life - it's both of your choice for your life together! Step 1: establish what it is you want to do (our example is working out/ exercise) Step 2: establish how long it will take you each day (our example - 45-60 minutes)Step 3: establish a reasoning why you want to establish this habit (our example - look and feel better and confident)Step 4: establish what you will need to accomplish this (our example - workout clothes, a gym or place to walk/workout)Step 5: EVERYDAY CONSISTENCY!
