How does a person change course in life when it is beyond their physical, emotional, and mental power to do so? The Apostle Paul was not always a servant of Jesus Christ but was a persecutor of the church that caused many Christians to be imprisioned and killed for following Jesus. How do we explain such a dramatic change of course. Paul had a supernatural experience on a road called Demascus where he was on his way to capture more Christians. In order to break addiction, destructive behavior and a harmful rebellious lifestyle, we need what I call a Demascus experience. Listen as we break down Paul's experience on the road of Demasucs and make application to our situation's today.Support the show (https://cash.app/$iamaaron1)
In this episode of the Truth Proclaimed Podcast, Aaron Owens speaks to us from Psalm 38. The Psalmist is confessing sin to God in the most sincerest manner possible. Could it be that many of the deep issues we are dealing with internally, as a people, a community, a country and a world stem from rebellion against our loving God. Rebellion brings on the anger of God because we rebel against God when we refuse his help. Prayer, confession and repentence will bring about a change in our mentality but we must give God a sincere prayer. Have you tried various methods and solutions to remedy your tumultuous state of mind? Have you yet experienced the power of a sincere prayer?Support the show (https://cash.app/$iamaaron1)

thetruthproclaimednetwork.orgWhat is the Naboth Principle?Injustice, deceit, falsehood, murder and subjugation against God's inheritance or those seeking to honor and preserve God's inheritance is a crime that God does not let go unpunished. The Righteousness of God demands that he Judge injustice and misuse of power on behalf of those that have had their inheritance stripped from them by means of corruption. July 4 1776 marks the beginning of American freedom but the continuation of American slavery. Does God care about the injustices of the past? God sent Elijah to rebuke King Ahab in defense of Naboth but will God rebuke the racist power structure in defense of the Negro?Support the show (https://cash.app/$iamaaron1)

The blessed hope described by the Apostle Paul in scripture is the great privelage that seperates the church from the world. The world has no sustaining transcending hope but the church has a hope that is eternal. Because of the ressurection of Jesus Christ, The church of God has a goal and a hope that goes beyond anything this world can offer. It is time for the church time become once again spiritual minded and look to the blessed hope of ultimate redemption.
In this Episode of the Truth Proclaimed Podcast, Aaron Owens Discusses the recent comments made by HBO host Bill Maher equating the capitol riots as a prime example of why faith and religion is wrong. Aaron breaks down his argument and reveals that those who hate Christ and his teaching will always seek an opportunity to slander it. Owens shows how this example of Maher attempting to relate horriffic events to Christian believers has a historic precedence as well. The great Fire of Rome in A.D. 64 is a similar situation where Nero, Emperor of Rome tried to defer the blame of the Fire's of Rome from himself to innocent Christians. This initiated a great period of persecution for the Faithful of Jesus Christ. Are we as Christians in Western culture prepared for the shifting of popular opinion away from Pro Faith to the anti-faith, humanistic worlwview that we are heading towards?

This is a ressurection story of Christ-like follower of our Lord and savior. Listen to a tesimony that cannot be refuted by any theory, world view or dogma!
In this turbulent political climate of time, we discover through the scriptures Jesus viewpoint of government. As we study the mind of Christ we should glean from it a proper prespective that can be applied to our current political atmosphere. Let us give God what he wants in this season!
There is so much misinformation out there today about what people think Jesus believed and thought. I think it is a good time now to discuss current issues in society and see what Jesus thought about them as expressed in his teachings. In light of the social unrest and racial inequaility that has been front and center in our community, media and world, I am now asking, " What did Jesus think about equality? Is it right for a christian to get out in front in the fight for equality? Was inequality something that Jesus addressed or even had to deal with?Let us discover what Jesus thought about this sensitive issue facing our world today!
Spiritualist did not invent spirituality neither did they write the book on it. The new age religion that refuses to be called religion presents a fresh take on spirituality that removes the face and identity of God from the equation. The true Christian faith is a belief that Jesus came to restore man to a right relationship with God(spirit). Thus faith in Christ is more spiritual than new age spirituality because it connects man not only with the father of spirits which is God but it identifies the spirit. It puts a face to the new. The eternal spirit is God and the name is Jesus Christ. Jesus stated that he was the door and to go in any other way would make you a thief and a robber. In this podcast, I face the question of whether the Christian faith is a religion, as well as if it is helpful or detrimental to society.
There are some people that have a vision of their own purpose at a very early age. God called Jeremiah and told him "before I formed thee in the belly I knew you" Elder Bryant Knight: The pastor and visionary of Bethel Highway Church of Christ sat down with me and we discussed his journey from his humble beginnings in the West Philadelphia Apostolic Church " The Lily of the Valley" to his current mission today to the same community but with a fresh vision. We discuss issues surrounding low self esteem and depression. We also talked about how a pastors transparency can help foster a culture of deliverance. Overseer Knight sees himself as a bridge from the old generation to the new. His vision is to raise up a generation that is skilled to rightly divide the word of truth
Bishop Eugene Porterfield is the new Pastor of Ford Memorial Temple in Philadelphia PA. Everyone has a journey that reveals the why, what and how of where they are now. Bishop Porterfield is no exception to this. His story is amazing. Many people live their lives in depression because they have felt as if they were illegitimate or that they did not matter. Bishop experienced this firsthand and lived to tell his story. When asked how he get to the place he is now he was emphatic with his response in that it was simply "GOD". Listening to the journey of this man of God will enlighten encourage and touch the very heart of the listener. This episode discusses how to escape from Depression. It tackles the idea of how the church can better deal with those that need restoration. And in the end, for the skeptic and for the believer: Doctrine can be debated, religions can be propagated but the Truth of Jesus that is revealed through a personal testimony is not up for debate.
This episode focuses on unlocking the doors to the prison of self defeat. In this desire to reset my motivation and focus, I decided to look in the bible to draw truths that would help me to obtain my goals. My goal is simply to break out of the prison of self defeat. For me, self defeat is a prison consisting of four walls. These four walls are not nameless. But they have very familiar names on each wall. The names of the four walls are: The Past, Routine, Habits, Negativity.
