Episode #31 and I'm joined this week by Alex Bliss, author 'Weaving Back the Thread' a self-help book that "introduces new ways of being in the world". Alex is the first non-fiction writer I've had on the podcast and he set quite a bar if you ask me. His philosophies on life, pursuits of happiness, and self-improvement is a breath of fresh air in today's wold of self-involvement. I enjoyed the hell out of this recording, this is another author to keep an out for and respect. This is one of the few self-help books that don't seem too 'preachy' to me, but instead offers genuine insight from a person who's educated, articulate, and wise. Find more of Alex on Instagram and make sure to get a copy of his book, out now on Amazon! We are officially on YouTube!
