In this episode, Dr. Hardy puts me on the couch and we go over some common pitfalls when we are not able to train or just fall away from training. We talk about some home workouts that are BJJ oriented, not to mention when we start training again what can we do to stay healthy when our bodies are now one big pile of wagyu beef. Also, we had a live event to talk about. Submission Underground 13! With Craig Jones, Vinny Magalhães, Richie Martinez, and the local Austin Daffron. Disgusting things happened during this event, but we all looked like Caesar in the movie gladiator and yelled JUST BLEED!!! I am sure of this. With that, enjoy.
