As coaches, we want all coaches want - clients. And as entrepreneurs we know that takes a business plan. But a moms we especially know this plan needs to be kept simple and straight forward because life happens. Especially life in 2020! In my experience having regular five day challenges have helped me do just that. While I aim to keep my business plan silly simple with my 4x1 Mom Marketing Method, I like to add a little spice to it once in a while. And these days that seasoning comes in the form of offering Five Day Challenges in areas that really serve my ideal client and delivers them tangible wins. This works so well in fact I'm considering turning five day challenges into a monthly occurrence in Bliss Beyond Naptime world. For many reasons and I'll get into them in to this week's podcast AND what goes into creating a successful five day challenge to grow your mom coaching biz.

I recently read Lori Harder's book, A Tribe Called Bliss, and since then, I've been giving much more thought about the company I keep and being much more intentional about the tribes of women with whom I connect with on the regular. The Law of Attraction has definitely been in play around this idea of bliss - how to cultivate and live it.I recently connected with Kathy Hajduk Stowell inside Renee Hribar's tribe, Entrepreneurial Parents Movement for our monthly Podcast Listener's Club. She mentioned that she'd love to be a guest on our podcast and quickly scheduled a time for the interview. And our topic - finding bliss and using it as a springboard for building an online business.Know someone that could benefit from this conversation, please share. On this episode, I am talking to Kathy from Bliss Beyond Naptime, where she teaches moms to coach other moms through a 12-week certification program to become a coach. Sometimes you can feel like your life is like looking outside during wildfire season and seeing nothing but smoke. It is difficult to get clarity and as a result, you may feel anxious or fearful. Kathy has one question that you can ask yourself to get clarity. Kathy also uses the term "mama bliss" often. I had her explain to us what mama bliss means and how to achieve mama bliss in our own lives. Kathy has a great acronym for remembering self-care. Just remember to look down and check your SHOES daily. For more information about Kathy, her coaching program and Facebook group go to realhappymom.com/6 to find all of the links and show notes.
